White supremacist group suspected in killing of Texas prosecutor

Kaufman County District Attorney Mike McLelland and his wife, Cynthia, were discovered with fatal gunshot wounds at their home near Forney, Texas, on Saturday. Assistant District Attorney Mark Hasse was gunned down in January

I guess some folks in Texas still want to blame Mexican cartels for the killings, because, heaven knows we can’t be talking ’bout no white mens running around shooting up folks, especailly other white folks!

When the criminal is white, and the media KNOWS they are WHITE: HERE’S WHAT WE HEAR

“It’s possible, they’re suspects, we can’t be sure,

And then there’s the ongoing tensions brewing at Towson University…

MH-tumblr_mk8wuylz1C1qkx16go1_400

No rise in crimes on the campus in 17 YEARS, 17 fucking years!

CNN, FOX, AND MSNBC, WHERE IS THE CONSTANT REPORTING ON THIS GROUP? Remember Christopher Dorner and his cop-killing spree? There was wall-to-wall coverage on CNN.

  1. Jay Hileman, Federal Prosecutor, Leaves Aryan Brotherhood Case Amid ‘Security Concerns’: Report

    http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/04/02/jay-hileman-texas-aryan-brotherhood_n_3002012.html

A federal prosecutor has reportedly left a case involving members of the Aryan Brotherhood of Texas citing “security concerns.”

The Dallas Morning News reports that Houston-based assistant U.S. attorney Jay Hileman told defense lawyer Richard O. Ely II that he was withdrawing in an email.

Ely is representing one of the defendants in the case, which involves racketeering charges.

Houston defense attorney Katherine Scardino also received the email from Hileman, according to Talking Points Memo.

“He sent the email to every lawyer representing a defendant in the Aryan Brotherhood federal case, and he said — very short email — that he was withdrawing for security reasons,” Scardino told TPM.

Angela Dodge, spokeswoman for the U.S. attorney’s office in Houston, declined to confirm to The Huffington Post whether or why Hileman left the case.

  2. Damn! The DA was shot 20 times? OMG!

Texas DA was shot 20 times, wife once, federal source says

    http://usnews.nbcnews.com/_news/2013/04/02/17571459-texas-da-was-shot-20-times-wife-once-federal-source-says?lite

A Texas district attorney was shot 20 times and his wife Cynthia was shot once when they were gunned down in their home on Saturday, a federal source with knowledge of the investigation told NBC News.

Earlier, an affidavit in the case said each of the victims sustained multiple gunshot wounds. The reason for the discrepancy was unclear.

The slayings of Kaufman County District Attorney Mike McLelland and his wife Cynthia have rocked the semi-rural town on the eastern outskirts of Dallas and beyond.

The brazen direct attack on the justice official comes weeks after Colorado’s prison director Tom Clements was shot to death at his home, with a paroled white supremacist ex-con killed in a Texas shootout the main suspect.

Towson U. students to hold unity rally Tuesday
Aim to counter negative publicity brought on by pro-white race student group

    By Jon Meoli, jmeoli@tribune.com

A group of Towson University students hope a rally scheduled for Tuesday afternoon shows the campus is united in the face of negative publicity brought on by the actions of a group calling itself the White Student Union.

“When we say we bleed black and gold, this isn’t a lie,” senior Jon Smith, a city native, said. “This is what we do, and we stand up for what we believe in.”

Smith is a founding member of the organizing group Be The Change, which was formed last year in response to the White Student Union, a pro-white race student group.

Don’t tell me that group Matt Heimbach is leading at Townson is any different taht the Ayran brotherhood.

Why I Fear the Aryan Brotherhood—and You Should, Too
by Anonymous Apr 1, 2013 2:29 PM EDT

Law enforcement officers may have a real problem on their hands. They’re being tight-lipped about it, but it’s something they should have been aware of for decades. They had to see it coming.

Whether or not the Aryan Brotherhood killed two Texas prosecutors, their increasing emergence from prison should strike fear in all of us. I should know—I was behind bars with them.

