Paul Ryan continues with the GOP MEME of poor Americans taking from America’s economy. In this instance, Ryan LIES about a little boy and his preference for a brown bag lunch. We see you, Lil Eddie Musnter. See Paul Ryan can’t even do this:
Ryan characterized School lunch programs as offering these children “a full stomach and an empty soul. “One look in Paul Ryan’s eyes, and one can see he’s the empty SOUL. But this is what Ryan and the GOP do. They CO-OPT/STEAL ideas to further their agenda of vilifying the poor and sick. And it does NOT matter to these fools that every word they utter is being recorded and an be instantly replayed before they drop the mic.

MSNBC’s Capehart Chides Paul Ryan on ‘Inner City’ Problems and ‘Culture’
On Saturday, MSNBC’s Jonathan Capehart, who was filling in for Melissa Harris-Perry, delivered an open letter to Paul which laid out just how much the congressman has to learn about the “inner city.”
Capehart applauded Paul’s apparent effort to visit with African-American men in inner city neighborhoods, but said, “if you came to the conclusion that their ‘culture’ was to blame for black male unemployment being near double the national average, I can’t help but wonder if you learned anything during your visit.”
Instead, Capehart decided to help Paul by explaining that it was the “end result of discriminatory housing policies enacted decades ago by federal, state and local governments that created a cycle of residential segregation for black people that persists to this day.”

Republican Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan, whose remarks about inner-city poverty were described by another member of Congress as a “thinly veiled racial attack,” has accepted the invitation of the Congressional Black Caucus to discuss poverty. CBC Chairwoman Marcia Fudge and Rep. Gwen Moore sent a letter to Ryan, saying they were “deeply troubled” and offended by his remarks on Bill Bennett’s influential Morning in America radio show Wednesday about a “tailspin of culture, in our inner cities in particular, of men not working, and just generations of men not even thinking about working or learning the value and the culture of work.” Ryan has since said that he was “inarticulate” in making those comments. “I was not implicating the culture of one community—but of society as a whole. We have allowed our society to isolate or quarantine the poor rather than integrate people in our communities.” (National Journal)
