Who is Darren Wilson? Why Did You Shoot Michael Brown Jr. 6-11 Times? Where is the Photo of Your Orbital Fracture? Why Didn’t You Write an Incident Report?

So many questions! It’s seeping out DRIP, DRIP, DRIP… even after Darren Wilson has tried to scrub his online postings. Our families can never be allowed to give these cops the benefit of the doubt, not when it comes to our children.

Someone should have started digging on Darren Wilson from day one, because in case black folks didn’t know it, the laws and rules don’t equally apply to them, certainly not in SANFORD, Florida and FERGUSON, Missouri.

No, you are not immune to being placed under a microscope, Darren Wilson! see we don’t even know exactly how many bullets you riddled Michael Brown’s body with.

Darren Wilson’s first job was on a troubled police force disbanded by authorities

“Troubled” here = RACISM, PROFILING, HARRASSMENT.  Just so we’re clear.

Lizz Brown and Jim Cavanaugh join Lawrence O’Donnell to discuss Darren Wilson and his defense strategy:

“THIS HERE IS KEEN-YA!” These are the POS Missouri’s police departments are hiring. Lizz Brown, you’re spot on. Darren Wilson is sitting back, hiding out taking notes, dissecting everything we are saying so he can “counter the evidence and make a statement that is UNCONTRADICTED.” It truly is unprecedented.

CLAYTON, Mo. — The head of the Saint Louis County Police, who oversaw the crackdown on protests in nearby Ferguson shortly after a teenager was shot and killed by a police officer there, is defending the way his officers used military-style equipment even during peaceful daytime protests.

Chief Jon Belmar said Wednesday that in his opinion — as well as in the opinion of police chiefs around the country — much of the military-style equipment now used by police is necessary “because we patrol very urban areas.”

Belmar added that the St. Louis County Police had a responsibility to mitigate the threat of “serious crimes” and “certain terrorist events.” In practice, though, he said the equipment is used in armed barricade situations and, occasionally, in executing search warrants. He said he never anticipated he would ever use it against demonstrators.

  4. The Burns Law Firm in St Louis is suing for Michael Brown’s juvenile records. Hearing Sept 3rd

    http://stlouis.cbslocal.com/2014/08/27/lawsuit-filed-for-alleged-michael-brown-juvenile-records/

FERGUSON, Mo. (KMOX) – A lawsuit has been filed seeking the release of any juvenile records that might exist on the central figure in the Ferguson deadly shooting case.

The Citizen Journalist website GotNews has filed suit in St. Louis County circuit court seeking possible juvenile records on Michael Brown.

Attorney Johnathon Burns of the Burns Law Firm in St. Louis is handling the case.

“What we’re arguing is that since he is deceased, those documents revert from being confidential, they revert back into the public sphere,” Burns says. “Missouri common law applies, and under Missouri common law, court records and virtually all other documents are open to the public.”

Saint Louis University Associate Law Professor Tricia Harrison says the purpose of Missouri’s juvenile code is make sure the juvenile’s right to confidentiality is protected, and courts are very hesistant to give that up.

“To suggest that the general public has a right to know what any juvenile does in any situation is ludicrous,” she says.

Harrison says if courts do give up the juvenile’s right to confidentiality, it’s only to specific parties like school personnel and counselors.

“It’s only legitimate persons having a legitimate interest in their situation,” she says.

A hearing in the case is set for September 3 before Judge Ellen Siwak.

How Fox News Promoted One of the Most Bogus Ferguson Smears So Far

    August 26, 2014 |

The killing of Michael Brown, [3] an unarmed young black man shot at least six times by police officer Darren Wilson, and the resulting protests in Ferguson, Missouri, left the right-wing media machine in something of a conundrum. Days ticked by and still there was no viable right-wing narrative.

Then, six days after the shooting, Ferguson police chief Thomas Jackson bowed to pressure from the community and media and identified Wilson as the cop who shot Brown [4]. At the same time, Jackson released two new bits of information. He said Wilson had been taken to a hospital after the shooting with swelling to his face. He also released a store surveillance video that showed Brown reaching over a counter and grabbing a handful of cigars, then pushing a store clerk on his way out.

