Mitt Romney Goes On Fox & Says Releasing His Tax Returns Is Not An Issue

Releasing your tax returns will help clarify your departure from BAIN CAPITAL, MITT.

No, Mitt, you released 23 years of tax returns to John McCain. What does John Keery’s wife have to do with Bain and your tax returns? I guess those hundreds of pages of documents are being scrubbed about now.

Mitt Romney is BOXED in, and can’t release those tax return, just yet any way. Is it possible that the returns will INDICATE Romney never officially left Bain capital in February 1999? Or that he didn’t pay any TAXES at ALL?

NUKE THIS MOFO, MR. PRESIDENT, NUKE.HIM!

Mitt Romney demanded Monday that President Barack Obama back away from his persistent attacks on Romney’s record at Bain Capital, advising that it would be better “if you spent some time speaking about your record.”

“What does it say about a president whose record is so poor that all he can do in this campaign is attack me,”Romney said in a nationally broadcast interview.

Obama said an interview that he has run mostly positive campaign ads but said they have not been given much attention in the media.

In his interview on Fox News Channel’s “Fox & Friends,” Romney was asked whether Obama should apologize for a series of statements and campaign commercials suggesting that Romney has not been truthful in his accounts of his record as head of Bain Capital, a private equity firm.

    RAHM EMANUEL

He has only released one year, to the McCain campaign he released 23 years. And he’s telling the people, ‘I’m not going to give you what I gave John McCain’s people in 2008.’ And when he gave them 23 years, John McCain’s campaign looked at it and went, ‘Let’s go with Sarah Palin.’ So whatever’s in there is far worse than just the first year.”

Mitt Romney is a Sociopath, a Liar, or Both says Geoffrey Fieger of Fieger Law
    Published: Monday, 16 Jul 2012 | 3:00 AM ET

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., July 16, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ — Michigan’s and America’s top trial attorney, Geoffrey Fieger of Fieger Law, P.C. has launched a second politically charged commercial. This time Fieger has set his sights on Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney; divulging a physical attack in which a group led by Romney restrained and cut off another’s hair.

In the wake of Fieger’s recent controversial commercial that criticized those in opposition of President Obama being covert racists, it appears that Fieger has now taken aim against Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney.

“We’ve now learned that a then 18 year old Mitt Romney lead a gang of bullies who attacked another student and held him down while Romney cut off his hair,” said Fieger.

Romney has expressed to Americans that he doesn’t remember doing it. Fieger, who is a lifelong resident of Michigan and victim of that same abuse, knows all too well how traumatic such an incident can be and is calling out Romney’s obvious bluff and intent to deceive the American People.

“The other perpetrators have all confessed that the event has haunted them for years; but not our Mitt. Anyone who claims they don’t remember physically attacking someone is either a sociopath or a liar; or both,” proclaimed Fieger.

New Rule: If Obama Has to Show His Birth Certificate, Then Romney Has to Show His Tax Returns
Posted on July 16, 2012 by Emilia

In the spirit of Bill Maher, who’s taking a hike until the middle of August, I’d like to offer a New Rule of my own:

If the President had to show is birth certificate to prove he was born in America, then Governor Romney has to show his tax returns to prove he’s paying taxes in America.

Many pundits have, rightly, noted that if Mitt Romney were to win the election in November, he may very well be the first President of the United States with a Swiss bank account.

You know, rich men have been President before. In fact, I’d say every man who’s ever held the Office has been financially more comfortable than most of the people he governed. The eight Virginian Presidents were either plantation owners or, in the case of Woodrow Wilson, the child of people who owned slaves. The two Roosevelts were immensely wealthy. Jack Kennedy’s people made their money off the whiskey and entertainment trades, but it was wealth all the same.

But the difference between all these men and Mitt is that none of his predecessors had Swiss bank accounts, or accounts in the Cayman Islands or any such stuff that’s contrived — face it — to avoid paying the full whack in income tax.

Mitt Romney Ad Taken Down Over Copyright Claim
      Huff Post

One day after President Barack Obama’s campaign put out a brutal ad making fun of Mitt Romney’s singing abilities, the Romney campaign responded in kind with a web video mocking Obama for singing Al Green’s “Let’s Stay Together.”

However, on Monday afternoon, that video was no longer available. Viewers who tried to watch it were greeted with a fuzzy screen and the message:

This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by BMG_Rights_Management.

Sereiously, Did you hear this man MENTIONING another Presidential candidates WIFE?

“John Kerry ran for president,” Mitt Romney said Monday morning on “Fox & Friends.” “You know, his wife, who has hundreds of millions of dollars, she never released her tax returns. Somehow, this wasn’t an issue.”

What a fucking coward; while Ann’s off in London with her horse Rafalca, this whiney MOFO is attacking Teresa Heinz Kerry for her wealth and taxes. SMGDH. Keep, Mittens

    Why Now; Why It Matters
    Josh Marshall-July 15, 2012, 11:00 PM

I hope it’s not too obvious to note this. But there’s another aspect of the Bain storm that is critical to recognize. Mitt Romney has had a disastrous few days. Maybe it will go on for another day or another week. But at some not too distant point in the future we’ll be on to something else. And yet both campaigns get that this skirmish is a battle for one of the biggest prizes of the whole campaign.

The Obama campaign is hitting this so hard to take a series of associations and embed them so deeply into voters’ consciousness that they become inseparable from the mention of the phrase ‘Bain Capital’. Those are ‘joke’, ‘liar’, ‘felon’, ‘retroactively retired’, ‘SEC filings’, ‘Caymans’, ‘whiner’, ‘buck stops here’, ‘hiding something’.
