Happy 4th of July…hope that you are enjoying this day with family and friends.

    By the way, ladies, while the real President(Obama) was speaking on relevant things and celebrating his firstborn’s birthday —- well president dingbat came of of air force one and walked right past the limosine! (snicker) can we say mental decline?

    1998 – 2017 Obituary Condolences Flowers

    Bianca Nikol Roberson, 18, of West Chester, PA went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 28, 2017. Bianca was born October 17, 1998 in Upland, PA. She was the daughter of Rodney S. Roberson, Sr., and Michelle Tiller Roberson. Bianca attended school in the West Chester Area School District, graduating with the class of 2017 from Bayard Rustin High School. Bianca was on her way to attend Jacksonville University in Jacksonville, FL, where she received a 4 year merit scholarship, to major in Criminal Justice to become an FBI forensic agent.

    Bianca was employed at White Horse Village retirement community in Newtown Square, Delaware County, for the past three years as a Dietary Aide, where she was well liked by the residents and staff.

    Bianca attended Resurrection Center in Wilmington, DE. Drawing was her passion as well as her love for children. Bianca was so kind hearted where she wanted to save the world. If you didn’t have a place to stay she would sleep in the car with you, and go so far as to give you the shirt off her back.

    While at Rustin, Bianca was a member of the Black Student Union. She received several awards including Knights with Character, one from the Black Student Union and was on Honor Roll for all four semesters her senior year.

    In her early years, she attended A Touch of Class dance studio where she danced for 11 years. She also spent time playing basketball, soccer and cheerleading.

    Funeral Services will be held on Friday, July 7, 2017 at 11:00AM with a viewing from 8AM-10:45AM at the St. Paul’s Baptist Church, 1 Haggerty Blvd, West Chester, PA 19382. Interment will be at the Philadelphia Memorial Park.

    The family is in the process of establishing a scholarship in memory of Bianca and her brother Mykel.

      This young woman’s murder is another devastating loss of a bright, young person with untold potential.

      It’s quite impressive that she had a four year scholarship to Jacksonville University. Their campus is just a few miles from where I grew up in Jax., both of my older sisters went there for a couple of years before transferring to FSU and UF.

      We can be certain that her parents were immensely proud of her. Now all we can do is pray for them. No words can describe this kind of sorrow.

    I was traveling 290 and stopped by Burton Sausage to buy some links to put on the grill and decided to buy their BBQ sauce…SOOO delicious. I have bought it for other people as a gift but never tried it for myself until now. What was I thinking?