This was a turning point in the story: Ferguson police seemingly wanted to transform Michael Brown from an innocent victim to a criminal. Still, it was hard to justify killing a young man with no previous record — especially shooting him six times, for allegedly stealing a handful of cheap cigars.

It wasn’t long before Fox News was pushing a new narrative [5]: Michael Brown wasn’t just the latest in a depressingly long line of unarmed young black men to be gunned down by a white cop. He was a thug, they suggested, a criminal who deserved what he got, because he posed a deadly threat to Officer Wilson.

This was proven, Fox News reported [5] with an unnamed source, because “the officer had sustained a fractured eye socket in the incident.” Ann Coulter even suggested, incorrectly, [6]that we’d seen X-rays of the fracture. Fox went on to claim “solid proof” of a battle between Wilson and Brown for the officer’s handgun.

It was not long, of course, before CNN and others disproved such bogus claims [7]. But how did such fiction make it all the way to an outlet as major, if intellectually challenged, as Fox News?

Enter Jim Hoft — the man often [8] described [9] as the stupidest man on the Internet [10], by people on both the left [11] and the right [12].

    Here’s how it happened.

Perhaps the first shot in the right-wing news campaign to smear Michael Brown came in the form of a call to a conservative talk radio host Dana Loesch [13] on Aug. 15. A caller who claimed to be a friend of Wilson’s — who would only identify herself as Josie — told Loesch that Brown had “bum rushed” officer Wilson, punched him in the face and tried to go for Wilson’s gun. Brown and his friend then walked away. Wilson pulled his gun and ordered Brown to stop. Brown turned around, taunted Wilson, then again “bum rushed” him. Wilson fired six shots, the last shot to Brown’s forehead. “Josie” claimed that she had gotten this information from a Facebook discussion. She did not claim that Wilson had been seriously injured in the encounter.

Much discussion and rampant speculation followed in the right-wing blogosphere, even though the only source was an anonymous caller to a radio show and a supposed Facebook discussion. Then, on Aug. 19, Jim Hoft, a St. Louis-based blogger, announced on his site Gateway Pundit that Wilson had suffered [14] an “Orbital Blowout Fracture to Eye Socket.”

“The Gateway Pundit can now confirm from two local St. Louis sources that police Officer Darren Wilson suffered facial fractures during his confrontation with deceased 18 year-old Michael Brown. Officer Wilson clearly feared for his life during the incident that led to the shooting death of Brown. This was after Michael Brown and his accomplice Dorian Johnson robbed a local Ferguson convenience store.”

Hoft offered a still from a CT scan as evidence of Wilson’s injury. It did not take long for people to debunk the story. Later that afternoon on the conservative-leaning website Little Green Footballs, Charles Johnson, who takes delight in debunking Hoft, shredded the story. [15]

Johnson cited video of the immediate aftermath that showed an apparently uninjured Wilson casually strolling around the scene of Brown’s body lying in the middle of the street. He also pointed out that the CT still Hoft posted was actually a stock image lifted from the website of American Association for Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus [16] that had been crudely altered to block out the identifying information.

Johnson pointed out that the image Hoft posted cuts off the line at the bottom of the original image that identifies it as coming from University of Iowa Education Technology Center. Hoft did not specifically say the image was Officer Wilson, but he also did not say that it wasn’t. He apparently wanted to create the impression that it was, indeed, an image of Officer Wilson’s head. At some later time Hoft added a caption to the image that identifies it as a “File Image,” but this information was only added after Hoft had been caught red-handed.

Hoft also cited a tweet from Christine Byers [17], a reporter for the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, who said, “Police sources tell me more than a dozen witnesses have corroborated cop’s version of events in shooting.” This was odd, as at this point there had been no story from Wilson, who had gone into hiding shortly after the shooting.

Apparently the Post-Dispatch found it odd, too, as the paper published a story making clear that they never published Byers’ information, that she was not working on this story, and that she had been on leave [18] since March. Byers then tweeted [19]: “On FMLA from paper. Earlier tweets did not meet standards for publication.”

