Where’s the rest of thre press conference, Orlando Sentinel? you know the line about Shellie wanting realtionship to end with a whimper and not a Bang?

Zimmerman Probe on Hold Until Evidence Surfaces
LAKE MARY, Fla. September 11, 2013 (AP)

At a news conference late Wednesday, Shellie Zimmerman was with her attorney, Kelly Sims, but didn’t answer any questions about what happened. Sims cited the on-going divorce proceedings and probation as the reason. Sims defended his client’s initial assertions that her husband was armed.

Sims said Shellie Zimmerman found packaging for a new holster in the trash that day and has always known him to carry a gun.

“Bottom line, Shellie had every reason to believe there was a gun,” Sims said.

Sims said his client is hoping to move on as soon as possible.

“The only thing Shellie wants out of the end of this relationship is for it to end with a whimper and not a bang,” Sims said.

  1. Lonnie Starr says:

Hi all, I’m here… I didn’t see an appropriate link to reply to so I’ll start here.

First off is Ransberg. Stutzman wrote that piece and I emailed her long ago, to see if she
had more information on him. You know, 20 years old is pretty young to be a homeowner, yes?

Also the Ransberg we’re interested in is the white one, not this black man. So she wrote back and told me that the white Ransberg (or burg, I could never clear up which spelling to use), lived on the cul-de-sac outside the east gate with his girlfriend, and was a visitor, not a resident or homeowner. I also noted in the paper the photo of the black Ransberg with the dreadlocks, is taken with his head down so that he could not be identified from that photo. My guess is they wanted to make sure that no resident came forward to say that they either knew him, or knew he did not live there.

In any event Rene Stutzman succeeded in creating the confusion she probably intended.

Okay so that’s a start. I don’t want to write a ultra long book post if I can avoid it. So I’ll wait for questions.

BTW it isn’t that I disbelieve Xena’s theory, it really isn’t in conflict with my own, it’s just in juxtaposition to my theory, after all, neither of us can discharge the others theory, there simply isn’t evidence sufficient to do so. My thinking is that the truth probably lay somewhere between our two theories.

    • Yahtc says:

      Lonnie,

Knowing that Rene Stutzman was basically a mouthpiece for O’Mara and that she created the confusion between the two Ransbergs, should we conclude that Ransberg was more important than we have been led to believe?

Also, why would Burgess claim the stolen computer that was in Ransberg’s backpack?
And, why would the police simply let Ransberg go when he was caught with stolen goods even though Burgess claimed the computer? Again, was Ransberg more important to the thefts than we have thought?

Do you know anything about the families of the two Ransbergs/Ransburgs?

      • Lonnie Starr says:

I did try to do a search on the names, lots of results but nothing popped out. But yes, it is extremely odd that he would not have been arrested and held, as he was the one found in possession of the stolen goods, regardless of who else may have claimed it. So, yes he was more important than we knew. First off he was white, which gave him a leg up in the crime enterprise. Hardly a wonder he’d want to use a black crew, plenty of black fodder to throw to the police, so they can show that they’re doing their job, making arrests, while letting him roam free.
I’d say that made him the leader of the pack. We have no idea if he’s violent or not, but my guess, judging from how quickly and surely Burgess took the blame, even while knowing he was on parole and faced years in jail with no trial needed. Burgess had to be in fear of Ransberg.

The police letting Ransberg go, suggest that there’s some connection with them as well, to the crimes being committed around the town. We know how power breeds corruption and the blacks in the town, the youths at least, would have little defense against any white predators, whether they wore a badge or not. Meanwhile, second story man, is hardly a fit for someone so big and powerfully built as Burgess was, usually people that big have a very soft demeanor, it’s required because if not, they’d have no associates at all. Second story men are usually fit but slim and agile. I doubt, very much that Burgess was very agile, but made up for it with the strength of his youth. My guess is he’s probably forced into committing burglaries, having a criminal record for one thing and being big and black for another, the number of employment opportunities for him were probably slim to none.

