    Today, August 4, is President Obama’s 53rd birthday. I shook his hand and handed him a birthday card 7 years ago tomorrow at a fund-raiser in Park City, Utah. I told the future president that I was a day late, but not a dollar short. The price of admission that day was $500. We both chuckled.
