Please Come Home for Christmas” is a Christmas song, released in 1960, by the American blues singer and pianist Charles Brown. Hitting Billboard’s Hot 100 chart in December 1961, the tune Brown co-wrote with Gene Redd peaked at position #76. It appeared on the Christmas Singles chart for nine seasons, hitting #1 in 1972.[2] It includes a number of characteristics of Christmas music, such as multiple references in the lyrics to the Christmas season and Christmas traditions, and the use of a Church bell type sound, created using a piano, at the start of the song. It is sometimes referred to as Bells Will Be Ringing.

    Republican Jon Kyl plans to leave Senate, says Ariz. governor, who will now appoint another McCain successor

    The office of Republican Gov. Doug Ducey announced it had received the resignation letter of Sen. Jon Kyl from the U.S. Senate. Kyl’s resignation is effective Dec. 31.

    Ducey had appointed Kyl to fill the seat of the late Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), who died of brain cancer on Aug. 25. A former longtime senator who retired in 2013, Kyl said upon his return in September that he planned to serve through at least the end of the current Congress.

        I’d like to ask them why the 38th Parallel exists between North and South Korea. There is a real demilitarized zone between the two nations, but I doubt they know this or could explain the 38th Parallel. There are some ways to shut ignorant @sses like these two down, and one of them is to challenge their knowledge of history in relation to the words they use that they can’t define.
