    “…A play on the phrase “Black Lives Matter” has some members of the San Francisco police department facing criticism. The controversy is over a photo published in the SFPD’s union newsletter.

    The photo shows two labs. The black one is wearing a sign that says “Black Labs Matter” and the light haired one is wearing a sign that says “All Labs Matter.” Next to the image, “Maybe it’s time we all just sit back and tone down the rhetoric…”

      Well, the absurdity of this, beyond the obvious, is that the black lab and the white lab see no difference between the two of them. They are both dogs, and they know it.

    Nervous and distraught, Earledreka White did the only thing she thought she could to allay her fears after being stopped by a police officer in Houston: She called 911 to report the traffic stop and asked for police backup.

    White’s voice was so shaky that she stuttered when trying to give the emergency dispatcher their location, a medical plaza parking lot outside the Loop 610 near downtown Houston. Next to her stood an officer with Houston’s Metro Police Department, waiting while she made the call in the doorway of her sedan.

    “He’s saying I crossed over a solid line and I did not,” White told the dispatcher. “I got out of the car to ask him what the offense was. He raised his voice at me and threatened to arrest me. So I’m really confused. And I would like another officer to come out here.

    “My heart is racing. I’m really afraid.”

      I wish folks would be even half as outraged and vocal in their defense of a young black mother murdered in cold blood ..at her home.. in front of her toddler son …for the high crime of traffic infractions no less….as they’ve conveniently been in their very targeted and specific faux-outrage and very effusive and vocal ‘support’ and ‘defense’ of the parents of the soldier who died 12 years ago in an unnecessary war …

      Humanity, empathy and decency is not exploiting a story solely to advance the political ambitions and desires of a particular candidate…and only to whip up and spread the contrived indignation of the candidate and her media flunkies …and only to hopefully get the masses riled up and in a tizzy ..tweaked enough to propel an equally undeserving candidate into the White House…

      Humanity, empathy and decency is caring at all times, that in the United States of America… the supposedly greatest country in the world…a supposedly civilized country…that black kids, women are being haunted down and dehumanized and brutalized and murdered at the hands of tax payer paid ‘law enforcement’…at their home, as they go about their lives…

      If only Korryn Gaines in life or death could somehow serve a purpose for Hillary Clinton’s Oval office aspirations, perhaps there’d be a very loud, effusive and conveniently #NeverTrump ‘unified’ chorus of outrage, disgust at the police…

    Two weeks after a controversial shooting, Charles Kinsey has filed a federal lawsuit against North Miami police Officer Jonathan Aledda.

    In the lawsuit, Kinsey argues that Aledda and other officers wrongfully arrested him and used excessive force — saying that Aledda did not help stop the bleeding after the shooting, even after officers recognized there was no weapon at the scene. They are demanding a jury trial, unstated monetary damages and any other fees due to the physical, emotional and mental pain the incident caused.

And yes, he’s the brother of Bob Beckel.

      Dead or alive, I have no use for men who do not honor their marriage vows…and I especially despise women who insert themselves into another woman’s husband’s life..

      Don’t care what story a married man tells…until he is officially divorced from his wife, and even after he is, women who tango with another woman’s husband are despicable and foul…

      But in the end, Karma always delivers…

      If he’ll do it with you, he’ll do it to you eventually…unless Karma intervenes in some other way before then..

    They were excited to come home July 26 to see their three young sons following a 10th-anniversary trip to London and Paris, “the city of romance and love,” he said.

    What happened next would overshadow the good times they’d enjoyed: A flight crew member had complained to the pilot that she was uncomfortable with the Muslim couple in the second row of economy class. The woman was wearing a head scarf and using a phone, and the man was sweating, she allegedly told the pilot.

    Chicago Police Department released videos Friday showing the July 28 officer-involved shooting incident of 18-year-old Paul O’Neal. Officers are heard cursing at O’Neal, whose arms appear limp as they put him in handcuffs. The fatal shooting is not captured in the videos, but the shots can be heard.

    Chicago police, in a nationwide conference call and bulletin, warned of “civil unrest” and potential violence against cops following the department’s anticipated release of video related to an incident in which a black man was fatally shot in the back, two law enforcement officials said Friday.

    The officer violated policy in last week’s shooting of 18-year-old Paul O’Neal, the bulletin said.

    Sharon Fairley, head of Chicago’s police oversight board, described the video in a statement as “shocking and disturbing” and offered her condolences to O’Neal’s family and friends.

    Fairley said the video can be released without jeopardizing the investigation, even though it will happen before the 60-day period outlined in the city’s transparency policy.

    The footage “as shocking and disturbing as it is, is not the only evidence to be gathered and analyzed when conducting a fair and thorough assessment of the conduct of police officers in performing their duties,” said Fairley, chief administrator of Chicago’s Independent Police Review Authority.
