State of Florida vs George Zimmerman Trial (day 8 )

Judge Debra Nelson14(CS Monitor.com)A doctor, testifying Tuesday for the prosecution, played down the injuries that defendant George Zimmerman sustained during a fight with slain teen Trayvon Martin. Prosecutors are working to undermine Zimmerman’s self-defense claim.

On Tuesday, a medical examiner called by prosecutors testified that Mr. Zimmerman’s injuries not only were not life-threatening, but also were “very insignificant.” Her assessment addresses a key aspect of the trial, in which Zimmerman, a neighborhood watch captain of his gated community in Sanford, Fla., faces second-degree murder charges in the shooting death of the unarmed teen on Feb. 26, 2012.

Dr. Valerie Rao, the medical examiner for Duval, Clay, and Nassau Counties in northern Florida, said Zimmerman’s injuries could have been the result of a single blow during a confrontation between the two.

Wednesday afternoon, jurors also heard from Anthony Gorgone, a crime lab analyst with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, who testified that he found no traces of Mr. Zimmerman’s DNA in scrapings taken from Mr. Martin’s fingernails. He did find DNA of Mr. Zimmerman and Mr. Martin on the gray sweatshirt that Mr. Martin was wearing, as well as DNA from both on Mr. Zimmerman’s jacket.

(Ummm, somebody please help me out here. What did Gorgone say?)

DNA belonging to Mr. Zimmerman was also found on the grip of his gun (DNA from a second person was also found on the grip, Mr. Gorgone testified, but it was ruled out that it came from Mr. Martin).

Yes it is, SG2. See NYT article by that Carla bitch above. LIES!

The NYT has descended into SEWER territory with their distortions, but then they do have that Maureen Dowd whack-as-dodo writing her trash in that paper.

Rikyrah, I’ve been watching this trial live and it’s just MIND-BLOWING what folks like us see and hear and what the media is reporting. No surprises though. We knew they’d be COMPLICIT in covering for Zimmerman, the STALKER/MURDER.

  6. Skype pranksters interrupt Zimmerman witness testimony

    http://www.nbcnews.com/technology/skype-pranksters-interrupt-zimmerman-witness-testimony-6C10528962

A professor’s testimony via Skype in the George Zimmerman trial Wednesday was interrupted by a series of noisy call notifications and alerts from pranksters, leading Judge Debra Nelson to order the witness and the prosecutor questioning him to “hang up the phone.”

Seminole State College professor Scott Pleasants was giving his testimony about a class taken by Zimmerman, who has pleaded not guilty to the charge of second-degree murder of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin. Soon after the testimony started, however, the video call was bombarded with almost non-stop incoming call attempts. Since the live video stream was shown on a screen in the courtroom, the jarring visual and audio interruptions blocked the screen and made it difficult to hear Pleasants’ testimony.

“There’s now a really good chance that we’re being toyed with, just so you know,” said Zimmerman defense attorney Mark O’Mara in court, as it became evident the interruptions were not going to stop.

What is with all of these witnesses testifying via Skype?

It just sounds strange to me that this is at least the second State witness that has testified via Skype and with the State’s resources they could pay for their hotel, meals and travel.

The defense had a chance to take these depositions in person but somehow missed the meeting. They said they forgot. The witness left town the day after.

Have you checked out the comment section on HLN? Funny how DNA in OJ’s case was the hope-to-die evidence that he murdered Nicole. However, in Trayvon’s case all of a sudden it’s not enough evidence, or the DA hasn’t proved their case, or the DNA evidence does not count, etc., Ain’t that bout a biscuit. I might have use some real expletives to release anger that is building up against inequality in justice and racism. This trial is pissing me off because those folks know Zimmerman is lying, but they do not want to set aside their racism and admit that GZ is a child murderer.

    • GrannyStandingforTruth says:

This trial is reminding me when it wasn’t against the law for whites to kill black people, the lynch mobs, unfair trials, blacks were not allowed to defend themselves in court, and all of America’s ugly history that they seem to be in denial about in the Divided States of B.S. and Racism.