Also a thief isn’t going to give his goods to some mere friend who has nothing at all to do with the enterprise, since there’s too much chance that he’d be snitched on if push came to shove. That Ransberg had his back pack and had put his own things in it and carried it, ensures that Ransberg keeps possession of it all. Unless he was the buyer, Burgess would be unlikely to let his stolen goods out of his immediate possession. But would probably have stowed the stuff until it was time to pass it on for some cash. They never did tell us who, that phone being used to move stolen merchandise, belonged to. But I doubt that Burgess is some kind of tech savvy guy, so it’s more likely it belonged to Ransberg. In fact we don’t know if they returned it to Ransberg when he was released.

All I can say is, what I said before, it appears there’s something really nasty going on in Sanford, besides the Trayvon killing. How gz managed to connect so high up in the SPD so fast is another mystery. In most police departments visitors like himself would quickly be shown the door. He comes across as a whinny, cowardly braggart at first glance. Sanford was probably so corrupt they were all looking for possible fall guys to use, so people like him are seen as “useful”.

    • Xena says:

@Lonnie Starr. Working on the new thread now — should have it up within the hour.

  3. JEREMY’S DOWNFALL

    • Liza,

That’s GZ’s voice saying…”are you going to come outside”. OMG!

      • Liza says:

I had this gut feeling things were going to get much worse. My aching head…

        • Did you hear it? It’s GZ’s voice as clear as daylight.

          • Xena says:

@SG2. I have the software used by one of the expert voice analysts, and although I’m no professional using it, I was able to get the 911 call so that I can hear Zimmerman’s voice in the background. It hurt me to hear him taunting and cursing at Trayvon.

Why didn’t the State use an enhanced version of the call and point out the words in the background? Because Judge Nelson would not allow expert voice analysts to identify the speakers. Without an expert testifying it is George’s voice taunting and cursing, the Cheating Team of O’Mara and West would have said that voice was Trayvon’s.

    • yahtc says:

This should have been entered as evidence.

  4. dreamer says:

    Xena,
I posted somewhere about Fogen being behind on his rent and calling the police because the landord was trying to collect the rent. The reponse was, if the homeowner was in forclosurse then the HOA was responsible to collect the rent and had the right to evict for non-payment. If that is true, and the HOA was aware he was past due on his rent, why they would allow Fogen the status of NW captian? Is it possible that some shady deal was made in exchange for rent, and that Fogen felt the need to capture a “thug”, so he would earn the respect from the HOA, and continue his non-paying status? Could this also play into the HOA settlement?

    • Xena says:

      @dreamer.

The reponse was, if the homeowner was in forclosurse then the HOA was responsible to collect the rent and had the right to evict for non-payment. If that is true, and the HOA was aware he was past due on his rent,…

There is no record of that townhouse ever being in foreclosure. That was the lie that Zimmerman told the cops. He called the cops on the Landlord in 2009, and was living in the same townhouse in 2012 when he killed Trayvon. That townhouse is still vacant and for rent.

  5. Mark O’Mara joined Orlando’s Dancing With The Stars.

Mark O'Mara joined Orlando's Dancing With The Stars

    http://globalgrind.com/2013/09/13/mark-omara-orlandos-dancing-with-the-stars-promo-pics-photos/

In a local version of Dancing with the Stars, Mark O’Mara [ya know, George Zimmerman’s (ex) lawyer] will put on his dancing shoes and play a role we have definitely never seen him in before.

The event, called “Dance, Dream & Inspire,” is a fundraiser for Community Based Care of Central Florida, and pairs local celebrities with professional dancers [but, why is he considered a celebrity?] and is the dream of DWTS fan Debbie Leon, development director for Community Based Care. She staged a similar event last year, but sought higher-profile dancers this year. She hopes to raise $100,000 through this weekend’s event.

The celebrities can win in two different categories: professional judges’ opinions who will score the dancers tomorrow night and a fan-voted popularity contest at the charity’s website.

Mark O’Mara’s dancing partner is Yadiliz Centeno and they will be doing the Fox trot.

Tickets start at $100 for the pre-party. The dancing portion is $15, and there is a buy-one, get-one-free deal.

