Videos| Black MALE Elders Are Calling Out Racist America |Race Card My Ass

From 3 Chics’ Rikyrah:

There was Vernon Jordan, pretty much quoting Hank Aaron… when talking about the Supreme Court and the attack on voting rights..

“they don’t come in sheets, they have on suits”.

I’m telling y’all..

The Elders are just not having it anymore.
They don’t care.
They not pretending that they care.

Yes, the HIT DOGS are going to holler RACE CARD!!!Because, you know it’s always way better and right when white men get to pontificate about blacks and racism.

*I’m saying this for the fifty-eleventh time, If you haven’t lived in black skin, you NEVER, EVER, GET TO TELL ME WHAT IS AND ISN’T RACIST. GOT IT!

First: Baseball great and Humanitarian Hank Aaron

at Turner Field on April 8, 2014 in Atlanta, Georgia.

Hank Aaron compares Obama’s GOP critics to KKK

Excerpt

“We can talk about baseball. Talk about politics. Sure, this country has a black president, but when you look at a black president, President Obama is left with his foot stuck in the mud from all of the Republicans with the way he’s treated.

“We have moved in the right direction, and there have been improvements, but we still have a long ways to go in the country.

“The bigger difference is that back then they had hoods. Now they have neckties and starched shirts.”

Second: AG Eric Holder:

Third: Representative Charlie Rangel

Charlie Rangel Resident Magazine Shoot

Excerpt
“If there’s anyone that believes that the color of the president is not an issue with those people who adamantly oppose them, they’re not realistic,” Rangel declared. “All it takes is someone, a group — they call themselves the Tea Party — to be able to impede the good Republicans from cooperating the way they should with Democrats so that at the end of the day, the country succeeds.”

“But if you notice, whenever this group gets together against Obama, the Confederate flag is there with them,” he insisted. “When I was involved in civil rights struggles and the communists would try to get in, we would tell them, ‘You get yourself another corner, this is the civil rights demonstration.'”

“They don’t do that with the Confederates.”

Fourth: Vernon Jordan:

Vernon Jordan joins Joy Reid to talk about the legacy of President Lyndon Johnson and the continued fight for equality as national leaders mark the 50th anniversary of the signing of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Excerpt Jordan on the Supreme court, voter suppression. etc.

“We’re back to the old man was. I didn’t come because trouble is a commin,’ And trouble is commin’ like it used did. It’s just different. Nobody’s in white sheets, they’re in three-button suits.” Signs are not saying “Colored and white” There are no signs saying black people go home, but implicit in these new voter registration laws and the Supreme Court’s decision, it’s TAKEN US BACK.”

Hammerin’ Hank Aaron Hit The Spot; GOP . . . KKK . . . Same Members

    By Desi Cortez

Hank Aaron, who was celebrated Tuesday night in Atlanta on the 40th anniversary of breaking Babe Ruth’s all-time home run record, compared and contrasted President Obama’s critics to the infamous KKK as he opened-up about the state of race relations in America; saying that “little has changed” despite the decades that have passed; “The biggest difference is that back then they had hoods,” Aaron said. “Now they have neckties and starched shirts.”

    My grandmother would say, “Tell the truth . . . Shame the Devil . . . .”

But wait, here’s what my grand folks didn’t get . . . angry White men, “Real Americans . . .” they can’t be shamed. Ask the ghost of those beautiful;4 little girls in that Birmingham church, or go ask the Obama girls today, right here n’ now – , they receive “did little nigger bitch, die ” luv letters everyday.

Thank you Mr Aaron for telling the stone-cold truth.

    …………………………

There’s virtually nothing Blacks can say or do to appease n’ please the vast overwhelming majority of White folks beyond either lying about our collective historical experiences in this land, or not saying anything. So when you tell it like it really was and is still today . . . as Mr. Aaron has, White folks turn into that classic Planet of the Apes scene where the apes can’t “see, hear nor speak” the truth. White America refuses to confess “their” empire was achieved and maintained . . . by any barbaric, Neanderthal methods required . . .

Today Euro-Americans have conveniently developed Amnesia, and they wish we would too.

    ………………

It’s no secret If there could be a “Negro Cap” placed on sports . . . only 3 Blacks on any team, or across US society – only 3 Blacks in your child’s school, only 3 Blacks in the grocery store or Targets while you shop? No Blacks seen skiing, hiking, biking and on Disney vacations . . . a sizable portion of “White America would support it.

There’s no way ESPN, Time, SI, or Yahoo Sports, would even ask the question because we all know the embarrassing response . . . Millions of White folks want to resegregate society. And please note; they’re not Klan robe clad racist or bigots, and in their everyday work, dressed-up in neckties and starched shirts – as cops, teachers, bankers, doctors – they don’t discriminate.. . .

Thank you again Hammerin’ Hank for hittin em with the truth. They hate it and we love it. And I’m sure the President loves it.

    AG Holder NAILED IT

  4. Ametia says:

When white men talk about racism, particularly when it is white folks who project their racism towards BLACK people, they are seen as the authority. They may have the dialogue about race, but if you don’t have black folks sitting at the table and allow them to dialogue with you, IT.IS.USELESS.

  5. Yahtc says:

    Excellent page, Ametia!

I hope over the months that you keep adding to this article other elders who speak out.

  6. Liza says:

I’m glad that these distinguished black men are speaking out. I have to believe that the relentless disrespect for the first African American president has been painful for them. It has only gotten worse as the years have gone by and we are well past a point where anyone could think that it’s confined to a small number of people or that it’s ever going away. Hating the black president has become systemic within the GOP, right now it actually defines them. I can’t think of anything they have done in the past five plus years except hate President Obama and try to get as many white Americans as they possibly can to hate him too. That’s what I see, and I doubt it’s much different from what these gentlemen see, and they are calling it out for what it is. And I wish them well.

    • Ametia says:

Yes, Liza, hating the black President has been accepted into the consciousness of America, because the media gave the racist TEA PARTY free reign to spew that nonsense about “TAKING OUR COUNTRY BACK-WARDS” to the good ole days of segregation, while in the same breath yammering about “CONSTITUTION & FOUNDING FATHERS”

Now we call know who the founding fathers were, don’t we?

    • Liza says:

Corporate media preys on ignorance, and God knows there is plenty of it in this country.

  7. rikyrah says:

    Thank you for this.

    These men TELL THE TRUTH!!

  8. Ametia says:

Aaron says he didn’t read most of it but kept it as a reminder. It made him hit better, he wrote. “Dammit all, I had to break the record,” he writes in his autobiography. “I had to do it for Jackie (Robinson), and my people and myself and for everybody who ever called me a nigger.”