Meanwhile, despite the obvious problems with Hoft’s story, it was just too juicy for the right-wing blogosphere to ignore. Finally there was a narrative that painted Brown as a violent thug and Wilson as a man who was badly beaten and justified in fearing for his life. Couching the nonsense behind weasel-words like “report” and “claim,” they pushed the nonsense into the media bloodstream.

In short order Hoft’s story spread throughout the right-wing blogosphere. The right-wing media machine was cranking up. Early in the afternoon of Aug. 19, the right-wing libertarian site Before It’s News [20] cited Mark Dice’s YouTube report, which in turn cited Hoft’s story.

Dice is something of a low-budget Alex Jones, but naturally it wasn’t long before Jones himself would weigh in. On InfoWars, Jones’ website, the headline [21] was “FERGUSON LYNCH MOB: NO JUSTICE FOR COP ACCUSED OF KILLING MICHAEL BROWN – Dozen witnesses say Michael Brown attacked officer before shooting.” The sourcing? InfoWars cited, yes, Hoft’s story and Byers’ tweet.

The next day Glenn Beck’s The Blaze cited Hoft’s report [22] under the headline “Ferguson Officer Darren Wilson Beaten Nearly Unconscious, Suffered Eye Socket Fracture Before Shooting Michael Brown: Report.”

Tucker Carlson’s Daily Caller also cited Hoft, [23] under the headline “Claim: Darren Wilson Suffered Fractured Eye Socket.”

Soon the story had been picked up by pretty much all of the right-wing noise machine, including Matt Drudge, Breitbart, Right Wing News, the Washington Times and the New York Post.

Now that the story had broken into the wild and had been reported by numerous sources — all citing Jim Hoft’s original report as well as each other — Fox News decided it had enough cover to report on Hoft’s bogus story.

They ran the story every half-hour with a flashing “ALERT ALERT” image at the bottom of the screen and cited , yep, Jim Hoft’s report.

Later in the day Fox found its own anonymous source [5]. Fox cited a “well-placed source” that was “close to the [Ferguson police] department’s top brass” who claimed that there was “solid proof” that “He [Wilson] was beaten very severely.”

What had started out as a sketchy story on a sketchy blog that was full of glaring holes had now become rock-solid news reported by the leader of the right-wing news machine. Never mind that Fox was also citing an anonymous source; the story was true because they said it was true. Soon the story moved from right-wing outlets to respectable mainstream news sources. The Washington Post also found an anonymous source [24]and reported:

“The officer who fatally shot an unarmed Ferguson youth suffered a fracture to his eye bone in a scuffle with Michael Brown, according to a family friend.

The hospital X-rays of the injury have been submitted to the St. Louis County prosecuting attorney, and will be shared with a grand jury now weighing evidence to determine if Officer Darren Wilson should be charged in the shooting.”

A little later in the day the Washington Post walked it back [25] and contradicted its own story, but without retracting or updating the original report.

“[St. Louis County Prosecutor spokesman Ed] Magee said that prosecutors have not received any medical records relating to Wilson so far. But he said that since Wilson was taken to the hospital, they assume there are medical records and they just haven’t received them yet.

A family friend of Wilson’s told The Washington Post that Wilson suffered a fractured eye socket. Ferguson police have said that Wilson’s face was injured and he needed medical treatment, but they did not go into any detail. On Wednesday night, Ferguson Mayor James Knowles III told Fox News that he could not confirm reports that Wilson suffered a fractured eye bone.”

That afternoon CNN “unequivocally” debunked Hoft’s claim. [26] Don Lemon reported that according to sources in the Ferguson Police Department, Darren Wilson did have swelling and did visit an emergency room. X-rays were taken but came back negative. There was no fracture.

Later the same day, as the anonymous reports began to unravel and it became clear that they were inaccurate, the Washington Post threw up its hands and published a “here’s what everybody says, you sort it out” article [27] that cast even more doubt on its earlier reporting:

“It is not known just how severe Wilson’s injuries were following the encounter. Jackson, the Ferguson police chief, only said that the side of Wilson’s face was swollen and that he required treatment at a hospital, but he did not elaborate beyond that. A family friend of Wilson’s told The Washington Post that the officer suffered an eye bone fracture during the encounter with Wilson. This friend also said hospital X-rays of this injury were going to be shared with the office of St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney McCulloch.