Medical Examiner: Zimmerman Shot Trayvon In The Back.

    http://www.alan.com/2013/09/13/medical-examiner-zimmerman-shot-trayvon-in-the-back/

Dr. Shiping Bao drops a bombshell:

According to the former assistant coroner, the results of Martin’s autopsy clearly showed that, despite Zimmerman’s statements regarding their altercation, there was no feasible way for Martin to have been on top of Zimmerman when the gun was fired, because the bullet entered Martin’s back.

Bao claims that the prosecution never actually asked him the questions that were crucial to the success in the case, and that he changed his opinion from the time he initially examined Martin and the time he was on the stand. Bao and his attorney say they believe he was fired for questioning the way the case was handled, and possibly for not going long with the desired narrative.

Bao testified in court that the amount of marijuana that was found in Martin’s system at the time of his death would have had little to no effect on his ability to reason—even though initially he had stated that the drug could have possible impaired his mental state.

  8. The Revenge Of The Daily Trayvon

    http://www.esquire.com/blogs/politics/daily-trayvon-is-back-091313?src=soc_twtr

It seems to be dawning on some folks in Florida that George Zimmerman, Crimebuster, may not be carrying around a full bag of marbles.

Rodriguez calls Zimmerman a “ticking time bomb” and says he’s another “Sandy Hook” waiting to happen… apparently comparing him to someone capable of a mass shooting. In response to the email dated Sept 10th, 2013, Chief Steve Bracknell said “Your reference to Sandy Hook… I agree.”When contacted by the site for comment on his initial agreeance, Chief Bracknell distanced himself saying he was “referring to the fact that [Zimmerman] seems to be involved in incidents” involving firearms.

OK, that’s the least convincing “walk back” I’ve ever read. The guy wrote, “Sandy Hook.” The chief said, specifically, “Sandy Hook…I agree,” but now he says that he was agreeing with something else? Nope. Dog won’t hunt. Which is not to say that Crimebuster George isn’t “involved in incidents involving firearms.” He’s certainly been that.

(By the way, “agreeance” is just mere inches from actual English. Maybe. When did all the copy editors die?)

But I am sure that if I just listened to — and understood better — all those good citizens who feel the same way that Crimebuster George does, and who sent him the money that his perjurious wife could lie about, the perjurious wife whose call recently brought the cops to Crimebustin’ World HQ, then we would all be a better nation for it.

  9. Ametia,

In Email, Zimmerman’s Local Police Chief Agrees He’s Another ‘Sandy Hook’ Waiting To Happen

    http://thinkprogress.org/justice/2013/09/12/2611711/george-zimmermans-local-police-chief-fears-hes-another-sandy-hook-waiting-to-happen/

Police Chief Steve Bracknell, who is responsible for the Florida town where George Zimmerman resides, agreed in a series of emails that Zimmerman is a “ticking time bomb” and another “Sandy Hook” waiting to happen.

Bracknell expressed his views in response to two emails from Santiago Rodriguez, who reached Bracknell through a contact form on the police department’s website. Bracknell confirmed the emails’ authenticity to ThinkProgress and subsequently tried to distance himself from the remarks.

Rodriguez’s first email was an extended, and sometimes angry, critique of how the Lake Mary Police Department handled their response to the recent altercation between George Zimmerman, his wife and his father in law. Rodriguez told Bracknell that he had a responsibility to charge Zimmerman because he was another “Sandy Hook… waiting to happen.” Bracknell responded with a detailed defense of the police department’s conduct, but explicitly endorsed Rodriguez’s comments on Sandy Hook.

    zimmerman_emails_quotes-16-555x400

Asked to elaborate on his email, Bracknell attempted to distance himself from Rodriguez’s comments, saying he did not agree and was “referring to the fact that [Zimmerman] seems to be involved in incidents” involving firearms.

In his second email, Rodriguez called Zimmerman a “ticking time bomb” who will snap “sooner or later.” Again, Bracknell agreed.

    • Yahtc says:

      Whew!

      Thanks for posting this, SG2.

The chief understands George Zimmerman as a danger that is out there lurking!

    • Ametia says:

WOAH; lookie here. Shine the light, shine the light.

See darkness cannot survive the LIGHT.

    • Liza says:

One of the things that I thought about when Zimmerman showed up at his father-in-law’s house in Lake Mary is that folks in those parts need to be hyperaware if they have sons who are older teenagers or young adults, especially if they are POC. Hell, everybody in the whole town needs to be on the lookout until they know that both Zimmerman and Miss Piggy have moved on.

