Here we go again, folks, doing the work of the inept investigators in the George Zimmerman murder trial.
There was no evidence of Trayvon Martin’s DNA on George Zimmerman’s gun. Trayvon wasn’t wearing gloves, so how could he have reached for and handled Zimmerman’s gun?
Don’t think Trayvon reached for his hoodie after he was shot and wiped off the gun, before he died.
The Daily Beast: Prosecutors on Wednesday released new evidence in the case against George Zimmerman: it appears that Trayvon Martin may never have touched Zimmerman’s gun. Zimmerman told police that he fired only after Martin reached for the gun. But while DNA tests on Zimmerman’s gun and holster found evidence of multiple handlers, none of them matched Martin, leaving no evidence that Martin ever touched it.

George Zimmerman has gained a ton of weight and looks horrible .I was disappointed to hear the Judge granted the request to subpoena Trayvon school records and social media accounts. The kid is being victimized even in death.

The most accurate person on polls (I think) is Nate Silver. He’s predicting Obama wins with 290.8 electoral votes to Romney’s 247.2 and gives Obama a 70.3 chance of winning. I’m looking forward to seeing Robert Jr and Gladys on the Piers Morgan. It’s shameful what has happened to that family because of bigotry, greedy lawyers, yellow journalism, and politically over-ambitious public servants. I just hope that the bitter, small-minded, cold-hearted, and vile comments posted here by the anti-George people represent the opinions of only a very small percentage of the population. A new hearing has been set in George Zimmerman’s second-degree murder case, during which his attorneys will ask a judge to allow them to subpoena the school and social media records of Trayvon Martin.
Zimmerman’s defense has asked for subpoenas for records from the teenager’s middle and high schools, as well as his Twitter and Facebook accounts. A hearing has been set for Oct. 19.
Zimmerman, 29, fatally shot the Miami Gardens 17-year-old Feb. 26 in Sanford. Authorities allege he profiled and pursued the teen. Zimmerman says he fired in self-defense after Trayvon attacked him.
Zimmerman’s defense is also asking for a continuance. In a motion, the defense team writes that “at least 50-75” witness depositions must be completed in the case before it will be ready for trial.
The defense team also submitted its response to a filing by the state which referred to the requests for Trayvon’s school records as a “fishing expedition.” In one of several new filings, defense attorney Mark O’Mara writes that the requests are part of a “well thought out plan to focus on potentially relevant and admissible information.”

Love the Jeopardy theme music. It’s an interesting question. And how could Zimmerman not know the pants were khaki? It just adds to the theory that his perceptions and observational abilities are way off. Because he’s crazy.
If I’m not mistaken, some on the Leatherman blog were discussing the reason he didn’t know the pants were khaki because someone probably called him to alert him of Trayvon and didn’t describe what he had on.
Also, a mental illness (which he has a couple diagnoses) often keeps a person from observing the lower half of another’s body; He was only able to describe what Trayvon was wearing from the waist up (sweats or jeans? How can you not know the difference between those two pieces of clothing?). And they’re bad on facial features. I bet he wouldn’t have been able to describe Trayvon’s facial features if Trayvon had “gotten away” from him, I bet he couldn’t describe him although he was looking him in the face when he killed him.

Zimmerman: DNA Conclusions

The DNA results do not support Zimmerman’s claim that Martin assaulted him.
Zimmerman claimed that Martin punched him in the nose stunning and knocking him to the ground. Martin mounted him as he lay flat on his back, and started hitting him repeatedly in the face with his fists. Then he grabbed both sides of Zimmerman’s head and began slamming the back of his head into repeatedly into the cement.
When Zimmerman started screaming for help, Martin attempted to smother him by placing his hands over Zimmerman’s mouth and nose.
If this story were true, one would expect to see injuries on Zimmerman’s face and the back of his head, but there are no injuries, with the exception of a scab on the right side of the bridge of his nose and two little cuts or lacerations to the back of his head. These two superficial cuts bled copiously as scalp wounds tend to do.
The blood flow from those wounds is consistent with Zimmerman’s head in an upright position leaning forward and inconsistent with his claim that he was lying on his back.

Honestly, I think with fact that Trayvon had no DNA on the gun (particularly on the parts that Zimmerman told Osterman he touched) coming right after the book release, O’Mara will be reaching out for a manslaughter plea. Which I think zimmerman will reject because he’s delusional. I don’t think MOM can make a self-defense case anymore to a judge. Why are we surprised at Osterman’s behavior and lack of ethics? He was a dirty cop, and birds of a feather flock together.