A spokesman for McCulloch said they have received no medical records yet relating to Wilson and said they could not comment on the officer’s injuries.”

CNN, who hadn’t reported on Hoft’s story, gleefully scolded Fox News for running with a bogus story from a blogger with a reputation for posting splashy, and untrue, stories. CNN media critic Brian Stelter blasted Fox: ”Frankly, I’m surprised that Fox ripped the information off this blog and repeated it on air.”

In a matter of days a story that stared out on a blog circulated throughout the right-wing media machine and made it all the way up and into the legitimate news media, then crashed and burned as it became apparent the story was simply not true — which everyone involved should have known right from the start.

And what of Jim Hoft? How did Hoft react when his story fell apart? Being Jim Hoft means never having to say “I was wrong.” In fact, in a follow-up piece, Hoft doubled down. His original two anonymous sources were now four anonymous sources. Hoft even took CNN to task for not running with his original BS story. Under the headline [28] “NOW THERE ARE FOUR SOURCES: Officer Darren Wilson Suffered Fractured Eye Socket,” Hoft hilariously cites himself as a source, then closes with: ”CNN really needs to be more responsible with such sensitive information.”

Not only was Hoft doubling down on his now discredited original story, he was taking a victory lap. He claims to have single handedly caused the “Liberal Media” to pull out of Ferguson under the banner headline “Liberal Media Pulls Out of #Ferguson – After Reports of Officer Wilson’s Busted Up Face” And for extra comedic effect, Hoft cites World Net Daily, one of the craziest, least reliable sources in the entire wingnutosphere and known to critics as World Nut Daily.

Hoft is still “reporting” on Ferguson, posting a string of articles that take race baiting to the next level. He talks about “black lynch mobs” and decries the looting and rioting while poor, innocent Darren Wilson is “struggling” and “in fear for his life.” He claims Wilson’s supporters are receiving death threats (from black people) and reports on how white people are co-opting the now famous “hands up” posture to promise not to rob convenience stores. He explains that Mike Brown’s family calling for an end to protests is actually a calling for protests to continue.

And now you know why Jim Hoft is often referred to as the Dumbest Man on the Internet. But why any news source anywhere — even Fox News — would ever cite anything this guy writes, on any subject, remains a mystery.

    Michael Brown’s Unremarkable Humanity
On Monday, The New York Times published a profile of the dead St. Louis teenager, calling him “no angel”—part of a dubious language of “morality” about black men.
    TA-NEHISI COATES
    AUG 25 2014, 4:48 PM ET

The New York Times has a feature today looking at the brief life of Michael Brown, informing us that he was “no angel.” The reasons for this are many. Brown smoked marijuana. He lived in a community that “had rough patches.” He wrote rap songs that were “by turns contemplative and vulgar.” He shoplifted and pushed a store clerk who tried to stop him. These details certainly paint a portrait of a young man who failed to be angelic. That is because no person is angelic—least of all teenagers—and there is very little in this piece that distinguishes Brown from any other kid his age.

What horrifies a lot of us beholding the spectacle of Ferguson, beholding the spectacle of Sanford, of Jacksonville, is how easily we could see ourselves in these kids. I shudder to think of my reaction, at 17, to some strange dude following me through my own housing development. I shudder to think of my reaction, at 17, to some other strange dude pulling up next to me and telling me to turn down my music.

And if Michael Brown was not angelic, I was practically demonic. I had my first drink when I was 11. I once brawled in the cafeteria after getting hit in the head with a steel trash can. In my junior year I failed five out of seven classes. By the time I graduated from high school, I had been arrested for assaulting a teacher and been kicked out of school (twice.) And yet no one who knew me thought I had the least bit of thug in me. That is because I also read a lot of books, loved my Commodore 64, and ghostwrote love notes for my friends. In other words, I was a human being. A large number of American teenagers live exactly like Michael Brown. Very few of them are shot in the head and left to bake on the pavement.