Zimmerman is probably in a bad mental state with all of this rejection and negative exposure. I wonder how many of his supporters continue to bankroll him. Are the coffers running dry? And O’Mara wants to be paid. How does someone like Zimmerman deal with all of this? We know he’s armed 24/7.

  10. rikyrah says:

    HOnestly?

I feel no sorrow for this woman. You lie down with dogs….

  11. The Lake Mary Police are incompetent keystone cops! They aren’t capable of handling a domestic violence case. If one gets punched in the nose…take the aggressor to fking jail. Simple as that!

  12. WTFF kind of press conference was that? I mean really. Kelly Sims was a pure rambling clown. OMG! Please make this trash go away!

  13. Xena says:

Kelly Sims can still petition the court in the divorce proceeding to hold George in contempt of court for destroying marital property. When George destroyed the iPad, he violated an order of the court.

    http://youtu.be/noXonhn8On0&rel=0

    • Ametia says:

Xena, do you seriously believe Kelly Sims is going to actually SUCCEED in bringing charges against George Z.? The cops don’t seem to annoint this fool as untouchable.

      • Xena says:

@Ametia. Requesting the court to enter a finding of contempt is civil. It’s not a criminal charge. It’s the type of situation where the court can order George to replace the iPad or give Shellie the money to replace. Usually, the court gives 30 days to comply. If George doesn’t comply, then Sims goes back to court and the court orders George to jail until he complies. Civil contempt is explained as giving the party the key to their cell, because all they have to do is comply with the order of the court.

    • Yahtc says:

      Great choice of music, Xena.

Good job of putting key points together.

You can see gz reaching into his shirt at holster level of his new over shoulder strap holster (which Shellie found the package for in the house.)

    • Liza says:

Xena, you are spot on about Zimmerman going after Trayvon’s cell phone (as you wrote on your blog a couple of days ago.) We know that Zimmerman aggressively confronted Trayvon because a person who believes he must flee, and is in fact fleeing, does not change his mind to fight without believing he has no other choice. So, Zimmerman is following Trayvon fully intending to confront him, Travyon is on his cellphone, Zimmerman’s sorry excuse for a brain tell hims to “get that cellphone away from that kid cause those things make evidence” and so it starts…But Trayvon hasn’t a clue what this is about.

      • Ametia says:

Liza, when is this NIGHTMARE going to end with these folks? They’re pus-filled boils of society.

      • Liza says:

They are scum, garbage, white trash, every last one of them.

      • Xena says:

@Liza. You’re so right. Trayvon didn’t have a clue what was happening. Based on Jeantel’s testimony, I get the impression that George was “watching” Trayvon outside of the gated community. After Trayvon entered Retreat@Twin Lakes, he had no idea that the creep could follow him, and that is when he told Jeantel that the creep was “following” him.

Zimmerman’s NEN call is a cop setup for shooting a “suspect.” It demonstrates his intent.

      • Liza says:

“Zimmerman’s NEN call is a cop setup for shooting a “suspect.” It demonstrates his intent.”

I stopped breathing when I read that. Xena, do you have a best guess theory as to why Zimmerman shot and killed Trayvon Martin? I marked this post by Frederick Leatherman that was written over a year ago where he attempted to answer that. It is a haunting post, especially knowing what we know now.

Why Did George Zimmerman Kill Trayvon Martin?
        August 26, 2012

        I fear the answer is:

He wanted to be respected and he believed he would be respected, if he could get away with killing an expendable person whom no one would miss or care about.

        http://frederickleatherman.com/?s=why+did+zimmerman+kill

        • Xena says:

          @Liza.

I stopped breathing when I read that.

Sorry, but this is going to be a long response. :-)

My walk on this Earth has given me opportunity to be friends with cops and lawyers, and associate with FBI agents. There are numerous cases where cops got off killing “suspects” based on allegations that the “suspect” had their hand in their waistband as though going for a weapon. Where Zimmerman’s setup went wrong, is when Trayvon ran. That made Zimmerman angry because it blew his plan to kill Trayvon near his truck.

