Yahtc, see recently posted video with juror 8. The interview is being posted piece by piece. in soundbites to confuse and distort. CNN WHERE IS THE FULL TRANSCRIPT OF THIS INTERVIEW?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MOFOS

    • Yahtc says:

CNN has done a great disservice by posting Juror 8’s interview in pieces.

Distortion and confusion are the results of this action by CNN.

      Shaking my head…..

  2. No common sense. No mind of her own. And the GALL to get on tv and tell folks a racist pos was a good guy! Arrrrrrgh!

  3. By the Grace of God Dunn was convicted on attempted murder charges. I shudder b/c this could have went just like the GZ jury. So freaking frightening!

    • Liza says:

It is frightening. How in the blazes are these prosecutors going to get a conviction on a race killing if they won’t admit it’s a race killing and the local yokels (white or black) won’t admit it either?

  4. Angela Corey, when a juror comes out of the jury room THINKING the criminal was a good guy with a gun, you have failed badly. Please step aside!

    • Liza says:

Yeah, this would be the same guy who tried to kill four people but only killed one. I certainly haven’t heard anyone refer to Jared Loughner or James Holmes or Adam Lanza as “good guys with guns.” Once one of these shooters decides to massacre humans by spraying them with bullets, the number of people they actually kill does change the fact that their crimes are essentially the same.

  5. Yahtc says:

We do have to ask WHY they just gave us a clip of the interview.

I want to see a transcript of the whole interview and the context of this clip.

  6. Lord help us! This fool said out loud on national tv she thought Dunn was a good guy who made mistakes.

So a good guy fires 9 shots into a car, leaves the scene, orders pizza, haves a drink & never call police? GTFOOH!

  7. Liza,

We don’t care what color/race (black, white, purple or green) a person may be. We’ll call them out. This woman had no business being on the jury. They like to select the uninformed & ignorant. That’s why she was picked.

    • Ametia says:

Bring the TRUTH, SG2. If her ass had been in that SUV, Dunn could have shot and killed her too. SMGDH. “He’s a good guy” Same as when some of the house slaves used to ask the slave-master: “IS WE SICK TOO, MASSA?” r*olls eyes * vomits..

    • Liza says:

Yeah, I’m afraid you’re right, SG2. That’s why she was picked. I can see why the defense would want her but I wonder what the prosecutors were thinking.

We have got jury selection problems X 10 with these prosecutors. Do they care about winning or not?

    • Liza says:

Here’s something interesting. I just looked on the juror profiles and this woman is single, has no children, and she is an occupational therapist. She lives in Riverside which is a very old neighborhood but it’s scenic being close to the St. Johns River, and it appeals to people who like to fix up old houses. It’s not a bad place to live at all. With that limited information it sounds as though she might be living a pretty good life there in west Jax. It would seem that an occupational therapist at the very least would have some kind of certification from a community college, so it is hard to account for her use of language.

  8. Ametia says:

OMG Had to post this, SG2. …..

  9. Liza says:

Here is a map of Jacksonville from Wikipedia. I cannot find demographics, but I can tell you that there is a concentration of African Americans in the Northside. You may recall that the jurors came from the Southside and the Westside. In fact, all of the jurors who live east of the St. John’s River came from the Westside. Now how do you reckon that happened? And would it be any surprise that the jury ended up with 9 white folks? I wonder if anyone from the Northside even received a summons? And is anyone even asking our girl Angie about these juries? After the Zimmerman Circus, this is an issue that needs to be investigated.

I will admit that two black women on the jury was a notable improvement. But it isn’t enough. If they are serious about getting a conviction for Dunn, they need a more diverse jury. And the white folks who do get on apparently need better screening.

  10. Re-Trial For Dunn In “Loud Music” Murder Case Slated For May

    http://rolandmartinreports.com/blog/2014/02/re-trial-for-dunn-in-loud-music-murder-case-slated-for-may/
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – In May, prosecutors will re-try Michael Dunn, the Florida man who fired into a car full of Florida teens, killing one, following an argument over loud music, Florida Assistant State Attorney John Guy told CBS affiliate WTEV.