The “angelic” standard was not one created by the reporter. It was created by a society that cannot face itself, and thus must employ a dubious “morality” to hide its sins. It is reinforced by people who have embraced the notion of “twice as good” while avoiding the circumstances which gave that notion birth. Consider how easily living in a community “with rough patches” becomes part of a list of ostensible sins. Consider how easily “black-on-black crime” becomes not a marker of a shameful legacy of segregation but a moral failing.

Demonizing these boys and young men is how the media and their white target audience give themselves persmission to look the other way. The meta message is always that this is just another black thug who had it coming, now or later. And when a cop is involved, OMG, who dares to question the judgement of cop? There has to be a reason why the cop did this, there just has to be.

But, of course, what we know is that not every black male child is a thug-in-the-making and there are many sadistic cops and there are cops capable of murder. We know that these boys like Trayvon and Jordan and Michael were still kids and they were just ordinary kids. Why in the blazing hell do so many people still want to believe that there must be a justification for their executions, there had to be a reason. So they make up reasons and they are getting increasingly ridiculous. Michael Brown was living in a community with “rough patches” therefore some NYT reporter can use this to speak to his character? For God’s sake, someone make this stop, shut these people up.

Ben Stein: Michael Brown ‘Wasn’t Unarmed. He Was Armed With His Incredibly Strong, Scary Self’
SUBMITTED BY Miranda Blue on Wednesday, 8/27/2014 12:14 pm
In an interview with Newsmax’s Steve Malzberg yesterday, conservative pundit Ben Stein insisted that Michael Brown, the black teenager who was shot to death by a police officer in Ferguson, Missouri, “wasn’t unarmed” because he was “armed with his incredibly strong, scary self.”

“The idea of calling this poor man ‘unarmed’ when he was six-foot-four, 300 pounds, full of muscles, apparently — from what I read in the New York Times — on marijuana, to call him unarmed is like calling Sonny Liston unarmed or Cassius Clay unarmed,” Stein said.

He went on to accuse Attorney General Eric Holder of leading a “lynching” of the police officer who killed Brown, alleging that the deaths of Brown and of Trayvon Martin were cases of a “very large so-called victim attacking a policeman.”

    Police Shooting Building Trust

    http://krqe.com/2014/08/27/in-wake-of-ferguson-police-try-to-build-trust/

DALLAS (AP) – In the aftermath of the police shooting in Ferguson, Missouri, some police departments are renewing efforts to reach out to black communities to build trust by holding public meetings, fielding questions and letting people voice the anger they feel toward officers who patrol their neighborhoods.

Dallas Police Chief David Brown considers it a preventative step.

“I’d much rather they shout at me at a town hall meeting at a church and get to know me afterward than not have a relationship,” Brown said. After a police shooting has already happened, “it’s too late to try to establish relationships.”

Dallas has had 13 police shootings so far this year, leading to eight deaths. That follows last year’s tally of 22 shootings and six deaths, according to police.

To reassure the public, Dallas County District Attorney Craig Watkins recently announced he would begin sending two prosecutors to independently investigate each police shooting.

Both Brown and Watkins are black and grew up in Dallas. Watkins described his own mistrust of law enforcement as a young man and said more needs to be done to restore public confidence in law-enforcement agencies, particularly among blacks and Latinos.

In his eulogy at Mike Brown’s funeral, Rev Al touched upon something I wanted to expand a bit on here. He asked the audience if they didn’t find it suspect that in many of the poor inner city Black communities, people are getting harassed by cops and thrown in jail for “trivial” things such as marijuana, jaywalking, selling cigarettes, etc., yet the buying/selling or distribution of illegal guns seem to go unreported and unpunished in the community – which never results in good outcomes for the residents.

It also occurred to me that since PBO became President, the crime rate in many of these regions have actually gone done (although you won’t hear any of that from the media). The the crime rate has gone down in a manner that is ahistorical – given the tendency of crime to rise at times of economic downturn, which pretty much characterized much of PBO’s 1st term. So sociologists have surmised that there may be an “Obama effect” on these communities which have mitigated the poor economic conditions where crime is concerned.

