It’s folks like Joe Scarborough that makes it absolutetly essential that the SCOTUS should have left section 4 of the Voting Rights Act INTACT. Typical that the white boys on the panel would defend this nonsense. Where were these MOFOS in 2012 during all that GOP VOTER SUPPRESSION?
AMERICA is going BACKWARDS with this ruling, and Rev. Al and all those black folks whose family members died for the right KNOW IT. 2013 RACIAL INEQUALITY STILL EXISTS IN THE UNITED STATES. The evidence that higher voter turnout by blacks in the states is because SECTION 4 was in place in those states that have history of using racists voter suppression tactics.