    • GrannyStandingforTruth says:

All I can think about is how that child begged for his life. His terrifying screams still give me chills. I look at Zimmerman who shows not one ounce of remorse and even admitted he’d do it again on national TV. It burns me up how those folks on HLN act like Trayvon’s young life means no more to them than a hyped up game show. That child had a future. So what he smoked weed. I bet the majority of those self-righteous folks smoked and used more than that when they were teenagers and probably still do. Ladies I’m sorry for venting on here, but I am really pissed that a grown man thinks he did the world a favor stealing that child’s life and his screams. When I asked my granddaughter if she wanted to watch it with me, she said no because it upsets her. Most young people tell me the same thing.

  10. Prosecution hammers defense with DNA evidence in eighth day of trial in Zimmerman case

    http://frederickleatherman.com/2013/07/03/prosecution-hammers-defense-with-dna-evidence-in-eighth-day-of-trial-in-zimmerman-case/

The State hammered the defense with DNA evidence today. FDLE laboratory analyst Anthony Gorgone testified that the defendant’s DNA was not found on Trayvon Martin’s fingernail cuttings or anywhere on Trayvon Martin’s sweatshirt, including the area from the elbows to the cuffs.

Gorgone also testified that Trayvon Martin could not be excluded as a contributor to a bloodstain on the lower portion of right cuff of the defendant’s jacket.

These results are a devastating blow to the defense because they refute the defendant’s story. Given the scenario that the defendant described, his blood and DNA should be all over Trayvon Martin’s fingernails and sleeves.

Trayvon Martin and Black Manhood On Trial

[….] That Zimmerman fumbled for an answer when the lead investigator asked whether he thought Trayvon was afraid of him is emblematic of the way society has trained us to think about black manhood. Of course he didn’t think Trayvon could be scared. Young black men never are. They are the danger. Which is also why, for some, Zimmerman’s story, even with the cartoonish language he ascribes to Trayvon, doesn’t sound far-fetched. A black man jumping from behind the bushes to sucker-punch someone they don’t know and attempt to kill them only a short distance from their home. It makes perfect sense if you believe that black men are preternaturally violent.

The jury will have to decide who they believe in this instance,
Jeantel or Zimmerman, and it is this that has me concerned. Brittney
Cooper, writing for Salon, captured it succinctly: “…black womanhood, black manhood and urban adolescence are always on trial in the American imaginary.” Zimmerman’s innocence rests on the notion of Trayvon’s criminality. And in this country, it’s not that difficult to convince six people of the criminality of a 17-year-old black boy.

  14. GrannyStandingforTruth says:

In other words, it’s everyone who believes Zimmerman is guilty, Trayvon, black people, other people, the state, the state’s experts, Tracy and Sybrina, Rachel, the witnesses and everyone else under the sun that are guilty, incompetent, liars, and responsible for Trayvon’s death. GZ is a choir boy with a halo over his head who wouldn’t tell a lie. Yeah right!

They should have checked GZ’s tongue for bumps. I’m sure he has a legion of them.

  15. Zimmerman Got an A in Stand Your Ground Class

    http://abcnews.go.com/m/story?id=19565190

George Zimmerman studied self defense, including Florida’s controversial Stand Your Ground Law and got an A in the course, his college instructor told a courtroom today, appearing to contradict Zimmerman’s claims shortly after he killed Trayvon Martin.

Capt. Alexis Francisco Carter testified today that he taught Zimmerman criminal litigation back in 2010 at Seminole State College. Carter, who is now an Army prosecutor, called Zimmerman one of his “better students,” noting that Zimmerman received an A for his work.

The testimony is aimed at undermining Zimmerman’s credibility because he has denied prior knowledge of self defense laws.

When asked by Fox News’ Sean Hannity “prior to this night, this incident, had you even heard stand your ground?” Zimmerman responded “No Sir.” Again Hannity asked ” You have never heard about it before?,” Again the same answer: “No.”

