A Kansas schoolboy went home crying after a teacher allegedly told him he would be shot by police as a teenager, reported Fox 4KC News.

Malachi Pearson, 10, attends Rosehill Elementary School. He was playing with a friend when a teacher mistook the interaction as a fight.

“Me and my friend were playing, and then she likes pushing us away. We weren’t fighting. We were just playing and laughing,” Pearson said.

Pearson, whose father died from gun violence, said the teacher made highly offensive comments about him.

“She told me when you turn 16 and the police shoot you, the only person you can be mad at is yourself,” Pearson said. “I’m crying because it’s sad that my daddy died when I was a baby.”

Mahogany Foster, Malachi’s mom, said she was furious at the situation.

Foster pulled her son out the school and said the school did not address the issue properly.

“The principal doesn’t offer me any type of comfort. He doesn’t say I’m gonna get someone here to counsel Malachi to let him know that everything she said is a lie. I think they’re trying to sweep this under the rug,” Foster said.

Shawna Samuel, the director of communications for Shawnee Mission Schools said the school could not talk about legal matters.

“Our investigation is complete. It’s a personnel matter, and by federal law we cannot discuss any disciplinary decisions taken against a teacher or employee,” Samuel said.

Foster said she wished the teacher would have apologized, and she is now looking into alternative education.

“That teacher needs to apologize to him,” Foster said. “It’s just made me scared to send him to any school. Now, I’m really focusing on homeschooling.”

    Royal wedding week did not get off to a good start with all the Thomas Markle drama. But, as I’ve been saying, the royals know how to carry on…and put on a show. And did they ever turn it around this morning. At around 10am local time here in England, so as to properly dominate the entire day, Kensington Palace released this statement:

    I was hoping that Meghan would walk down the aisle herself but from a strategic maneuver perspective, this is game-changer. Nobody’s talking about the Thomas Markle Zone anymore. And just like that, the royal family has snatched back control of this party. It’s a bonus for all players.

    For Meghan Markle, this is a major show of support from the family she’ll be joining. She’s American, she’s a commoner, she’s divorced, and she’s got a lot of rogue relatives – you know how uppity aristocrats can be and you know there was some judging happening, even before all this sh-t with Thomas Markle and Samantha Markle went down. Now she’s not only marrying the most popular prince of England, the FUTURE KING OF ENGLAND will be greeting her in St George’s Chapel and PERSONALLY HANDING HER OFF TO HIS SON. It’s a big ass seal of approval. It’s a big ass f-cking deal.

    But the biggest winner out of all of this may be…the Prince of Wales himself. Who everyone now sees as the one who has stepped in to save the day and turn a sh-tshow into a brand new story.

        What pissed me off was reading on Reuters’ site that after he had killed 10 and wounded 10, he was begging the police not to shoot him, and they didn’t. If he’d been black or a member of another minority group, he would have been shot to death where he stood, especially after shooting a police officer and critically wounding him. Whether some Americans will admit it or not, a double standard exists in America when it comes to whom the police will shoot on sight or not.
