This is beyond heart wrenching. The young man was 26 years old, had his whole life ahead of him. His WHOLE adult life was in front of him and he was doing quite well for himself.

    Look,
    This murdering cop was either
    1. His stalker
    2. This is murder for hire

    Nothing else makes sense.

    • Liza says:

Interesting. I hadn’t thought about murder for hire. I’ve been thinking stalker provoked by some kind of rejection perhaps. I’ve also been thinking that a white female cop killing a black man could be a racially motivated thrill kill. I will say I’m getting the impression she isn’t too bright.

  4. Liza says:

TRUTH right here. I realize perps lie their asses off but most of the time they do not have cops promoting their fictitious narrative unless, of course, the perp is a cop.

    • Liza says:

So what’s next? Cops will say witnesses lying? Lack credibility?

In the perp’s fictitious narrative, the door was ajar because a reasonable person would have tried the key twice at the most, looked around and left.

    • Liza says:

They better be searching the perpetrator’s apartment, phone, computer, etc…

I’d like to know if she associates with white supremacists, visits their websites, and what she does on social media.

  5. Heading for her? It was his own house, dammit! With a bright red door mat out front. This is bullshyt a mile long.

  6. Liza says:

Yeah, get the PR firm to gin up enough publicity to justify a change of venue and get her acquitted in a small redneck county. Too predictable.

You want to talk Sen. Susan Collins’ vote on #Kavanaugh? Let’s talk about her husband, lobbyist Thomas Daffron. And a whole bunch of Russia connections. You need to hear this, because the media is going to yell about abortion to cover this up. pic.twitter.com/RUxKtsHexX

  9. Good grief! This story gets worse by the minute.

    • Liza says:

She’s gonna lie, lie, and lie some more. I’m waiting for the one where he threatened her and she feared for her life. Or she might have already decided to remain silent on the advice of her attorney and will wait for the trial to testify and try to boo hoo hoo her way out of it.

But if the DA is fighting to keep this in Dallas then that seems to say that she ain’t buying the girl’s story. It would be easier for a cop to get away with this in a smaller and much more conservative venue.

    • Liza says:

Well, a dead victim can’t refute her story so she’s gonna make it up and lie, lie, lie.

There might be surveillance video that she wasn’t aware of.

    • Ametia says:

Like the other murdering cops, they will keep issuing all these insane Alibis and lies for the public to dissect, and then keep coming up with even more fantastical LIES.

    • Liza says:

      From the article:
“She was returning from a 15-hour shift when she accidentally parked on the fourth floor, instead of the third, and failed to realize she was at the wrong apartment, according to a police official who has direct knowledge of the case but is not authorized to speak publicly about it.”

“The door was unlocked and the lights were out, according to the official. Guyger opened the door and saw a figure in the darkness. She fired at him twice, the official said, thinking he was a burglar.”

“She realized she was in the wrong apartment after she turned on the lights, the official said. She called 911 and authorities arrived within four minutes.”

      • Liza says:

So, lights out, door unlocked, an he just happens to be standing there, a figure in the darkness?

And what else? She had packages and couldn’t see a door mat that wasn’t hers but she draws her service revolver, yells at the figure in the darkness to how his hands and shoots him in the chest and abdomen?

All that’s missing is where he threatened her and tried to grab her gun and she feared for her life.

Put her on a lie detector.

      • Liza says:

        ** show his hands **

      • Liza says:

        Or perhaps…

Door locked, person fiddling with lock, resident comes to door to see what it is, might have seen cop through peephole, opens door, and life is over for another promising young person.

      • Liza says:

Also, about that mat. She couldn’t see it, right? All those packages. Wasn’t she standing on it?

Prince Charles Believes Meghan Markle ‘Is the Best Thing That Happened to Harry’
    Alyssa Bailey

Prince Charles and his daughter-in-law Meghan Markle, who he fondly calls Tungsten, are closer than ever, Vanity Fair is reporting via its royal correspondent Katie Nicholl. A family member told Nicholl that Charles is forging “a lovely relationship” with Meghan.

She, Harry, and Charles spent time together this summer at the royal family’s Castle of Mey in Scotland, where they read, walked dogs, and talked. Amidst Meghan’s drama with her own dad, Thomas Markle, the royal family member said that Charles has been “very supportive.””He’s got a real soft spot for her and thinks she’s the best thing to have happened to Harry,” the family member said.

Charles and Harry are also “closer” than ever, in part because of how Charles stepped in during the royal wedding and walked Meghan partway down the aisle in the absence of her own dad. “Charles showed so much love towards Harry and Meghan, and I think Harry will be eternally grateful to his papa for stepping in and giving Meghan’s hand in marriage,” the member said.

Meghan was previously reported to have helped repair Charles and Harry’s relationship. “Meghan met Charles and was bowled over by his charm,” a family source told Daily Mail back in May. “She told Harry he was wonderful: welcoming, warm, hard-working kind and stable. She made it clear that he should appreciate him and bond more.”

“…CBS chief Les Moonves and his girlfriend, CBS “Early Show” host Julie Chen, are on top of the world after his promotion at Viacom. Moonves’ estranged wife, Nancy, has more mixed emotions. Last week, when Viacom chairman Sumner Redstone named Moonves and MTV Networks boss Tom Freston as co-presidents of the entertainment giant, Nancy tells us she sent Les an E-mail “congratulating him. I said, ‘You and Tom will make an unbeatable team.

‘ ” “I certainly hope so,” says Nancy, who is divorcing Les after 24 years of marriage. “I have stock in the company.

” At the same time, Nancy, 57, feels so hurt by the 54-year-old Moonves’ romance with 34-year-old Chen that she won’t even watch CBS. “Neither I nor our children have watched it in years,” she says. “I don’t want to see [Chen]. It’s not healthy for me or my kids.

” During the last years of their marriage, Nancy lived mostly in Los Angeles, while Les spent more time here. “I was uncomfortable coming to New York,” she recalls. “I felt that everybody knew about what was going on [between Moonves and Chen]. And everybody did know. Except me.

” Has she ever met Chen? “No,” she says. “I hope to God I never will.

” “I knew our marriage would end eventually,” she says. “But the way it happened was not correct, it was not moral.

” Les Moonves declined to respond…”

I talked to one of my neighbors yesterday. She had several persons at her house, so I asked each one whether they’re registered to vote. They all said yes. My neighbor said she’d heard from Stacey Abrams’ campaign and she plans to work to get Ms. Abrams elected governor. I told her we’d work together on Ms. Abrams’ campaign. I told the young guys who were at her house to pass the word that we really need to show up at the polls in November because I hate the idea of Kemp being our governor. They agreed to do it.