Zimmerman, 29, is on trial in a Florida courtroom, charged with second degree murder in the shooting of Martin, 17, on Feb. 26, 2012. He maintains he killed Martin in self-defense.

Carter’s testimony was made possible after Judge Debra Nelson handed the prosecution a legal victory before court resumed today by allowing Zimmerman’s criminal justice course load, and his failed application for a Virginia Law enforcement job, to be entered into evidence. The ruling opened up Zimmerman’s past to scrutiny.

It was the first time in eight days of testimony that jurors heard about Florida’s “stand your ground” law.

  16. Ametia says:

FYI: At least two stains from Zimmerman’s jacket, tested positive for a mixture of DNA that included Martin’s DNA.

  19. Ametia says:

West doesn’t know his ass from a hole in the ground.

  20. GrannyStandingforTruth says:

It would be nice if West would come down with a case of lockjaw and shut the Hell up. I’m just saying. His stupid questions prove to me that some folks get their license to practice law from Sear & Roebuck.

    • Ametia says:

Sears & Roebuck? Naw, West isn’t good enough for S & R, more like that online college that Zimmerman used that didn’t require him to actually read the course material. *WINK*

  21. Xena says:

So, Zimmerman had blood of someone else dripping off his head, uh?

    • Ametia says:

      Yes!

    • Stop it?! Who’s blood?

      • Ametia says:

Good question. Did someone try to help Zimmerman?

      • Xena says:

        @SG2.

        Stop it?! Who’s blood?

Gorgone couldn’t determine the minor contributor.

Didn’t I say months ago that Zimmerman got blood from somewhere else to smear on his head? That photo taken by Jon shows a pattern of application, like when shampooing or applying gel to the hair. There are also 5 rivulets running from the boo-boos just like 5 fingers. The most telling is the boo-boo that is on the left of the photo. The blood was applied across, back to the left, then down.

Run your fingers through your hair and see if they don’t follow the same pattern as the lines on the back of Zimmerman’s head. Those boo-boo’s were there before 2/26/12. They were already scalping. All it took was picking at the scalps to cause them to bleed, and then adding more blood to make it look really ugly.

And remember, the blood on his head had dried when the EMTs got to him to clean him up. So, fresh boo-boos bleeding profusely suddenly stopped bleeding and dried in the rain. HA!!

      • Ametia says:

@Xena. Yes; you did say that. Remember Trayvon had magical negro powers to wash away the DNA, and make GZ’s DNA remain.

        • Xena says:

          @Ametia.

Remember Trayvon had magical negro powers to wash away the DNA, and make GZ’s DNA remain.

Those bigotvoyant theories aren’t working too well for the defense, are they? LOL!! Trayvon was suppose to know beforehand that Zimmerman would get out of his truck and follow him, where Zimmerman would walk to, the route he would take back, and the exact time he would reach the “T” for Trayvon to “double-back” and attack him.

  22. Xena says:

It’s a good thing that West didn’t chose a career in medicine in as a gynecologist. He would require his patients to tell him how many pubic hairs they have when they’re there for a prescription for birth control.

  23. Ametia says:

George Zimmerman’s DNA was all over Trayvon, which leads me to believe this fat fuck was on top on Trayvon.

    • Hey Chicas!

      I’m back. What’s happening?

      • Ametia says:

West was questioning Gorgone the forensic dude. Basically asking the same question John Guy asked him. Gorgone was consistent with his repsonses.

      • GrannyStandingforTruth says:

@ SG2, West is implying that the rain discriminates. It would somehow wash Trayvon’s DNA off, but not Zimmerman’s. West should join Barnum and Bailey for the most stupidest man alive. Lord save us from West’s stupid questions.

        • Unfreakingbelievable!

        • Xena says:

@Granny. That mindset goes back to slavery (inferior-superior) where it was believed that some people such as those of African descent and Native Americans were cleaned like animals, by rain. On the other hand, rain didn’t clean Whites without soap.

See the bald guy in the grey suit? Gracie is sitting behind him to the left of the screen.

  26. Ametia says:

Gorgone is telling West he cut out as much of the material with blood on it to test for DNA.