For those of you who know about SG2 (and sweetiepie’s) battle royale against the racists/mysogynists on the Orlando and Sun Sentinals, last night one of the worst offenders had a psychotic blow out (on top of their psychopathy) and posted such viscious posts (imitiating us in multpile fake accounts with multiple screen name derivatives) that it was shocking. His sick comments blasted and covered the boards at both papers. And there were other Trayvon supporters who were also imitated and ridiculed. It was so shocking that a couple people actually commented on it today, including one Zimbot who said “After all that abuse I can’t blame you guys for leaving anymore.” (the sun is apparently now revolving around the earth)
I happened to have the direct lines to the online comment people at both papers, and everytime another imitator posted, I gave them a call. I left a lot of messages. I read exerpts. I said I was going to contact the publisher. I threatened to get the comment section shut down if it continues. You know how managers are. They don’t want to be bothered with this type of stuff. heh heh…..and there’s nothing they can do about it if you get their number. Although there are still some fake Sky comments up, almost all the nasty, harrassing comments were deleted. And not many people posted today. Not even the Zimbots. (but they’ll bounce back, right?) Kinda left a pall over the room. It was that disgusting. This is who most of the Zimmerman supporters are. Vicious, anonymous nobodies willing to do anything to win. Who does that sound like?
Anyway, i read this blogger this morning, and it brought up a viewpoint that I hadn’t condsidered.
“The results prove that Trayvon’s hands never touched the weapon. It also proves that the weapon wasn’t anywhere near the victim at the time it was discharged, completely blowing Zimmerman’s story away (figuratively speaking).”
She goes on to outline a couple scenarios and writes ” it would have been nearly impossible for George Zimmerman to get his gun out of his holster if he were the one being pinned down. Two military men re-enacted the scene as he described and concluded that there was no way it could have happened that way.”
Well, of course people want a link to the “two military men” because the validity of Zimmerman’s story is paramount! I hope the prosecution is producing a computer generated video based on Zimmerman’s story. It just doesn’t add up. The story’s up to no good.
And, my guess is that Omar (thank you shannon) knows there isn’t enough of the unknown DNA to run further tests (or it’s too degraded), so he can say, “well, it might be Trayvon’s….we just don’t know….(coughreasonabledoubtcough)” because that’s what defense attorneys do. It’s more likely Shellies and Osterman’s, but logic can’t buy a house in ZimWorld.

After new evidence was released in the State of Florida vs. George Zimmerman case, Zimmerman’s attorney, Mark O’Mara has made plans to hit back. He says, he’s going to ask for more DNA testing.
This after new discovery documents released from the State Attorneys’ office revealed DNA test that showed George Zimmerman was the only person who held the grip of the handgun used to shoot and kill Trayvon Martin.
However, DNA on the holster shows the presence of three people, including Zimmerman. Defense attorney Mark O’Mara says, it needs to be looked into, “We need to see if we can identify whose DNA it was on the holster. It’s one of those things that causes more questions than it answers. Now we need to go look and see,” O’Mara said.

SANFORD – Prosecutors in the George Zimmerman case suggest defense attorney Mark O’Mara is trying to “chum the waters” by digging up Trayvon Martin’s school disciplinary records.
In a new pleading, they ask the judge to seal whatever those records show and in the future to keep O’Mara’s subpoenas a secret.
O’Mara is entitled to go on a fishing expedition to find out about Trayvon’s past, according to court paperwork filed Wednesday by Assistant State Attorney Bernie de la Rionda, but “he is not allowed to “chum the waters and then, by innuendo or otherwise, to publish irrelevant items (such as the aforementioned subpoenas) to the media in an attempt to influence public perception or otherwise curry favor with potential jurors.”
De la Rionda also yesterday filed a new evidence list – his eighth. It shows that a book and television appearance by Zimmerman’s self-proclaimed best friend, former Seminole County deputy Mark Osterman, are now officially part of the case prosecutors are building against Zimmerman.

Trayvon Martin’s parents and his brother attended services at the Dallas megachurch. They came to North Texas to attend a benefit for the Justice for Trayvon Martin Foundation on Saturday night.
Bishop T.D. Jakes told them there really is no such thing as “closure,” and Trayvon’s mother, Sybrina Fulton, agreed.
“I know that this will never end for us because Trayvon is not going to come back. But what we do hope is that we can help somebody else’s family out,” she said. “And I just also want you to know that God is in control.”