Xena, do you have a best guess theory as to why Zimmerman shot and killed Trayvon Martin?

My theory is that it involves Zimmerman using NW as a cover-up for the burglaries, and involved losing his main perp — Emmanuel Burgess, who Zimmerman threw under the bus. Connecting Zimmerman’s MySpace page where he talked about having guys who would handle things for him, do a year and not “pinch” him; his gang tattoo; his cousin telling him how he committed crimes as a juvenile without real punishment; and the $18K that he had a month before starting NW, is all involved in the theory. It paints a picture of a man who wants to head an organized crime operation, conducted by juveniles, who respect him as the “Godfather.”

The theory is that Zimmerman was threatened by his gang that unless he was able to get Burgess’ case dismissed, that they were coming after Zimmerman.

This was my theory for months before running into Lonnie Starr who noticed the 3 guys on the 7-Eleven video. Only one showed his face. Lonnie believes that they match the description of the 3 guys with Burgess when Burgess was arrested. They also talked to Trayvon outside of the 7-Eleven and Trayvon then walked away after they drove off.

Then too, Zimmerman abandoned his home and went into hiding before Trayvon’s body was cold. This was no longer the guy who Burgess could say was responsible for giving him stolen property because whatever it was that the 3 guys in the 7-Eleven were suppose to get Trayvon to take or do, didn’t happen. They could neither pull it off after Trayvon was shot because of witnesses. Trayvon was not suppose to run. Trayvon was not suppose to scream out getting the attention of others. Trayvon was suppose to be captured, and/or shot, and/or killed, outside of the clubhouse — not behind the townhouses where there could be witnesses.

Not long after Trayvon was killed and there were protests to arrest Zimmerman, Burgess entered some pleas and JUDGE DEBRA NELSON sentenced him to 5 years.

I marked this post by Frederick Leatherman that was written over a year ago where he attempted to answer that. It is a haunting post, especially knowing what we know now.

I remember that, because it was posted just after I linked on that blog, the article I wrote on blackbutterfly7 about Zimmerman using NW as a cover-up and why Trayvon was targeted by Zimmerman. I won’t say anymore about that. :-)

      • Ametia says:

@Liza & Xena. I TOTALLY believe that GZ intentionally made that NEN call to set up his prey & kill of Trayvon Martin.

And It’s only a matter of time be for George Zimmerman KILLS or be KILLED

And taken from this article Angela Corey has NO FUCKS to give about the lives of Floridians:

THIS: “Bonderud believes that Wingate was targeted simply because of his race. He is African American. The lawsuit also alleges that the state attorney for Florida’s Fourth Judicial District, Angela Corey, has a policy of bringing cases to trail despite lack of evidence simply to get “valuable trial experience” for attorneys in her office’s employ.”

        http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2013/09/11/florida-man-accused-of-walking-on-wrong-side-of-the-road/

        • Xena says:

@Ametia. The police are playing “accuser of the brethren.” Forgive me for getting spiritual, but the first emotion that Adam and Eve felt after they disobeyed God was shame. Evil people till this very day also try getting others to feel shame in order to take away their freedom to live without fear.

The police bet on Black men having prior arrests to shame them with, so State’s Attorneys can stir up fear that unless they plea, they will be convicted and sentenced to more time.

There is also a psychological effect involved, because if Blacks, particularly men, are placed in fear of arrest for walking while Black, then it trickles down to cause them shame for being Black. There goes all those dreams that they can be President of the United States one day.

      • Liza says:

I think that Angela Corey is on the verge of getting the attention she craves, but it’s not going to go well for her. There was just too much wrong with Zimmerman’s farce of a trial to chalk it up to prosecutorial incompetence. It was a winnable case and Zimmerman should be prison. Period. The defense attorneys, especially Don West, couldn’t litigate their way out of a wet paper bag, but they “won” this one.

        • Xena says:

@Liza. I’m torn on this matter. On one side, I see where the prosecution could and should have done some things differently. On the other side, I see where no matter what they did, Juror B37 was there to throw a brick in the jury room to get a not guilty verdict.