  27. Ametia says:

West is bullshiting around. He’s got nothing else to question forensic on. This is all DUPLICATIVE! Move the fuck on.

  28. Xena says:

Why does West have to duplicate what prosecutors have already asked and done? Cause he has nothing else to do for cross-examination?

    • Ametia says:

Bingo, Xena. Just crazy, repetitive, nonsense.

    • GrannyStandingforTruth says:

Not only that, West is trying to imply that rain and moisture discriminates and would wash Trayvon’s DNA off, but not Zimmerman’s DNA. I swear he is crazier than a road lizard.

      • Ametia says:

LOL@crazier than a road lizard. Yes, Trayvon is Super Human Negro with special moisture and rain powers to completely wash away his DNA and leave Zimmerman’s to incriminate Zimmerman. Isn’t Trayvon something extra special to these dumb fucks.

The “Racist Rain Defense” How innovative !!

Anyone noticed that no one sits close to Gracie?

  30. Ametia says:

DNA can be degraded with moisture and dampness. It can affect the ability of forensic to determine its viability.

    • Ametia says:

I didn’t get the forensic expert’s name, but he is not playing with Don West. He told him that that’s his analysis and that’s all there is to it. West can’t make him waffle on his test results.

      • GrannyStandingforTruth says:

West must be one of Fox We Make It Up offsprings. I swear he likes to make up BS just like they do. Smh! Comprehension does not seem to be one of their strongest skills. Giving him major eye rollage.

      • Xena says:

<blockquote.I didn’t get the forensic expert’s name, but he is not playing with Don …

        Last name is Gorgone.

      • Ametia says:

@Granny. West is having Gorgone the same damn questions John Guy asked, and he is giving him the same answers. What West wants to do is trip up Gorgone and get him to change his testimony.

      • aquagranny911 says:

The DNA evidence makes a lie of Z’s story & West could not shake Gorgone.

  31. Ametia says:

Look, if forensic says they exclude someone, he’s saying they are not a part of the data. They did not contribute. So , West stop trying to inject your bs into the data.

  32. Ametia says:

I had sto step away for a few minutes. Is there a recess?

    • Xena says:

@Ametia. Yes. It was 15 minutes and I’ve made coffee since then, so trial should be back in session any second now.

I’m catching up on what I missed this morning. So, Zimmerman’s application to be a cop was rejected because of his bad credit. The last thing the public needs is a person with bad credit having a badge, who can use it to organize and/or conduct crime to give him a profit. That rather ties in to my theory that Zimmerman organized NW as a cover for the burgularies.

    • Ametia says:

Blacks and the English Language: Damned If We Do, Damned If We Don’t
    Jul 2, 2013
    By Tonyaa Weathersbee, BlackAmericaWeb.com

When it comes to our use of the English language, it seems that black people just can’t win, no matter what end of the mastery spectrum we fall on.

This past week Rachel Jeantel, the last person to talk to murdered teenager Trayvon Martin, took the stand in the trial of George Zimmerman, a watchman who is accused of stalking and killing the unarmed 17-year-old in 2012 as he was walking from a convenience store in Sanford, Fla.

Martin’s slaying and the circumstances that surrounded it – the fact that the black youth’s body lay in the morgue for three days before his family learned of his death and the fact that it took months for Zimmerman, who is white, to be charged – rubbed salt on the unhealed wounds of injustice and racism that still scar this nation’s soul.

Thank you Tonyaa Weathersbee, it is what I’ve been trying to drill through black folks head for years. I say pluck those who ridicule the way black’s talk regardless if that black person speaks proper or Ebonics. Aquarians treasure their many friends and acquaintances and want to give back as much as they can.

This explains why Rachel’s lawyer said he was the only boy that did not make fun of her, the way she talked, her clothes, hair, etc. Trayvon was a people person and his life was ended, who knows what all he had to offer the world. He could have been a

My dad was Aquarius. When he died his job shut down for his funeral. He was the only one that his job did that for. Rachel, Trayvon, And The Saddest Thing I’ve Ever Read

Despite the cultural relevance and ubiquity of the Trayvon Martin case, I haven’t written about it since the trial started. No blogs, no articles, and not even any tweets or status messages.