When more documents were released in the George Zimmerman case Wednesday, television focused on the emails received by fired Sanford Police Chief Bill Lee.
Zimmerman is charged with second-degree murder in the fatal Feb. 26 shooting of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin.
The emails “include threats like ‘you’re going down.’ Most of the 45,000 messages choking his in box call for justice for Martin,” WESH-Channel 2’s Bob Kealing said.
WFTV-Channel 9 anchor Bob Opsahl said the emails came from around the world and Lee tried to respond to some.
“He tried, but it’s clear Chief Bill Lee was overwhelmed,” WFTV’s Daralene Jones said. “We haven’t even put a dent in this stack of 49,000 emails he received.”
Jones then sampled a few emails that called for Lee to arrest Zimmerman. One read, “If you have any regard for human, innocent life, then you will arrest this man.” Another read: “How do you sleep at night? Your psychopathic racism probably allows you to sleep just fine.”
WOFL-Channel 35 legal analyst Diana Tennis speculated that the negative emails could result in a change of venue.

Defense attorney Mark O’Mara said he had never heard about a struggle for the gun. He said he read a draft of the book before it was published, but felt asking Osterman to change details would amount to witness tampering.
“He’s a friend of George’s trying to explain George to be different than the way he was perceived to be. Great: That’s a story that’s not been told,” O’Mara said. “I don’t like him talking about things George spoke to him about in confidence. I didn’t like yet another statement of George’s out there for review. It’s more of a headache.”
Although he questioned whether Osterman’s memory is accurate, O’Mara admitted that between Zimmerman’s various interviews to police, his father and brother’s accounts to the press and now Osterman, there are several different versions of what happened that night, but he characterized the discrepancies as a surmountable obstacle. If everyone’s story was exactly the same, O’Mara said, then it would smack of a lie.
O’Mara said it took him 10 days to respond to the book draft after he received it, but when he got around to asking Osterman to scrap the book, the publishing contract had already been signed. O’Mara chalked it up to miscommunication, adding that Zimmerman has taken a court’s “no contact with witnesses” order to heart, and has not spoken to any state witnesses except his parents since he left jail on bond.
“We will be able to respond to the six, seven, eight different renditions of the story, how and why there are different statements,” O’Mara said. “The jury is going to believe what the jury is going to believe.”

Also released today are records that show that on March 6, the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office was poised to release 911 calls made the night of the shooting to CBS news. They are dramatic. In one, Zimmerman describes Trayvon to a dispatcher as a suspicious black man whom he does not recognize and who is loitering in a neighborhoods that’s had a great many break-ins.
In another, a voice can be heard screaming for help then a gunshot.
The Sheriff’s Office was on the verge of releasing that information but Sanford police on March 6 told the agency not to, saying they were still part of an active criminal investigation. Trayvon’s family then sued the city of Sanford, demanding their release, and the city acquiesced, releasing them March 16

Prosecutors today released time-stamped dispatch records, showing to the second when Zimmerman called police and when that gunshot was heard in the background of a 911 call by a neighbor.
They differ slightly from a timeline prepared by Sanford police and released several months ago. For example, the county dispatch records show that Zimmerman reported that Trayvon was running at 19:11:59, a minute 20 seconds before Sanford police indicated he reported that.
But the two sources differ by only 13 seconds on when the gunshot can be heard: Sanford police say it was at 19:17:20 vs. 19:17:07 for the county.

First of all – This DNA evidence has been available since MAY. The media, pretty much down to the last one, decided to ignore it. Many of us called them out in MAY about them solely focusing on the pictures of GZ’s bloody head to the exclusion of the body of the case in the DNA evidence; mind you, that was in the FIRST doc dump!
So why NOW are they reporting about the DNA evidence? Best believe if there was any information in this last doc dump that helped GZ, they would ignore the DNA evidence. But since there isn’t, they HAD to go with something to milk the death of an unarmed child for profit. Believe me, foregoing reporting the DNA evidence in MAY was an editorial decision. Once one media organization decided to go with it…the rest fell in line…and I hold very few media organizations outside of the category who completely and utterly ignored this evidence for three months!
How much money did George raise from May 17 until he was caught lying? The media enabled ALL OF THAT BLOOD MONEY!