I just spent the last 4 hours watching portions of Dr. Bao’s and Rachel Jeantel’s testimonies. There is a news report saying that Dr. Bao received his letter to transfer or resign AFTER he was extensively interviewed by the DOJ. I have to find that article. If Dr. Bao’s reasons for filing a wrongful termination law suit is connected to what he told the DOJ, then I’d like to throw a party.

      • Liza says:

@Xena. I found your article on your blog. Also found some comments made by Lonnie Star that Leatherman posted on 12-4-2012. That is a whole lot to think about. I knew early on that GZ had some incriminating stuff on MySpace but I thought it proved that GZ was a punk which is a no-brainer. I didn’t think about it again until now.

Your theory about GZ running a burglary ring with juveniles seems plausible when placed in the context of other known facts like the 18K and Zimmerman abandoning his job and home after he murdered Trayvon. And why would he be the NW captain in a community where he was a renter and had no vested interest? Wow, Xena, just wow.

The bone chilling part is what both you and Lonnie Star said about the actual murder. You said, “It is also my strong impression that GZ killed Trayvon because Trayvon was crying for help.” And Lonnie Star writing about “the hunt” said, “A whining, crying child asking for his momma, isn’t going to sell as a thug of any kind. GZ blames TM’s lack of maturity for inexplicably thwarting his heroic plans and decides that TM’s demeanor and character must not be allowed to display. By killing TM he accomplishes, preventing immediate challenge to his claims of attack, while making himself the only credible witness of all the events of that night.”

        • Xena says:

@Liza. Lonnie Starr and myself have hashed through some theories. We don’t always agree on everything, but his theory about the 3 guys in the 7-Eleven captivates me. We can never know for sure unless someone who does know comes forth.

The $18K that Zimmerman received in July 2011 interested me for several reasons but mainly, because by Feb. 2012, Zimmerman was 2 mths behind in rent, and past due on both car loans and credit cards. As the saying goes, follow the money. So, it took backtracking and that led to August 2011 as Zimmerman was organizing NW, indicating that the $18K Zimmerman received in July 2011 may have been spent recruiting and paying juveniles to steal, and give him the stolen property.

Notice too, that after Zimmerman organized NW he made no calls to the cops on “suspicious” people until he saw Burgess standing in front of Taaffe’s UNSECURED house. When the cops caught Burgess, the stolen property was not on him. It was in the backpack of another guy, and Burgess claimed that it was his property, then took off running. Burgess lived only a few townhouses down from Zimmerman.

At trial, the State argued the position that Zimmerman was jealous of the construction guys who were responsible for the capture of the guys who had been stealing materials. I take the opposite position. Zimmerman was angry because he lost valuable thieves and income from selling the stolen materials.

      • Liza says:

Xena, why then did Zimmerman decide to report Burgess?

        • Xena says:

          @Liza.

why then did Zimmerman decide to report Burgess?

I suspect that Burgess was holding out on Zimmerman. The only call Zimmerman made to the cops after organizing NW was in December 2011 when he alleged that a man serving at his (non) graduation party wanted to be paid, but he had not hired him. What Zimmerman did do however, was follow-up with the SPD on reports of burglaries to see whether anyone was arrested or who they were looking for. So, here’s a man who sees nothing, but wants to know what the cops know.

Based on police reports, there were several burglaries of televisions, computers, cameras and jewelry in January 2012. Zimmerman was not involved seeing any “suspicious” persons until 2/2/12 when he saw Burgess standing outside of Taaffe’s house. Police reports provide that on 2/6/12, there was a burglary of Tatiana Deamicis’ townhouse. Her laptop and some jewelry were stolen and her MAC, valued at $3,000, was recovered from Emmanuel Burgess on 2/7/12. Burgess had not gotten rid of the stolen property, whether that was through Zimmerman or another method. Police recovered a touch-screen cell phone that they said Burgess was using to move stolen property. We do not know what info was recovered from that cell phone.

What we do know is that Zimmerman returned to Kokopelli’s Gym during this same time period, had a fight with Shellie the Saturday before he killed Trayvon, and in his statements, relied on seeing Burgess on 2/2/12 as his reason for being suspicious of Trayvon, although Burgess was arrested and in jail as of 2/7/12.