This silence has been intentional. I have a sizable emotional stake in the outcome, and keeping up with and writing about the daily ebs and flows of a court case that may not end for weeks—and, most importantly, may not end how I want it to end—would burn me out. I’ve read many of the news stories and opinion pieces spawned by it, but writing—and the thinking/re-writing process that usually accompanies it—is just more of an investment for me.

I decided to break my silence tonight after a friend forwarded a story about the case to me that, all things considered, may very well be the saddest thing I’ve ever read.

From “Trayvon Martin Was One of the Few Guys Who Didn’t Tease Rachel Jeantel”
    ……………………………………………………..

I was sitting in my living room when I first read this. My girl was in the kitchen. I told her about the interview. Since she was busy and couldn’t read it herself, she asked me to summarize it for her. I did. When I got to the part about Trayvon being one of the only people Rachel knew who didn’t tease her, my voice cracked a little and my eyes started burning. I stopped reading, thinking I had to sneeze. It didn’t even dawn on me that I was actually crying until a half-second later.

The overriding theme with the dozens of articles about Rachel Jeantel’s court appearance last week was that we cant lose sight of the fact that George Zimmerman is the only one on trial here. While I understand the sentiment, I disagree. Zimmerman isn’t up there by himself. They just got the co-defendant wrong. It’s not Rachel Jeantel or even Trayvon Martin, though. It’s Black America. It’s us.

From day one, this case has exposed all of our intra-racial warts about race, complexion, class, and how each of them intersect. For all of our marching, hoodie-rocking, and “I am Trayvon”-ing, there’s no doubt in my mind that if Trayvon Martin looked more like Chief Keef and didn’t have camera-ready parents, we wouldn’t still be talking about him. We may have not have even talked about him at all.

This was evident when we first encountered Rachel Jeantel. Regardless of how vehemently we circled the wagons after realizing she was being attacked, our first collective reflex when seeing and hearing her was that we wished we didn’t have to see or hear her anymore. She was too big, too “dumb,” and too Black to been seen in public, to have the privilege of speaking in front of White folks, to matter, and we wanted her to go back to wherever people who don’t matter go when they’re busy not mattering.

    Apparently, Trayvon didn’t agree.

Yes; the nonsense about Rachel is another reminder that Black America is the one on trial, and some black folks were all too happy to subscribe to this fuckery.

      • GrannyStandingforTruth says:

        Exactly!

      • jelana says:

Yes, but it is because it was FEARED that her testimony would be dismissed. If you don’t look and speak a certain way, whether black or white, you are dismissed and ignored. I am not saying it is right.

@Jelena. I get what your’e saying. The fear has to be beaten down with not accepting the stereotype, and calling it out for what it is.

Thank you so much for this blog. I wasn’t able to watch trial this morning, so the comments here caught me up.

  42. Next witness up

    Anthony Gorgone, FDLE DNA analyst

  43. Court back in session

  44. Tony Pipitone : Judge denies defense request to adjourn for Friday so it can take @attorneycrump deposition then; Crump available for depo Sunday @ 6 p.m.

    • Judge Debra Nelson to Don West: “I’m not doing that — end of discussion”.

      ***********************
      SMACK!

    • Rene Stutzman: Angry judge tells DonWest to sit down, that she’ll work as late tonite as it takes to finish state’s case

      • roderick2012 says:

Angry? What about frustrated and irritated?

BTW I read somewhere a few weeks ago that the Koch brothers are interested in buying the Orlando Sentinal and that is one of the major reasons for their pro-Zimmerman slant.

I guess Rene is bucking to be the head newspaper ‘ho’.