Dunn, 47, was convicted Feb. 15 of three counts of second-degree attempted murder and firing a weapon into a vehicle. Jurors could not reach a unanimous verdict on the first-degree murder charge Dunn faced in the death of 17-year-old Jordan Davis. The panel could have also opted to convict Dunn of lesser included offenses, including second-degree murder and manslaughter, in Davis’ death.

Prosecutors say Dunn shot into a Dodge Durango outside a Jacksonville convenience store in which Davis and three friends were riding following an argument over loud music the night of Nov. 23, 2012. Davis, of Marietta, Ga., was killed.

  11. Liza says:

Now that we know how the jury split (9-3) in favor of conviction, the mistrial on murder one makes more sense to me. There were nine whites on that jury (the Hispanic guy is white) and I’m willing to bet that the three came from that group. Anything is possible, of course, but it’s very unlikely any of those three were not white. Whether they were women or men is almost irrelevant in today’s world because we know that the racist white women are equal to the racist white men when it comes to being on a jury. So, if the three were white, then 30 percent of the white part of the jury was willing to acquit a white supremacist for murdering a black child.

The prosecution better realize and fast that they have a jury problem and they need to investigate themselves to find out why so many white racists and their white sympathizers are getting on their juries. First, why were nine out of twelve people white? Duval County is almost 40 percent black. And there were several jurors from west Jacksonville which is home to many conservative whites. And why was there not even one black male on this jury?

This trial was about the murder of a black child by an enraged, armed white supremacist. And the jury of twelve has only two black women in a city that has a concentrated black population?
We’re watching you, Jacksonville. FIX THIS!

    • Ametia says:

TRUTH! How you gonna have a 40% BLACK population and only 2 blacks on a jury?

      JURY RIGGING ain’t no JOKE.

      • Yahtc says:

        X2

      • Black males were stricken from the GZ jury and none chosen for Dunn jury. It’s very troublesome. It’s deliberate to keep black men off the jury.

      • Ametia says:

@SG2 The Florida court system deliberately excludes black men, because they’re the target for white racist men. Kill them off, no need to sit on jury to bring a guilty verdict against white male murderers! YEAH, I SAID IT.

We will stand with Lucia & Ronald and DEMAND justice. They want it on the record that Jordan was murdered, that he wasn’t killed because Dunn claimed self-defense against their 17 year old son.

      • Yahtc says:

    • Thanks for breaking it down, Liza! It needs to be shared. I’m off to tweet it.

    • Liza says:

I have a correction to make. I looked at the 2010 census and the black population of Duval County is actually 30 percent black, but still a concentration. That would seem to indicate that there should have been at least four black jurors, but given that the people affected by this case were black and victims were black males, it should have been more. The composition of the jury should represent those who have the largest stake in the outcome, not those who are of the same race as the defendant.

      Impartiality is bullsh!t.

    • We’re watching you, Jacksonville!

      watchingyou

    • Liza says:

In Florida as a whole, blacks are 16 percent of the population (as of 2010), so you can see there is a significant concentration in Duval County at 30 percent.

A couple of days ago, I read somewhere that Strolla was going to ask for a change of venue when Dunn is re-tried. Makes perfect sense, right? Move the trial to an area where blacks are a much smaller percentage of the population and make sure the jury is white.

It comes down to having whites on the jury, that’s what I think. The more whites the greater the probability of a stealth juror, someone who is there to acquit Dunn. The prosecution needs to deal with the issue of white people who are racist, pro-SYG, and/or anti-gun control who are going to try to get on this jury.

    • Liza says:

In speaking of juries and local demographics, Zimmerman’s jury is relevant because Angela Corey is the prosecutor for both cases. Again, the black population is 16 percent of Florida as a whole. The black population of Seminole County is 11 percent, BUT the black population of Sanford is 18 percent. So, where exactly are those summons being sent? That would be my question. There was not even one person on the jury who represented the local black population and there should have been at least two. But given that the victim was a black male, there should have been more than two.

Were the prosecutors asleep or do they just not care who gets on these juries? Or is someone making sure that whites are overrepresented by sending summons to areas that have concentrated white populations?

9 jurors believed that Dunn was guilty 3 jurors? BELIEVED that MOFO!

“I believed he was guilty.” —Juror No.4 (“Valerie”)

  13. I hope Angela Corey is not retrying MichaelDunn. If it wasn’t for her incompetence GZ would be in prison. She needs to step aside & go sit down.