Burgess was charged — not for one — but for 5 burglaries, which appears to be all committed in Retreat at Twin Lakes that Zimmerman did not see.

      • Liza says:

Xena, how did Trayvon become “the target” for Zimmerman? Lonnie Starr talks about “watchers” and I presume that now he thinks those could be the three guys at the 7/11? But I’m wondering how this might have gone down. So how could this have gone down? Zimmerman and the watchers would have had to come to an agreement as to how this would be staged. Then they need a target. So, is the theory that they just waited for someone, a young, black male?

Starr doesn’t talk about a burglary gang but he talks about a “planned hunt” and I’m not sure why he thinks Zimmerman was hunting. Based on the 12-4-12 post on Leatherman’s blog, I get the impression that Starr thinks it was about George wanting to be a hero which is in alignment with what many people think. However, I haven’t read anything recent by Lonnie Starr, but I see that he has a blog so I’m going to look there for more information. Both of you have really dissected the evidence and everything else available.

I wonder if DOJ has been interested in Emmanuel Burgess.

        • Xena says:

@Liza. Lonnie and I are not on the same page on this issue, and over the months as additional evidence was released, we have both adjusted our theories according to the evidence.

It is my theory that Trayvon was targeted because Zimmerman needed a fall guy to take the rap so Burgess would be released from jail. Trayvon had been there for several days and Brandi said that he was bored and sitting on the porch. Zimmerman and the 3 stooges didn’t know if Trayvon was there permanently or what. They probably stereotyped him as a “thug” because he was not in school.

About Zimmerman wanting to be a hero — well, if the police arrested the “wrong guy” (Burgess) and Zimmerman captured the right guy, then Zimmerman would have more to criticize them for.

Lonnie posted extensively on whonoze’s blog. His own blog is a library — he doesn’t post articles that he writes. I’ll see if I can get him to post his theory here.

        Liza and Xena,

Just want to let you know I have been interested in your discussion and have been keeping up with it over the last day or so.

        • Ametia says:

Include me in with Yahtc. I’m just catching up the dialouge here, and it’s given me a whole other perspective on Zimmie’s background. It’s disturbing and I’m wondering why none of his shenanigans could not have been introduced in court.

          • Xena says:

@Ametia. At trial when the state was going to put on a rebuttal case, they called the officer that Zimmerman assaulted. The defense immediately objected saying that was in 2005. Then they conferenced at the Bar, and the State did not put on a rebuttal.

Those Bar conferences —- makes me wonder who threatened to do what, for what purpose, and how many times Judge Nelson reminded them that she had a sequestered jury who wanted to go home to their families.

        • Xena says:

I sent a message to Lonnie Starr with a link to this thread. He usually does blogging early in the morning, so won’t get the message until tomorrow.

      • Liza says:

Xena, it would be really interesting and helpful if Lonnie Starr would post here too. I think that a lot of us are recovering from the initial shock of the Zimmerman verdict and are better able to think clearly now. For many reasons, I believe it is important to find out what happened to Trayvon Martin, the whole truth. So many lies have been told by so many people.

You really have a well substantiated theory and, what is more, if fits Zimmerman like a glove. Someone should convince Burgess to talk.

        • Xena says:

          @Liza.

Someone should convince Burgess to talk.

Yep. Burgess and the folks at Kokopelli’s Gym. Did you see how quickly Zimmerman moved Monday on the video when he reached in his shirt and the defensive posture that he took?

When I hear back from Lonnie Starr, I’ll post a new thread for theory discussion.

      • Yahtc says:

During this last hour I have attempted to find a video of a reporter at the soon after February interviewing an African American in his late teens in front of one of the townhouses near the back gate.