  45. Tony Pipitone: State told judge it expects to rest today, defense to begin case Friday.

  46. aquagranny911 says:

    Hola Chicas!
I found the testimony of the gun expert particularly interesting not only because it speaks to Z’s lies but also to his intent. The fact that he chambered a round & then re-loaded the clip seems to me that he was not just prepared for self-defense but that he was “locked & loaded” to shoot someone, anyone. I sure hope the jury sees this.

Damn the Sanford police for bungling this case. If they had done their jobs, Z would have been charged with murder one, plea bargained to homicide two & would already be warming a jail cell now & the Martins would have been spared all this.

  47. Court is in recess until 1:45pm

    • jelana says:

Wow. The state is talking about resting today or Friday morning! The judge seems to be insisting on today.

  48. CarolMaeWY says:

    Good Day. Justice for Trayvon.

  49. Ametia says:

    REMEMBER FOLKS

GZ; “I didn’t think I shot him.” (Trayvon) yet, when asked by the police, Zimmerman said “I did.”

    • Ametia says:

GZ had his gun pressed against Trayvon’s chest and fired the gun and KILLED Trayvon. How could you not know you shot Trayvon if you made CONTACT, George Zimmerman?

I hope it gets down to Zimmerman being put on the witness stand. LET THIS MOFO GET UP THERE AND DEFEND HIMSELF, Since he’s claiming self defense. That would be the ULTIMATE nightmare for him, and I’d happily watch with glee as the prosecution pick every lie apart that this monster has told.

  50. Ametia says:

George Zimmerman loaded his 9 mm gun. He did not have a safety on it. He was loaded and ready to take down a nigga that night, and he did

  51. Ametia says:

Why don’t you want to look at the 2 shirts, O’Mara?

  52. Mark O’Mara on cross.

  53. Ametia says:

So far, Amy has said only one bullet was fired from GZ’s gun. Is this correct?

    • Tony Pipitone: Siewert says patterns of residue vary based on distance and other factors. Hoodie consistent with contact shot, fired up against hoodie.

      • It was a contact shot. The gun touched the hoodie. He pushed up the button and fired a bullet into the kid’s heart. I just wanna wail.

      • Ametia says:

O’Mara’s trying to establish that there was a safety feature. Amy has told him numerous times that Geroge Zimmerman’s gun was READY TO FIRE. And therefore, he did not have a safety feature in place on that 9mm gun he used to press up against Trayvon’s chest and MURDER HIM

        • Mark O’Mara cannot change forensics. It was a contact shot fired right in to the heart as the kid was begging for his life. GZ is wicked and very dangerous to society. Cage this animal.

      • Ametia says:

It was a MOFO CONTACT shot, Mark O’Mara! GET OVER IT.

    • Ametia says:

Lord; I feel for Tracy and Sybrina, having to look at the bullet holes in Trayvon’s sweatshirt.

That rat bastard went all in on Trayvon’s chest with his 9 mm gun.

  54. Next witness up

    Amy Siewert. FDLE firearms analyst.

  55. Ametia says:

Amy with FDLE is up crime lab analylist

  56. Next witness up

Gordon “Scott” Pleasants Seminole State College professor is testifying by skype

  57. Court is back in session. audio issues.

  58. Did anyone see Zimmerman laugh during Alexis Carter’s testimony about self defense?

  59. It’s damn disgraceful that the Martins have had to jump through hoops to just get this child killer arrested and the GALL of authorities/media to parade around scratches like they were a grave injury. It’s reprehensible in the 21 century all a non black has to do is say their lives were threaten, they’re believable over an unarmed innocent black kid carrying candy. Effin outrageous!

    • rikyrah says:

      skittles and iced tea

that was the THREAT Trayvon posed

      • Ametia says:

Yes; that was the supposed threat. But remember GZ said those” fucking assholes, they always get away with it.” You know walking with a hoodie in the rain carrying Skittles an iced tea. Trayvon Martin certainly didn’t get away with it February 26, 2012, now did he?

    • Ametia says:

It’s unfuckingbelievable that these fools can’t bring their lips to say that an UNARMED TRAYVON had a right to defend himself, after being stalked by an ARMED wanna be sociopath fake cop like Zimmerman. Absolutely now empathy for this boy having to scream and beg for his life.

