Video| John McCain Insults UN Ambassador Susan Rice As the GOP Continues Their ATTACKS On Women

John McCain: “If you’re going to tell the American people something; you better make damn sure it’s true>” Really? Sarah Palin was qualified to become VP-President? GTFOH John McShame!

John McCain: “I will do everything in my power to block her from being the United States Secretary of State,” he said. “She has proven that she either doesn’t understand or she is not willing to accept evidence on its face.”

If John McCain had done everything to BLOCK Sarah Palin from getting on that 2008 Vice Presidential ticket…. WELL, we all know how that turned out.  Ya still mad SON?

Apparently, the GOP and their water-carrying media hacks have nothing better to do after last week’s ass whupping than to further ramp up their STUPIDITY, racism, sexism, and war on women.  What does the party do?  They send out their so-called brightest “Mavericky” Senator to insult America’s  UN Ambassador.

*Looking at you Grampy McShame* Calling  UN Ambassador Susan Rice “Not very Bright” and not qualified for SoS.  It is you who was not QUALIFIED for the PRESIDENCY of the UNITED STATES.  And your calling Susan Rice not very bright is like calling Sarah Palin the next Commander-in-Chief.  Chickenhawks would rather go after the president’s female staff, cabinet members, and selections to get to him.  NOT GOING TO WORK.  McCain!

SG2:  John McCain, Ambassador Rice based her comments on what the CIA had given her. Yet you defended General David Petraeus who said the same thing. So what’s your real reason against Ambassador Susan Rice being the Secretary of State?

How dare you insult Ambassador Rice’s intelligence when you put the country at risk for choosing the Wasilla Hillbilly, Sarah Palin as your Vice Presidential candidate.

Palin,  woman who did NOT know that Africa is a continent, who couldn’t name a major newspaper, who pokes fun at education, who scribbles notes on her hand. You chose an empty-headed, nothing in the skull but empty fluid who was a heartbeat away from the Presidency.

That is what’s “not very bright,” John McCain.

McCain skipped the classified briefing on Benghazi yesterday. Clearly a lot more interested in politics than info.

  8. Angus King hits John McCain on Susan Rice

    http://politi.co/PWdMkn

Maine Sen.-elect Angus King questioned the judgment of two longtime GOP senators on Thursday, arguing that their opposition to promoting U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice to secretary of state was “premature.”

“I don’t really like starting out my Senate career — I’m not even sworn in yet — getting crosswise with some of the leaders of the other party,” King said on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe.” “But I thought it was a bit premature. There was a statement that she was up to her eyeballs or something in the policy, and I think there needs to be a little more of a factual basis for that. If all she did was provide that briefing based on the intelligence she was given, then it strikes me that taking a hardline position against a pretty distinguished diplomat was a bit premature. I’ll leave it at that.”

King was responding to remarks from GOP Sens. Lindsey Graham and John McCain, both of whom have said they will do everything in their power to block a potential promotion for Rice. The pair, who are among the Senate’s most hawkish members, are angry over a round of Sunday show appearances Rice made after an attack on a U.S. diplomatic outpost in Benghazi, Libya that killed four Americans. Their comments also drew a sharp rebuke from President Barack Obama, who defeated McCain in the 2008 presidential race.

King, an independent, announced Wednesday he would caucus with Democrats, giving the party a 55-seat majority in Congress’ upper chamber.

Republicans r trying to cover for Petraeus F-UP in Benghazi by trying 2 turn the tables and blame Amb Susan Rice.It won’t work.

ALL.OF.THIS. And the very notion that somehow, a Rhodes Scholar and Harvard Law grads aren’t very bright, especially BLACK grads, tells you that McShame and gang can’t handle SMART BLACK FOLKS! They have lost their ever-loving minds.

  11. Commentary:If Republicans Declare War on Susan Rice, They’ll Have It
John McCain can say whatever he wants about Rice, but he’s stretching the limits of his credibility by calling her dumb.

    http://www.bet.com/news/politics/2012/11/14/commentary-if-republicans-declare-war-on-susan-rice-they-ll-have-it.html

Just one week after an election in which Republicans lost 93 percent of the Black vote and 55 percent of the women’s vote, they’ve decided to kick off the president’s new term by attacking the highest-ranking Black woman in the Obama administration.

It all started this morning when Sen. John McCain went on Fox News and announced he would block America’s United Nations Ambassador Susan Rice if President Obama nominates her to replace outgoing Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

McCain is upset because Rice appeared on several Sunday talk shows a few days after the September attack on the U.S. compound in Benghazi, Libya, and explained what she knew. “The best information and the best assessment that we have today is that in fact this was not a pre-planned, pre-meditated terrorist attack,” Rice said on Fox News on Sept. 16.

Rice delivered the same message on CBS’s Face the Nation, where she described the intelligence community’s assessment of the attack as a spontaneous protest until “extremist elements” joined in the effort. Asked if she agreed with those who said the attack had been plotted out for months in advance, Rice declined to take the bait. “We do not have information at present that leads us to conclude that this was premeditated or pre-planned,” she answered.

It was a very careful, reasonable, measured response. But it wasn’t good enough for McCain or his cohort, Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina. “Susan Rice should have known better, and if she didn’t know better she’s not qualified,” McCain declared on Fox News this morning. To add insult to injury, McCain attacked Rice as “not very bright” for blaming the attack on the anti-Muslim video. “I will do everything in my power to block her from being the United States Secretary of State,” he concluded.

    • Ametia says:

Oh please chose Ambassador Rice, POTUS. The Gop-baggers will continue digging their grave, as they try to berrate a black woman on national TV. I want to help shovel the dirt on top of these shitheads you know pack the dirt down nice and neat and cement the tombstone.

