One famous liberal commentator wrote a book on how Ronald Reagan and Tip O’Neil could disagree and still be friends. Why, he asked on many a TV show promoting his book, couldn’t President Obama be like that? Because, I yelled at the screen, those two men were white Irish Americans and part of a ruling white oligarchy.

There is a hero in everybody’s heart. I am so very thankful that our mom live to see our first Black President for all the people. Our dad celebrated his 91st birthday on Sunday, we are thankful and grateful that he is still in his right mind too! These are his best years to see progress still being made for all people. Really enjoyed the expressions from the blogs and the song. I am retired, caregiver to our dad. All of this is a trying of our faith.
I must say that the title of that article got my attention. I’m not familiar with that website, patheos.com, but I would hope that Mr. Frank Schaeffer’s article gets a wider distribution. It is a well written article that really sums up what so many of us have been talking about now for years.
Thank you Liza. They can’t take PBo and string him up in a tree, but the tactics used in their attempts to destroy hom are just as EVIL and dangerous to our society.
I agree, Ametia, it is evil and it is painful to watch and hear this every single day. These people have literally directed all of their energy into hating PBO, his family, and his supporters. It is beyond my understanding.