I LOATHE these people for their ignorance and blind reality of being in that bubble of white superiority.

  60. Court is in recess until 11am

  61. Next witness up

Jim Krzenski . He oversees administration of Sanford PD

  62. jelana says:

The ultimate imperfect self defense is the use of excessive force like a gunshot!
    BOOM!

  63. If GZ lies about money, lies about knowledge of SYG laws, he’ll certainly lie about murder.

    • Ametia says:

Yes; that’s why O’Mara objected to his crime school records being admissable. Looks like he used what knowledge he learned from his stent in school to play RENT-A-COP.

    • roderick2012 says:

But, but only the dead victim’s character is relevant in phucked up Florida.

The dead victim who can’t tell his side of the story can be villified because he can’t defend himself.

You see the defendant can’t have his character sullied nor his prior bad acts introduce because it could prejudice the jury of his peers. (sarcasm off)

  64. Next witness up

Tony Pipitone : Army Capt. Alexis Carter, military prosecutor, taught Seminole State College criminal litigation class in spring 2010. Zimmerman got an A.

  65. Don West is on cross

  66. Next witness up

Lt. Scott Kearns. He’s with Prince William Co. police in Virginia.

  67. Next witness up

Sonja Bowles-Melvin who is the registrar at Seminole State College.

  68. Mark O’Mara is so disgusting. He walks into the courtroom unprepared, whines & expects to get a continuance. Judge Nelson SHUT HIM DOWN! kicked ass

    • Ametia says:

Checking in for the day. What’s happening? Ooops! I see the graphic. LOL

    • roderick2012 says:

He walks into the courtroom unprepared, whines & expects to get a continuance.

He’s playing the martyr in front of the cameras and the blood money donors—gotta play the victim whenever possible.

      • Liza says:

His paycheck comes from those donors. Zimmerman hasn’t got two nickels to rub together except for what he collects from his cult followers.

      • Ametia says:

Hi Liza. GZ doesn’t have a pot to piss in nor a window to throw it out of. He had bad credit, tried to get educated in criminal law in the state of FL to play cop. He thought he could be the man around that complex and it has all backfired. SUCH A LOSER!

      • GrannyStandingforTruth says:

Yep, blood money and all those who contributed money to Zimmerman now have blood on their hands. They were agreement with a child murderer.

  69. Zimmerman’s school records are coming in. Objection over-ruled. She BANGS!!!!!!!!

  70. roderick2012 says:

I don’t understand why the admissibility of evidence wasn’t resolved before trial because it is making the jurors nervous and antsy having to wait for Judge Nelson’s decision.

  71. Judge Nelson shutting down O’Mara telling him he had all night to research this matter. She not allowing a continuance.

  72. Mantei says George Zimmerman had a desire to become a police officer and spoke in police jargon.

    • Fin Gomez: Prosecution argues relevance: Zimmerman used” written police jargon”. He desired to be a cop. He used police phrases in his statements.

      • Fin Gomez: Mantei is well prepared + technologically astute. He has a visual presentation for the judge on the screen, displaying his argument #zimmerman

    • TJ Holmes: Prosecutor:taking criminal investigation & litigation class, Zimmerman would know what might be asked of him or done w/pieces of evidence

    • roderick2012 says:

Maybe Mantei should be the Lead instead of Bernie who has fallen down on his job at critical junctures during this trial already.

  73. Mark O’Mara says if history of George Zimmerman is relevant so is the history of Trayvon Martin fighting.

  74. Judge Nelson hearing arguments over past school records in George Zimmerman’s murder trial

    • Mark O’Mara says George Zimmerman was just somebody who wanted to ride along with the police.

      • roderick2012 says:

I bet that Officer Smith was one of the police officers who gave Fatback a ride-a-long or two.

Is Papa Zimmerman the Great Oz or something because this fool has a lot of people afraid of him and/or what he can do to them?

  75. Good morning, everyone! One day closer to Justice4Trayvon!

    Hoodies up!