Republicans Blasted Obama Administration For Warning About Right-Wing Domestic Terrorism

But when, in 2009, the Department of Homeland Security reported that white supremacy is the US’s biggest threat for domestic terror, it was met with harsh criticism. Conservatives blasted the department for defining terror threats too broadly, instead of focusing on potential Islamic terrorists. Then-House Minority Leader Rep. John Boehner (R-OH) was one of those who berated DHS

The report was titled “Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment,” and it named white supremacists, radical anti-abortionists, and a few “disgruntled veterans” as most susceptible to recruitment by extremist groups, or to harboring resentment that may lead to domestic terrorism. DHS stressed that, during recessions, these threats go up, and law enforcement should be on the lookout for such extremism:

  6. Interim DA named in Texas county stunned by killings

    http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2013/04/02/kaufman-county-texas-district-attorney-killings-interim/2045625/

A Texas county stunned by the shooting deaths of two prosecutors within a two-month period has appointed an interim district attorney who led the prosecution in a high-profile case against white supremacists.

Brandi Fernandez, 42, will take over the job of Kaufman County district attorney for three weeks until Gov. Rick Perry appoints a permanent successor to Mike McLelland, who was killed, along with his wife, at their home over the weekend.

Fernandez, the first assistant district attorney, was the lead prosecutor in a local high-profile case against several Aryan Brotherhood of Texas members, The Dallas Morning News reported.

Kaufman County Sheriff David Byrnes declined to discuss specific security measures for Fernandez and other prosecutors, but told reporters that everyone in the courthouse is “being very well protected.”

Investigators have not established a motive in the McLellands slayings and the fatal shooting in January of an assistant district attorney, but are looking into whether there was involvement by the brutal prison gang

McLelland, 63, and his wife Cynthia, 65, were found shot to death Saturday in a rural area of Kaufman County, about 25 miles east of Dallas.

According to a search warrant, the victims had received “multiple gunshot wounds” and their bodies, found in different areas of the houses, were surrounded by numerous cartridges casings.

Investigators told reporters that the McLellands were apparently killed by an assault weapon.

The front door of the home was open, the investigators said. CBS News, quoting unidentified sources, said there were not sign of forced entry.

CBS News correspondent Anna Werner also reported that the McLellands were apparently getting ready for bed when the shootings took place. McLelland’s wife was found in her nightgown and the couple’s dogs were locked in a kennel, the source told CBS News.

White Supremacist Prison Gangs Targeting Officials?
    By: Jenée Desmond-Harris | Posted: April 2, 2013 at 10:58 AM

    SNIP
At this point, there’s a lot of circumstantial evidence to suggest that the prison gangs were involved in these killings. The question of whether the Colorado and Texas murders are linked is a little harder to answer.
Let’s begin by noting that “prison gang” is a slight misnomer here. Though the Aryan Brotherhood and other infamous gangs were certainly founded inside prisons, they have long since extended their criminal operations — drug trafficking, extortion, other forms of violent thuggery — to the outside world. A 2006 ABC News story listed the Aryan Brotherhood’s priorities as “making money, exacting revenge, terrorizing the uncooperative and maintaining thriving criminal enterprises inside and outside of prison.” These gangs are tremendously violent — and, since their leaders are already incarcerated, tremendously difficult to control. They also have a history of retaliating against those who have wronged them.

  9. Take note NRA….Mike McLelland and his wife were shot multiple times with an assault rifle. And it’s reported McLelland carried a gun with him everywhere.

    • Vettte says:

The NRA didn’t mean for this to happen…BUT they are not going to say anything in support of the assault weapons ban because of it…the Kaufman people are just collateral damage. The real shootem up is yet to come. They have plans I’m sure.

      • The real shootem up is yet to come.

        THIS

      • Vettte says:

SG2 I think this “gun thing” is going to get so out of hand that it will never be able to be reigned back in. The NRA thinks that the guns will be used by people to protect themselves and whatever else they have planned. But look at what’s happening. These assault weapons are being used on the CACs. Now!

      • SG2 I think this “gun thing” is going to get so out of hand that it will never be able to be reigned back in. The NRA thinks that the guns will be used by people to protect themselves and whatever else they have planned. But look at what’s happening.

What did the Scripture say? “If you live by the sword you die by the sword”. The thing they’ve ( NRA) planned has come upon them.

      • Ametia says:

These groups are DOMESTIC TERRORIST. But you know the media likes to gelp ou thte GOPers and Teaaggers and fan the flames of hate and discord with the Sharia Law nonsense and anit-Muslim senitment.

