I listened to FLOTUS’ speech again. She knocked it out of the park as they say.
I like the content, when she talks about her family, when she talks about anyone but Hillary. Sorry, the praise of Hillary just doesn’t ring true for me even if FLOTUS really meant it. She certainly delivered the praise with sincerity, and perhaps she knows a different Hillary than the public persona.
I do not believe that Hillary has turned 180 degrees from a woman who believed that black children were “superpredators” into someone who would protect them as much as she would one of her own.
Damn, I can’t believe what I just said. Therein lies your difference between a woman like Hillary and a woman like FLOTUS. To FLOTUS, she wasn’t out there politicking, all those children she met were not props to be used when convenient, they were real, and any one of them could have been hers. That’s how she treated them. And the ones she never met, she cared about them too.

Yep, that’s IT. I really saw that last night. All that talk about children from these politicians usually just goes in one ear and out the other. Then FLOTUS talks about children, and she’s the real deal…
Bernie is real too. I believe that his concern for the future, especially the young folks and the children, is very genuine.
Co-signing Liza. I can’t stomach the thought of those mothers expressing their grief. It’s so fresh still and they’ve had little time, if any to GRIEVE like families who aren’t thrust into the spotlight.
Last night I noticed they had a black woman up there crying ‘victimhood’ about Trump University. Now you know damn good and well, that most of the victims of his scams were white, but to appeal to the so-called BLACK FIREWALL, they stage her appearance as the victim of Trump.
Is it effective? Of course it is. Because she figures black folks always thrive on being the victim of somebody’s wrongdoings. It’s America!

FLOTUS gave a great speech but I cringed at the parts that praised Hillary. I could see that FLOTUS tried to limit the praise to what Hillary has supposedly done for children, and that is probably the only way she could be sincere.
But even when FLOTUS was praising Hillary’s work for children, I wondered if Hillary ever said a word in defense of Trayvon Martin or Jordan Davis or Michael Brown before she needed their mothers to support her campaign.
