White Racist Woman Attacks Postal Worker

What made this woman think she could talk and attack this Black postal worker like an animal?  What made her threatened a federal worker with the police and other white folks?  What made her think she could cry victim, as the poor white woman?

This racist woman spewed every racial stereotype she could muster in less than 5 minutes.  We’ve got her on camera, but we don’t have a name.  What is this woman’s name, and what penalty will she have to pay for attacking a federal worker?

This crazy ass white woman voted last week in the midterm elections.  Remember this.  If there’s one there are thousands, millions of them who voted for the Republican/Tea Party crowd to fill our chambers of congress.

Where is Andrea, Samantha, Kathleen, Maureen, Meredith, Katie, et.,al , when this kind of behavior by one of their brethren is going viral on YouTube?

And was the postal worker fired, and if so, why?

I am a black woman that do think there is bigotry going on but in this case it is not. I understand this woman’s fustration and she made those comments to get a rise out of this man. Instead of him just giving her the letter back, which he could have (I am an ex Postal worker) he continue to exacerbate the situation. If she gave him the letter back all he had to do is scan it refused and go on about his merry way. There is nothing in the rules that says that once a person signs they have to keep the mail. If she says it is not hers and if you think she is lying just scan it refused, case closed.

Get your Guns and Attorney Black folk. Every time White folk need a scapegoat, they start abusing Black folk. As far as the racist white woman, I am a 62 year old black woman and if she would have responed to me the way she did that black Man I would have laid her out. But on the other hand I wouldn’t have the patience to put up with her nosense as long has he did. So remember you have choices , he should have left her standing squealing like a PIG

I would be out of a job too, cause I would have beat her ass on the way to being fired.

  4. Ametia says:

Aint’t this some shit, CPL. MA law states it’s illegal to recor/tape without all parties permission.

Yeah, right, “Umm, hey white racist lady, can I record this racist rant against me?”

  5. CPL says:

    Dang:

Brotha trying to show bigotry and lost his job as a result. We really do live in Orwellian times.

My first visit over here, and I gotta respond to this ish.

I read this over at my home blog – dude also posted he was fired from his job for Missy’s actions, but publishing her address so people can blast her for this ish….SMDH….where’s this guy’s union? They should be shutting down the Post Office until this brotha gets some justice.

As for Missy – all I can say is two words: WHITE PRIVALEGE.

Somehow I think this was a staged incident, a hoax of sorts, possibly designed as a morality play (best case) or false flag (worst case) by activists.

The camera was too well pointed and too steady for the circumstances and the sound was too clear and without normal background noises, even when things were moving quicker.

If it wasn’t fake, the brother’s got a good future in camera / boom work, which pays a lot better than the post office.

I did not see a reply button underneath the MA Recording Law..hmmm

anyHOO..after all that abuse the man is fired and this woman cannot be prosecuted? Not even under civil law.

What about her smacking a government employee…isn’t there some type of grounds
    he can sue on?

what a terrible outcome for such abusive treatment.

My thinking is since he obtained the recording illegally, the evidence would not be admissable in court. Unless there were any other witnesses, it’s her word against his, and we know how well that works with the white woman’s word being held as truth. Just despicable!

Wonder why this thread is not showing most recent comments first?

What did this woman think, the po po would come with a billy club and crack open the negroes skull and then string him up?

I mean really, 2010 in Massachuesetts and the “Beckies” are threatening modern day lynchings on a federal worker for delivering her a certified letter that she didn’t want to accept. The hate is deep; it’s in their DNA.

    • Ametia says:

And remember, this white woman said she’s not a racist, it’s just that the black guy wouldn’t do what she’s ordered him to do… These white entitled folks really do think they can dictate to black people what is and is not racist… umm, HELL NAW!

      • Oh Lawd, it couldn’t have been me because I would have beat that ass of hers but good. Slapping him in the face? Hell to the naw. The got damn cac better recognize. This ain’t the 1950’s or 60’s. She has that mentality to think her word can get a black person locked away on her whiteness alone. Tea bagged mofo!

      • Ametia says:

Shows us how out of touch these “low value” voters are. She is part of the rabid base of the GOP/Teabaggers that the rich and powerful bank on.

LOL, that bish would never have rolled up on a sista like that, because she knows she would have gotten a smackdown, but good!

      • Ametia says:

That bish didn’t want to take that CERTIFIED letter, because she knew the contents wan’t about her or her hubby winning a million dollar lottery. She was running away from something.

      • Ametia says:

This is why the brother got fired.

        Massachusetts Recording Law

Note: This page covers information specific to Massachusetts. For general information concerning the use of recording devices see the Recording Phone Calls, Conversations, Meetings and Hearings section of this guide.

        Massachusetts Wiretapping Law

Massachusetts’s wiretapping law is a “two-party consent” law. Massachusetts makes it a crime to secretly record an in-person or telephone conversation without the consent of all parties to the conversation. See Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 272, § 99. If you are operating in Massachusetts, you should always get the consent of all parties before recording a telephone call or conversation, unless it is absolutely clear to everyone involved that you recording (i.e., it is not “secret”).

This law applies to secret video recording when sound is captured. In a recent case, a political activist was convicted of violating the wiretapping statute by secretly recording video of a Boston University police sergeant during a political protest in 2006. The activist was shooting footage of the protest when police ordered him to stop and then arrested him for continuing to operate the camera while hiding it in his coat. As part of the sentencing, the court ordered the defendant to remove the footage from the Internet. From this case, it is clear that you can violate the statute by secretly recording, even when you are in a public place.

      • Exactly. Prolly was a returned check or another & she didn’t want to accept it. I’d have beat her ass, this I know.