So it is quite possible that the drop in crime in these communities could mean that many of the cops who work in these regions are more idle, making less overtime, and already they are mad that PBO is President, so they are out for some sort of revenge. If Ferguson had a high homicide rate, the media would not fail to mention it – in fact there would probably be a sentence front and center about the high homicide rate in every media segment on Ferguson. So we now find the media harping on Black teens who use marijuana, wear hoodies, drink alcohol, jaywalk, get suspended from school for being late, etc….what will they do next, remind us that Black teens who chew gum while talking are “no angels?”

Exclusive Video: This Is How Police Treated Residents of the Apartment Complex Where Michael Brown Was Killed
Steven Hsieh on August 25, 2014 – 4:25 PM ET

Ferguson, Missouri—Images of police officers using tear gas and rubber bullets on protesters this month have shocked the world, raising awareness of America’s increasingly militarized police forces, many of which are subsidized by the federal government.

While most of the photos from the Ferguson protests were taken on West Florissant Avenue, cell phone footage obtained by The Nation shows how the heavily armed police also made themselves known at Canfield Green Apartments, the neighborhood where Michael Brown was shot and killed on August 9. The video provides another example of the intimidation tactics so commonly used by law enforcement since the beginning of protests in Ferguson earlier this month.

The footage, captured by Canfield Green resident Marquez Larkin on the evening of August 13, features a line of about twenty police officers clad in riot gear, guarding the entrance of the neighborhood. Larkin said he and his brother, Khalil Fells, had just been herded back away from West Florissant at gunpoint.

They saw an unidentified man approaching the blockade of officers, walking back and forth at least three times. Larkin whipped out his cellphone and began to record. In the video, the man can be seen putting his hands up and yelling at the police before multiple popping sounds, which Larkin said came from police shooting rubber bullets, can be heard. The popping continues as the man turns around to walk away. Larkin and a crowd of spectators ran in the opposite direction of the police. Although it’s unclear from the video whether the man is shot, Fells said he saw him get hit in the foot.

WTF is Iyanla doing in Ferguson sitting down with FPD chief Tom Jackson and another citizen talking about HEALING?

  16. Why haven’t Bill Clinton said anything about what is happening in Ferguson? Black folks saved his ass but he’s silent when they need help.

Nearly 5,000 mourners packed St. Louis’ Friendly Temple Missionary Baptist Church to say farewell to 18-year-old Michael Brown, struck down in a hail of bullets in Ferguson, Missouri over two weeks prior. Despite blazing temperatures, the service provided both sanctuary and comfort for many of those who have struggle to come to terms with the teen’s death, and the events that ensued in the days following the August 9th shooting.

The service drew a number of dignitaries and notables, including Reverend Jesse Jackson, Rep. Maxine Waters, Senator Claire McCaskill, Spike Lee, Hammer and three White House officials, appearing on behalf of the president. Relatives of Emmitt Till, Trayvon Martin and Jordan Davis were in attendance, along with a large cadre of faith leaders, including Bishop T.D. Jakes and Pastor Jamal H. Bryant, who both delivered prayers.

Reverend Al Sharpton, who has been by the family’s side frequently since the uprisings in Ferguson began, performed the eulogy.

“No community in America would tolerate an 18-year-old boy laying in the street four-and-a-half hours. We won’t tolerate it either,” said Sharpton. “Whatever happened, we are demanding this boy’s life be answered for by somebody.”

Some 600 members of Brown’s family were in attendance. While his parents did not speak, stepmother Cal Brown described him as “my best friend.” She talked of the teen’s recent re-commitment to his Christian faith and an eerie premonition he had weeks before he was killed. After Cal was in the hospital with a recent illness, he told her that he did not think she was going to survive, telling her “I’ve been dreaming of death, seeing pictures of death, seeing pictures of bloody sheets hanging on clotheslines.”

“He prophesied his own death,” she said.

Brown’s great uncle Pastor Charles Ewing was also among the family’s designated speakers, stating “Michael Brown’s blood is crying from the ground, crying for vengeance, crying for justice.”