    • Ametia says:

Irony INDEED. Notice the GOP keep recycling the same tired, oid D.C. entrenched fools to push the same recycled bullshit. These fools need to disappear already.

  12. Ametia says:

FUCKING losers! Proof of the grandstanding and posturing from the GOP CLOWNS

Note that Graham also claims, “(E)very intelligence agency in the world was misled.” Unless he means “misled by the United States,” I have three words for Graham: Downing Street Memo.

And from the comments here, a list of attacks that happened during Dubya’s terms. Not a peep back then from Graham or McCain:

    • majiir says:

Those attacks never happened, Ametia, because there was a white president in the WH, and white = always right to some people. To people like McCain and Graham, this makes a lot of difference.

  14. McCain And Graham Defended Condoleezza Rice Over Iraq WMD Testimony

    http://www.buzzfeed.com/zekejmiller/graham-and-mccain-defended-condoleeza-rice-over-ir

WASHINGTON, DC — Before Sens. John McCain and Lindsey Graham went after Susan Rice for claiming that the attack in Benghazi was the result of an anti-Islamic video, the pair defended then-Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice from charges that she was a “liar” over her testimony claiming there were WMDs in Iraq.

“I am dead set on making sure we don’t promote anybody who was a player in the Benghazi debacle,” Graham said on Wednesday in reference to Rice’s appearances on the five Sunday shows in which she blamed the Benghazi attack on a anti-Islamic video.

The Obama administration has said Rice was relying on CIA assessments pointing to the video, one of which has leaked.

“She is so disconnected from reality that I don’t trust her,” the South Carolina Republican added.

But in 2005, Graham was fiercely protective of Rice as she faced confirmation to take over the State Department, chaffing at terms used by Democratic lawmakers to describe her testimony.

“The words like ‘misleading’ and ‘disingenuous,’ I think, were very unfair,” Graham said on Fox News.

Asked if then-Sen. Mark Dayton’s use of the word “liar” was justified, Graham pounced.

“Yes, that’s even more unfair. Because it was all in terms of weapons of mass destruction and misleading us about the war and what was in Iraq. Well, every intelligence agency in the world was misled. And to connect those two to say that she’s a liar is very unfair, over the line.”

    • Attacking Ambassador Rice is nothing but a ploy to get at POTUS because they’re still mad about the bruising their asses got on November 6th.

      • majiir says:

They still haven’t gotten over being rolled by BO in 2008. I see it every time I see one of GOPers on my TV. These tools fully bought into the stereotypes about POC and can’t accept the fact that they’re wrong.

  15. Did you see Potus’ look when he was defending Ambassador Rice? Better recognize! He ain’t playing with you mofos!

    • Ametia says:

They’ve got NOTHING. And the whole idea of strolling before the cameras is a further distraction those PESKY BUSH TAX CUTS GOING UP IN SMOKE on 12-31-12!

  16. Ametia says:

partial script from Maddow’s 11-12-12 show

MADDOW: Andrea, in terms of the reporting from “The Washington Post”
tonight, just briefly, that John Kerry is being considered for defense
secretary, and that U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice being considered for
secretary of state. Does that comport with what you`re hearing and
informed speculation in Washington to those ends?

MITCHELL: Can you see all these balloons being floated? I`m
surrounded. It`s like being at a Democratic or Republican convention, all
    these balloons coming up.

Yes and yes. They — John Kerry has long, I think, wanted to be
secretary of state. And that`s not a secret in Washington. And he is many
people believe superbly qualified for that job. The White House — by all
reports, by my reporting, prefers to have Susan Rice on that position. But
according to Democrats, she`s been badly damaged by the Benghazi situation
and needs to go through the process. They are not sure she could be
    confirmed.

**Really, Andrea; which Democrats said Susan Rice was “badly damaged?’ hmm?**

So this floating of John Kerry for defense would perhaps clear the way
or ease the way for Susan Rice to get confirmed for state. But it`s not
    clear that it will work.
MADDOW: Andrea Mitchell, NBC`s chief foreign affairs correspondent —
I could talk to you all night tonight. There`s so much going on.

Thank you very much, Andrea. It`s great to have you here. Thank you.
    MITCHELL: Thanks.

MADDOW: Andrew`s show is at 1:00 p.m. Eastern here on MSNBC, “ANDREA
MITCHELL REPORTS”. And I`m telling you, must-see TV.

  17. Potus translation: Bring it on, bitches. Come after me! Jump mofos, jump!

  18. Ametia says:

I’m still looking for that clip of Andrea Mitchell on Maddow from Monday night. That bitch said Susan Rice was “damaged” goods, or something like that.

    • majiir says:

She sees the “damaged” goods every time she looks at herself. Since PBO took office, there has been a coordinated, sustained effort to deprive well-educated POC of their achievements. I remember when I was growing up my parents would always tell us kids that there’s a lot of things that people can take from you, but the one thing they can’t take is your intelligence/education. No matter what Mitchell, Chucky Todd, Graham, Sununu, Gingrich, or any other GOPer says, they will never be able to take PBO’s, Amb. Rice’s, AG Holder’s or FL Michelle Obama’s intelligence/education and accomplishments away from them, and it chaps their asses.

      • Ametia says:

Tell the TRUTH. Alan Greenspan is DAMAGED GOODS & made the 10 MOST WANTED when Wallstreet crashed.

These muthafuckas were trying to push off that ignorant, dumb, white trash Sarah Palin on our country. and have the nerve to call Susan Rice, a RHODES-EFFING SCHOLAR as "not very bright.' John McShame needs a good ass whupping for this nonsense.

  19. rikyrah says:
