David Plouffe’s 2010 Campaign Update

3Chics hope you loyal Dems are gearing up  for the November 2 elections.  Have you been following all the accomplishments of the Obama administration in the last 20 months? We cannot afford to fall for the shady poll numbers that the pundits and news organizations are parroting.

The meme is 1. Obama ‘s approval ratings are in the tank 2. Americans disapprove of the direction our country is going. 3.  Of course the alternative is  Republicans are ahead in the polls.

But you and I know better.

I received the following email from David Plouffe today:

Ametia,

With Labor Day behind us, today marks the traditional start of the final stretch of campaign season.

We’ve got a lot of work left ahead of us, but I want to make sure you know exactly where we are — and where we’re heading over the next 56 days.

So I recorded a campaign update at OFA HQ to illustrate what you’ve helped build — and to show you why we think the pundits are missing a key part of the story of 2010.

President Obama is in full campaign mode.  What are you doing to help secure a majority Democratic win in November?

3Chics Politico STANDS with President Obama.  Thank You, Mr. President!

The lefties and some in the black blogosphere are mocking the POTUS and his message.

      FUCK’ EM!

      • SouthernGirl2 says:

Does the lefties think the tea party is playing? They’re playing for fk keeps. Dems better get their head out of the fk sand before we wake up to a reality check.

      • Ametia says:

The REALITY is this: The Democratic Party gaining all those seats and a Dem POTUS have never gotten their honeymoon.
You don’t get a fucking honeymoon, people.

We’ve ALL got work to do, and that doesn’t mean just sitting behind a keyboard punching out fancy words and phrases to draw attention to yourselves.

The GOP/RACSIT Teabaggers/MSM/Slave-catching coons/PUMAS/Fauxgressives have been plotting/scheming by any and every means necessary to sabotage, obstruct, bring down this president since November 4, 2008.

The unslaught/rebellion /revolt will continue until 2012 and beyond. So get up off your asses, if you don’t want the Rethugs back in the majority or in the office of the POTUS.

Obama Is Against a Compromise on Bush Tax CutsBy JACKIE CALMES
    Published: September 7, 2010

WASHINGTON — President Obama on Wednesday will make clear that he opposes any compromise that would extend the Bush-era tax cuts for the wealthy beyond this year, officials said, adding a populist twist to an election-season economic package that is otherwise designed to entice support from big businesses and their Republican allies.

Mr. Obama’s opposition to allowing the high-end tax cuts to remain in place for even another year or two would be the signal many Congressional Democrats have been awaiting as they prepare for a showdown with Republicans on the issue and ends speculation that the White House might be open to an extension. Democrats say only the president can rally wavering lawmakers who, amid the party’s weakened poll numbers, feel increasingly vulnerable to Republican attacks if they let the top rates lapse at the end of this year as scheduled.