Noticeably absent from the service was Missouri Governor Jay Nixon, who shelved plans to attend and released a statement saying he was doing so out of respect for the family. In his stead, he sent Lt. Govenor Peter Kindler, who recently called for “Anglo-American” style justice to replace the protests in Ferguson.

“Anglo-American Justice to replace the protest in Ferguson? So, Lt. Governor Peter Kindler is calling for Jim Crow laws to be instituted. I see you, you racist s.o.b.

Omg and this bs about his size and how that was a weapon, if that’s the case then I should never go to walmart or the supermarket or the county fair cuz the whole world is a damn weapon then.

In all seriousness, how long are the parents supposed to wait. What confidence can they have that their son will be treated fairly when all evidence so far shows that their son was devalued and not deemed worthy of even an incident report… How many other people have been killed and not have had their murders investigated because the cops deem them not worthy… They are simply killing and deleting our existence.

Excellent post! I can’t believe it …. then again, what can you believe about this case? Not the cops version, for sure!

  24. Ametia says:

CNN’s Jeffrey Toobin is saying this is a very “complicated case.” I”t’s going to take time to gather all the evidence.” Umm, NO IT ISN’T!

Not when the killer cop is hiding out and hasn’t shown his killer face once and provided an incident report.

Reverse the black body for the white body and the white cop for a black cop.

    CASE SOLVED!

  25. Ametia says:

Why does Lesley McSpadden and Michael Brown Sr. have to wait for Prosecutor McColloch and his 99.9% white Grand Wizard jury to trial Darren Wilson?

#WeCareAboutFerguson bc a family buried their child today, mourned in front of the country, still have to fight for him to be seen as human.

What more do they need to arrest the killer? A time machine? They got everything but a confession. #Ferguson #WeCareAboutFerguson

#WeCareAboutFerguson because it definitively shatters any myths we (white ppl) created about being a post racial society.

And, in case you got distracted there for a moment…. #WeCareAboutFerguson until black children don’t have to live in constant fear.

#wecareaboutferguson although my son is white, he may grow to love a person of color, and I want my grandbabies to live in peace.

  27. Ametia says:

Waiting for @NYT piece on Darren Wilson. What are ya’ll going to say? “He’s no Devil.”

  28. How in the hell can Darren Wilson riddled an unarmed teen’s body with 6-11 bullets, killing him & not write an incident report? WTF? Is this standard procedure at the FPD?

    • Ametia says:

Good question, SG2. We’re still waiting.

Oh, wait, here’s TD Jakes. Let’s ask him these questions, since we’ve been asking for the FACTS, and Darren Wilson nor the FPD have answered STANDARD questions cops answer after they riddle a victim full of bullet holes and murders them.

So maybe that’s what you mean by “we don’t have the facts.” The fuckers won’t and couldn’t if they tried to provide any FACTUAL information, after over 2 weeks of destroying, concocting, and lying and cover ups.

    • Liza says:

You can’t think like a psychopath unless you are one.

Firing that many bullets into another human being is overkill, a rage killing. So how does a total stranger invoke that much rage? The problem here exists between Darren Wilson’s ears, in his brain.

He didn’t write a report because he couldn’t write the truth. Something would have to be made up. And what could he possibly make up that justified what he did? I suspect he is keenly aware of his predicament, and is hoping that his cop status saves him, and that other people well practiced in saving cops will save him.

    • sunshine616 says:

The harsh, crappy, reality is that the cops are trained to behave in this heinous manner and the laws are designed to protect them in doing so. There has to be an overall change of the entire system if we want to see cowardly cops held accountable.

  29. racerrodig says:

Oh…..with a name like Darren and that cutsie Cherub face……how could he possibly be the bad guy. Who the fuck is he and why is he breathing our air ? (Pardon my French)

    Am I pissed ? Yeah…..I’m pissed !!

  30. Ametia says:

Dan Page and his ilk have been indoctrinated to kill black boys and men.

We can’t have any more like them aspiring to become elected to the HIGHEST OFFICE IN THE LAND, now can we.

This is exactly what is happening with the war on our black boys. Kill them while they’re young, can’t live to become PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!

That “KEEN-YAN” is one too many for’em.
