Everyone sees it…big, small, young, old…rich, poor…regular folks…big names …it’s so clear if you look and listen…

She’s genuine, she’s authentic, she’s sincere, she’s honorable, she’s grounded, unpretentious, down to earth, humble…but don’t get it twisted, she knows exactly who she is and what she’s worth…she knows she’s a worthy queen and confident and comfortable in her own skin….she does not suffer fools…and she’s deathly loyal…She has integrity in spades…she’s warm and embracing…she roots for you, she never envies you…she’s grateful and content for, and with her own blessings…she’s not looking to hurt anybody, she does not survive or thrive on hurting or undermining others – or seeing others hurt or humiliated…she is unflinchingly loyal and roots and uplifts you…and she will give you the benefit of the doubt until you prove yourself untrustworthy…She carries no ill-will… she is a very respectful person…she respects you no matter your station in life, but she absolutely expects to be respected in return…

She does not seek to hurt others, but when or if you hurt her, she will do everything to protect herself…Self-preservation is key to her…

If you disrespect her, she quietly and respectfully cuts you off…and permanently removes you from her small, tight-knit circle of trusted allies…She will forgive you, and even embrace you again, but you will never be allowed into that inner sanctum ever again…she will even still treat you respectfully – and genuinely wish you well…but where she once was, she will never ever be in awe of you ever again…

And her awe is not only rare, it’s especially not glib or mindless…it’s not just for the heck of it…It is from a place of deep respect, no envy, rightfully earned and attributed…genuine, brings such fierce and unyielding loyalty and support, goodwill and honest rooting and well-wishes with it…it is invaluable…

MRS. OBAMA: Now, I know you all have had a busy, packed, full day — very inspiring, right? (Applause.) And hopefully, our conversation will live up to the hype. …”