The teen had a different view for the way the Black families there were feeling…..basically, he said, that everything was cool there, no problems…

Can’t find it now……going out to dinner…..will look for it later

      • Yahtc says:

Below is the article. (As you read it, remember on Feb.26, 2012 that Singleton asked gz if he could describe Trayvon and then asked details including whether Trayvon had dreadlocks>)

        by Lane DeGregory – March 24, 2012

        Excerpt:

The next day, on the other side of the complex, Thomas Ransburg, 20, was outside talking to his girlfriend. Ransburg has lived behind the gate since January, he said, and sees no reason to move now.
A few months ago, he was hanging out with a friend who lives in another townhouse. “But that day, he forgot his key,” said Ransburg. So they walked around to the back patio and opened the sliding glass door. Someone saw them and called the police. They spent four hours at the station, trying to convince investigators his friend really lived there. “They thought we were trying to rob it or something,” he said.
Ransburg, who is black and wears long dreadlocks, laughed at the memory, swore it didn’t make him angry, and said he understood. “I don’t think it was racial,” he said. “I guess we just looked suspicious. Everyone’s always been real friendly back here. People smile and wave. All the little kids run around. There’s always laughter.”

Just then, three teenage males walked through the unlocked side gate, down the walkway toward Ransburg. T.J. Jones and his twin brother, T.Y., 14, and their cousin James Young, 13, have lived in the complex for two years. Their moms moved here from apartments to give the boys more room and a safe place to play.

The boys, who are black, used to play football with Trayvon Martin “right there on that grass where he died,” said T.Y.

He told Ransburg that their mom won’t let them outside after dark anymore. She is worried someone might think they are “suspicious or something,” said T.J. “She keeps telling us to be careful.”

Ransburg nodded, and pointed at the townhouse across the street. “You see that door? That’s my door,” he told the boys. “If anyone is ever bothering you or following you, if you ever feel scared, that’s my door. Knock on it. I’ll be there to get your back.”

      • Yahtc says:

From Officer James Blake’s police report 2/7/2012, I discovered that Ransberg had 2 computers in his backpack one of which he claimed was his (which he had purchased the night before) but said the Apple Macbook Pro was NOT his.

The serial # of the Apple Macbook Pro is WQ022R5PATM
.

I did find that serial # matched Tatiana Deamicis computer that she reported stolen and that a police report said was “recovered from Emmanuel Burgess SPD ref #201250000755 ”
.

Officer James Blake’s report above is the one where Burgess ran but was apprehended. (the other 3 teens with Burgess did not run).
Blake says in this report that while Officers Rivera and Hickley were apprehending Burgess, he (Blake) was questioning Ransberg.
..
.
Tatiana Deamicis address is listed as 1540 RVC.

        • Xena says:

@Yahtc. When Lonnie Starr responds, I’m sure he will expound on that arrest, why Burgess claimed the stolen laptop, and then ran from the cops. He has posted on it previously.

      • Liza says:

Interesting article from tampabay.com, Yahtzee. I am struck by this: “Their moms moved here from apartments to give the boys more room and a safe place to play.”

It reminded me of 13 year old Darius Simmons who was murdered by his new neighbor John Henry Spooner. Darius was bringing in the trash can for his mom. They had lived in their new, safer neighborhood for about a month.

Unquestionably there were white homeowners at Twin Lakes who didn’t want black people moving in. I can almost hear them yammering about property values and so forth.

At 1:13 you clearly see him reach to where a gun would be in a shoulder holster , and spread his fet front to back and wave at her withh his left hand. He’s a defiant fuck, that’s for sure.

His don’t mess with attitude is going to be his downfall. There is always someone badder and than you are.

By the way, Fogen is still near the 300 lb range, so his badass bodyguard has to be well over 400…….what a load.

      • Xena says:

@racerrodig. The police report has Wesley’s weight at 350 lbs. I agree with you — he looks well over 400 lbs.

With his gun and Wes to stand in-between him and those he is threatening, Shellie is right that he feels “more invincible.”

$hellie wants to get her CUT out of the relation$hip. So she’s whining and playing battered, scorned wife. I want these folks to turn on each other and SPILL the goods about the horrible cover up and lies that left Trayvon Martin dead with a hole in his chest.

“I want these folks to turn on each other and SPILL the goods about the horrible cover up and lies that left Trayvon Martin dead with a hole in his chest.”

I agree, Ametia. I’ve actually changed my mind about all of this publicity. If they live, Zimmerman and his ignorant, obese wife will surely end up in the tabloids and then fade away until something major happens. But until then, let them turn on each other like a couple of fat rats in a closed barrel. Let them talk, let their friends and family talk, let their fat lawyers talk. Give them enough rope…