    • Vettte says:

These people sound pretty professional…gunned down, or I should say obliterated the Asst DA outside the courthouse, then waited a month and bust in the front door and obliterate the DA. AND nobody has been arrested yet. Surely somebody saw something different or somebody in a small town like Kaufman who should not have been there. Where are these bad guys meeting without their white sheets?

      • I concur. The killers were able to get inside the home and put multiple shots into both victims and escape. It was a professional hit! They are some ruthless mofos.

      • Vettte says:

Do you have any information on whether the little street thugs killing up innocent babies in the inner city have assault weapons or just little hand guns? These assault weapons, from the way its shaking out, are being used by and on the people who truly have access to them and can buy them at gun shows. Hand guns are bad enough but this DA and his wife had 5 children and they are not going to be able to recognize their parents because of the devastation the assault weapons had on them. That’s a sad thing to think about. “These People” need to be real scared when they truly realized WHO will be using these assault weapons. They are going to kill each other up before they can cross the tracks to get to us. Better red-neckognize!

      • Ametia says:

You two are ON.POINT. The national conversation should be about WHITE MEN & THEIR OBSESSION WITH GUNS A& MASS MURDERS.

        PERIOD.

      • Ametia says:

Yes; no negro’s gonna roll up into a white DA’s home and blast he and his wife to Kingdom come. These folks were white and roamed about the neighborhood UNSUSPECTING, because of their skin color.

As long as the focus is on POC as the real criminals, as long as folks like Chris Dorner can kill cops and other folks, get burned alive on national tv, the white male criminals will slide under the radar and away from the cameras of the white-dominated media.

      • Precisely!

      • Vettte says:

I don’t know Ametia, I think they are scared now! Maybe this is what it will take to get some attention on the assault weapons ban. I don’t think too many in our neighborhood have assault weapons that totally obliterate people.

  10. Texas On ‘High Alert’ After District Attorney’s Killing

    http://www.npr.org/blogs/thetwo-way/2013/04/01/175907100/texas-on-high-alert-after-district-attorneys-killing

“Security is high this morning for both elected officials and employees” in Kaufman County, Texas, after the shooting deaths of District Attorney Mike McLelland and his wife Cynthina, KERA reports.

There’s concern, as we reported Sunday, that the deaths may be related to the Jan. 31 killing of Assistant District Attorney Mark Hasse.

That concern extends beyond Kaufman County, which is part of the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. WFAA-TV says that “prosecutors across the state have been warned to be on guard.”

Still, WFAA adds that while there has been speculation that the January killing (and now this weekend’s) “might have been the work of a white supremacist prison gang in Texas,” the 63-year-old McLelland had previously downplayed the supposed threat from such a group:

“He told News 8 in a recent e-mail that Hasse, ‘… had received no threats from any prison gang. … he sure wasn’t scared of anyone he prosecuted’ and that ‘his dealings with Aryan Brotherhood cases we handled was strictly peripheral.’ “

  11. Texas prosecutor shootings are investigated amid tight security

Kaufman County, Texas, law enforcement officials escort an employee into the courthouse. Security remained tight across the state after a second prosecutor was slain.

    http://www.latimes.com/news/nationworld/nation/la-na-texas-prosecutor-slain-20130402,0,5160136.story

KAUFMAN, Texas — The fatal shooting of a north Texas district attorney and his wife, just two months after an assistant district attorney was gunned down near the local courthouse, could have a chilling effect on recruiting future prosecutors, officials said.

“I’ve always reassured them you really don’t have to fear retaliation,” Heath Harris, first assistant district attorney in Dallas, said of new recruits. But now, he said, “I definitely think people will think twice about becoming a prosecutor.”

In Dallas and across Texas, authorities were beefing up security for courthouses and prosecutors. The district attorney for Harris County, which includes Houston, was being trailed along with his family by a 24-hour security team at the sheriff’s suggestion.

  12. When they catch the killer/killers will he/she be burned alive on national tv?

    • Ametia says:

Good question, SG2. Don’t hold your breath, we need you alive to blog woman!

Of course those hateful 2520s won’t get burned alive on national TV.

    • Vettte says:

NO! IF they are white, they will be captured alive and let live until they are put to death by the unjustice system. They WILL NOT be publicly humiliated.
