Casebolt’s lawyer trying to do DAMAGE CONTROL. 5 days after his assault on UNARMED BLACK teens.

  2. Ametia says:

    THIS SOB APOLOGIZES, NOT REALLY

    • Ametia says:

THIS NONSENSE IS NO EXCUSE FOR CASEBOLT’S BEHAVIOR.

BE GONE LADY, & TAKE CASEBOLT WITH YOU!

      I hope the family SUES

    • Ametia says:

yes, Eric Caebolt was extremely upset about having to tend to 2 suicides prior to arriving on the scene at that pool party, so he decided to take it out on the teens.

this is going to be his defense GET.THE.FUCK.OUTTA.HERE!

  3. Ametia says:

Are there going to be charges of ASSAULT against Eric Casebolt?

    ALSO TOO:

    @allanbrauer
A few tweets on who #RacistTracey works for and who’s responsible. I worked for a similarly giant corporation in HR and vendor management.

    Allan Brauer @allanbrauer
If her job didn’t involve approving/denying credit to customers, BofA will be quick to let us know. If they stay mute, however…

    Allan Brauer @allanbrauer
BofA may then announce the vendor has let her go. But they will resist answering questions about her role in the mortgage process.

    Allan Brauer @allanbrauer
I look at BofA’s tweets today as an interim announcement. Right now, they want you to know they don’t sign her paycheck. That’s step 1.

    Allan Brauer @allanbrauer
Staffing agencies and vendors have too much at stake to go to the wall for an employee making BofA’s life miserable.

    Allan Brauer @allanbrauer
That’s when more pressure will need to be applied to BofA to acknowledge whether the cases she handled are being reviewed.

“Rest assured, if there were no video re: McKinney & if millions hadn’t seen it, Casebolt would still be on the streets harassing folk today.”

  9. 2dogsonly says:

“Adios MoFo”😈👏 Atl least he won’t be eligible for unemployment or any other LE job.

Police officers all over the country have resigned for misconduct then quickly picked up jobs elsewhere. This should not be legal.

We need national police misconduct registry that functions like a sex offender registry. Your name being on it should have real consequences.

Like Eric Casebolt, the officers who killed Tamir Rice, Mike Brown, and so many others were let go or resigned elsewhere then rebooted.

When a police officer resigns while under investigation it should immediately invalidate their ability to serve in law enforcement.

    • 2dogsonly says:

They neglected to do background on Tamir Rice’s killer. Big mistake! But I think most aren’t eligible for rehire. He fell through the cracks, a tragic mistake. Deemed ” unfit for duty due to breaking down”.
Similar to Darren Wilson police department. The entire police department, all 7,were disbanded,! Two were re-hired but not Darren Wilson until Ferguson hired him. The huge protests had the effect of shining a light on an issue that had been ignored.
I have so much gratitude and respect for the protestors who maintained their protests thru the extreme heat and fear!! Without their courage and tenacity, the world may not have woken up to what police have been allowed to get away with for years. Not to mention the use of military tanks and old tear gas and military fatigues.Program 2013, I think was the name.
      Again, thank you Ametia!!

  11. Ametia says:

The scrutiny contrasts McKinney’s high ranking for its quality of life. A Time Inc. publication last year ranked the city the best place to live in America, with a median family income in excess of $96,000 and job growth projected at 13 percent. Crime is comparatively low and like other metropolitan suburbs in Texas, McKinney has seen unprecedented expansion. Its population has tripled in the last 15 years to approximately 155,000. About 75 percent of residents are white while nearly 11 percent are black.

  13. Ametia says:

The individuals Chief didn’t want to mention INCLUDES those 2 white women who verballly & physically ABUSED those teens.

  14. Ametia says:

McKinney Police Chief Greg Conley called Casebolt’s actions “indefensible” and noted that the officer, who was under investigation, “resigned on his own will.”

“As the video shows, he was out of control during the incident,” he said, “I had 12 officers on the scene and 11 of them performed according to their training.”

(Casebolt was way beyond out of control, dude.)

He said the internal investigation into Casebolt’s actions is now over.

Naw, son it ain’t over. I hope the families of those childen Casebolt defiled & abused SUE!)

“I do not condone the actions of those individuals who violated the rules of the community and showed disrespect to the security personnel on the scene and officers,” he added.

(Who are the INDIVIDUALS you are referring to, Chief Conley?)

  15. Ametia says:

McKinney’s Mayor Brian Loughmiller wants this nightmare to disappear!

  16. yahtzeebutterfly says:

deray mckesson ‏@deray 1m1 minute ago
“Now, given that the Internal Affairs investigation wasn’t completed, there will likely be no permanent record of Caebolt’s actions.”

    • Ametia says:

      we’ll see.

    • yahtzeebutterfly says:

So he just gets to go on with his life while leaving a 14 year old girl with her scarred physically (her back) and emotionally.

      • Ametia says:

Still trying to upload the presser. Chief Conley said Casebolt was out of control prior to and during the encounter with those teens. Pray tell, why was he allowed anywhere near them? So many questions and not enough answers.

  17. rikyrah says:

    Uh huh

    Uh huh

My lips are pursed so tight reading this bullshyt.

    • Ametia says:

It’s disgusting and so unfair that these officers get to terrorize and murder then get paid to disappear or turn up at another precinct!

  18. Ametia says:

Bank it, Casebolt was given ultimatum, RESIGN or get FIRED. Of course he takes the former, becasue he’ll still receive pay. Dirty SOB.
