    First they took President Obama’s photo from his Inauguration and used it as Trump’s background on his Twitter profile and now they’ve copied President Obama’s cake. Thieves!

      It’s so creepy…they were even mimicking everything our POTUS and FLOTUS did during their inaugural dance..

      The kisses, the waves..every gesture..except it was such a terrible imitation….

      These stills and memes are only making the right-wingers attack her even more SG…

      And some of the memes attached to the still captures are not reflective of what was in fact actually happening…

      My concern is that social media is currently brimming over with different such stills of her….and even though most people in that inauguration audience have similar expressions, she’s the only one being passed around…

      She’s being used and abused as cover by even those who won’t defend her from the maligning and dehumanizing attacks that have ensued..

      I think she deserves a break from the mindless attacks on her, and these memes aren’t helping..

      She has not been protected – not even by those eagerly passing around the memes, hiding their own agenda behind her picture..

      She can’t keep being heroine and whipping boy for everyone…this black woman needs to be doted on and taken care of for a change..

      He is so glad to be leaving. I have one strong request President Obama, Sir. You and your lovely wife please get some good long sleep and rest. THEN after that laugh and talk about how chimp ‘s breath stunk, that jacket was musty and need a good dry cleaning, his wife is dumb and backward and ugly! Get that off yall’s chest. I am doing my part to give you some ideas.

    As President Obama becomes former President Obama, the debate can now begin in earnest about his tenure. When that historical shorthand is applied to his terms, what will include? How will it compare to those who came before him?

    I’m reminded of a piece Paul Krugman wrote in the fall of 2014, a month before the GOP took complete control of Congress, when Obama’s standing wasn’t nearly as strong as it is now.
