On Thursday morning, President Obama delivered remarks on the Affordable Care Act to an enthusiastic crowd at Prince George’s Community College in Largo, Maryland, a crowd that reacted strongly to the President’s open mockery of Republican rhetoric against the law.

Referencing the Republican Party’s urgent efforts to kill the law before it takes effect, the President asked “What is it that they are they so scared about?”
The crowd responded, in near-unison, “Yoooou!”

  1. Government releases Obamacare premium levels for 36 more states

Tax credits will make premiums even more affordable for individuals and families. For example, in Texas, an average 27-year-old with income of $25,000 could pay $145 per month for the second lowest cost silver plan, $133 for the lowest cost silver plan, and $83 for the lowest cost bronze plan after tax credits. For a family of four in Texas with income of $50,000, they could pay $282 per month for the second lowest cost silver plan, $239 for the lowest silver plan, and $57 per month for the lowest bronze plan after tax credits.

We highly encourage commenters to share their experiences with healthcare, insurance companies, etc.

I think the ACA will EMPOWER us to make our own choices in selecting insurance companies, doctors, and hospitals for our care. As for companies, they will save money, because of the exchanges. It’s a win-win.

And folks who are screaming the loudest, they either don’t know what the hell is in the ACA, because they’re rather listen to Ted Cruz and Rush Limpballs(THEIR LOSS) , or they are the Rethugs who don’t want it to succeed because they HATE President Obama.

What is sad is that he lost his own mom from sickness and she had little or inadequate insurance-if I am not mistaken. Also thank God that young Sasha was covered.
