The statement from Michael Brown’s family reads in full:
Michael Brown’s family is beyond outraged at the devious way the police chief has chosen to disseminate piece mil information in a manner intended to assassinate the character of their son, following such a brutal assassination of his person in broad daylight.
There is nothing based on the facts that have been placed before us that can justify the execution style murder of their child by this police officer as he held his hands up, which is the universal sign of surrender.
The prolonged release of the officer’s name and then the subsequent alleged information regarding a robbery is the reason why the family and the local community have such distrust for the local law enforcement agencies.
It is no way transparent to release the still photographs alleged to be Michael Brown and refuse to release the photographs of the officer that executed him.
The police strategy of attempting to blame the victim will not divert our attention, from being focused on the autopsy, ballistics report and the trajectory of the bullets that caused Michael’s death and will demonstrate to the world this brutal execution of an unarmed teenager.
Do ya’ll think Darren Wilson will try to use SYG in his defense, if he is brought to trial?
If he’s charged and tried at the state level,the cops hire special attorneys who deal with defending cops. And they concoct a story for their cop defendant that they think fits the evidence. That’s what happened with Oscar Grant’s murderer.
To be honest, I would just as soon the DOJ take this one. I really believe it’s the only hope for justice.

The police report is confusing.
The information on the police report was filled in on 8-9-14 the same day Brown was killed. Yet, the police investigation date is 8-13-14. Dorian and Brown identified as suspect on 8-9-14, but investigation took place on 8-13-14 and 8-11-14. The surveillance video hadn’t been viewed on the 8-9-14..
On 8-10-2014 – witnesses contacted to get written statement, witnesses were not present.
8-10-14 received copy of surveillance video, but unable to view disc as computer system would not read it.
8-11-2014 Offense/Incident *this is another day written on report as offense/incident date.*

The report has no signature of police who wrote report or a commanding officer.

This police report is full of dung! Part of a police job is paperwork and signing it. If they don’t sign it, how do you know who wrote. Peter Pan could have wrote it or fell out the air.
On top of that it appears that someone used white-out in various spots, which would account for those big noticeable spaces, before they made copies of the report to hand out. The typing look sorta erratic or full of skipped spaces.
Now THAT I did not catch…..I will have to look at my print out again.

St. Louis County Executive Charlie Dooley is asking Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster to remove St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Bob McCulloch from the Michael Brown investigation.
“I think he should recuse himself,” Dooley says of McCulloch. “I think that Chris Koster ought to come on and assign a special prosecuter. I think Mr. McCulloch’s objectivity is in question. And if it’s in question, that should be enough to bring another special prosecutor to resolve this issue.”
McCulloch’s objectivity has come under question because his father – a police officer – was killed in a shooting, and because he opening criticized the decision by Gov. Jay Nixon to remove county police from the streets of Ferguson this week.

USA Today reported that no one answered the door Friday at Wilson’s Crestwood, Mo. home. A police officer keeping watch over the home told the newspaper that Wilson had left town with his family days ago.
A neighbor told USA Today that she’d had no idea that Wilson was the cop who shot 18-year-old Michael Brown until Friday morning, when Crestwood police informed residents that Wilson was involved in the incident and their neighborhood would draw attention.
