    The entire Seattle Seahawks team is a bunch of bitches.

    Since Colin Kaepernick’s protest against the anthem became public, several players (and teams) from the amateur ranks all the way to the professional have joined in in hopes of pushing forward a conversation to spearhead change. The protests have seeped into other professional sports and will likely continue to do so for a while to come.

    Unfortunately, and despite the point of the protest to shed light on and move the needle on injustice and police brutality, especially towards people of color, lots of people don’t get it. That’s expected. Many, many people, especially smart people, are intentionally obtuse and dense when it comes to the plight of others. Even some of the “others” don’t realize that racism is still a thing. I’m looking at you Lil Wayne. Just because white people come to your shows doesn’t mean racism isn’t a thing, you dolt. And Cam Newton? #girlIguess. Both of y’all are some bitches, too.

    But they aren’t bigger bitches than the Seattle Seahawks. Shortly before Week 1 of the NFL season began, Doug Baldwin of the Bitchass Seattle Seahawks let it be known that the entire Seahawks team was going to participate in a team-wide demonstration. In some way, they’d been moved to action, but as opposed to a single man, such as Kaepernick, taking the burden, the entire team was joining the fray.

    Could it be that an entire roster of NFL players would stand on the side of injustice anywhere is a threat to justice anywhere? Could it be?

      Well, the Seahawks still think what they did was a “protest” and, supposedly, there are more coming. Maybe they’ll drag out the local Fraternal Order of Police and lock arms with them. They have to know they’re lame, they just have to.

    Whatever Trump said yesterday, his supporters know he’s privately agreed with them all along.

    MIAMI—Many of Donald Trump’s supporters at his raucous rally here Friday night still believe President Obama was born in Kenya. “I know it in my heart,” said Pedro Almeyda, an elevator engineer. Others still aren’t sure. “He doesn’t show love for this country, but who knows?” asked Carmen Suarez, a retired nurse. And still others always knew Obama is a native-born American. “I never took that stuff seriously,” said James Fry, the owner of a real estate firm.

    But this much was clear: Trump’s sudden abandonment of his five-year birther crusade on Friday does not seem to have changed how his supporters view either him or Obama. In interviews at the rally, the birthers and non-birthers all seemed to think that Trump has privately agreed with them all along, and all praised his flip-flop as a shrewd political stratagem to change an inconvenient subject. Most of them also trashed Obama as an unpatriotic disaster, whether or not they thought he was really born here.

    “I never believed Obama was a real American, but really, I could give a crap,” said Jim Neubauer, a self-employed inventor who came to the rally with his grandson. “He’s been terrible, Trump will be great, and Democrats are just using this to try to call him racist. Let’s talk about stuff that matters.”

    Fox Panel Actually Debates Whether Birtherism Is Racist or Not

    Tonight Fox News’ On the Record debated whether birtherism is inherently racist:

    Brit Hume raised the question tonight and actually read the dictionary definition of racism on the air to ask whether birtherism is, in fact, racist.

    Washington Times writer Stephen Dinan said it’s certainly ridiculous and “ignorant,” but while “there are probably racists who are birthers,” it’s not necessarily inherently racist “to question where the president was born.”

    USA Today‘s Heidi Przybyla agreed it’s not necessarily the “textbook definition” of racism, but pointed out it was an effort to delegitimize the first black president, so…

    Hume said it’s clear it was a nasty, horrible effort to delegitimize President Obama, but said, “I just always wonder when that word ‘racism’ begins to be flung around.”
