Donald Trump said he’d be “proud” to close the federal government over the wall. But this debacle is still dragging on because Mitch McConnell is unwilling or unable to do his job.

    Ugh..

    There’s nothing more infuriatingly devastating than finding out that your husband of 25 years who’s always been far too busy ‘working’ to spend time with you.. too tied-up and booked-up with ‘work’ ‘obligations’ for romance with you.. too ‘preoccupied’ with ‘work’ to make time for a couple-only getaway with you, and instead opts for all-in-one ‘family vacation’ that includes every family member, all manner of friends and a throng of others.. that leaves little time for one on one time or meaningful couple alone-time to tend to heart matters, reconnect and nurture and importantly, rekindle your ‘old’ love-

    Imagine finding out that he’s not only been having an affair with the woman in the couple you’ve known for a while.. (he explains away her name as the sole person with him on the manifest for your private jet by saying it was ‘business’..)

    But he has been finding and making time not just for illicit trysts with her, but to actually romance her, whisk her away on multiple romantic ‘couple’ getaways.. caught at the airport many times hand-holding, boarding yours and his private jet …him doting, all over her, cuddling and kissing up a storm… spending as much romantic ‘alone-time’ with her that he never could find or make time to spend with you..

    Sending her multiple daily love notes, cards, flowers …sextexts.. and ‘steamy’ selfies ..including pictures of his genitalia, that are now privy to the whole world..

    “..’I love you, alive girl. I will show you with my body, and my lips and my eyes, very soon.’

    ‘I want to smell you, I want to breathe you in. I want to hold you tight.… I want to kiss your lips…. I love you. I am in love with you.’

    And then he tries to get ahead of it all with a stupid b.s tweet about how you and him are divorcing but remain ‘cherished friends’ …when he gets a heads-up that his political arch enemies have been trailing him (and her) for 8 months, determined to get something on him, and stumbling upon his betrayal of you …his steamy affair with the also married woman you both know and are friends with …And now the political enemies have surplus damning pictures and other evidential stuff to firmly support the expose that will be splashed on newspaper and magazine and rag covers around the world.. that will not only devastate you and your kids, but will upend and do untold damage to your family unit as it once was… and do lasting damage to you and your kids psyches and lives forever.. .
    There’s no amount of money …not even 160 billion dollars can heal this ultimate betrayal and the global humiliation you and your kids suffer, and will have to endure.. because daddy was having a midlife crisis.. and some opportunistic, surgically-enhanced plastic, fake everything, bimbo who’s successfully social-climbed by selectively hooking up with celebrity after celebrity, black actor, Latino NFLer, Hollywood management honcho, and now, midlife crisis shortman Bezos …she’s now made herself available to your husband …and even gleefully flaunted their sleazy hook-up at the Golden Globes last weekend.. to ensure that the deal was sealed..

    There’s little I hate more than men who cheat on their wives, and I absolutely loathe the women who indulge them..

    Jeff Bezos will get his Karma, but so will Lauren Sanchez..

      I don’t think people realize how devastating it is to find these things on a spouses phone and realize your life has been a lie and everything just falls apart. It’s soul crushing to see such intimate things said to someone else after so many years. It happened to me and I thought why was I not good enough for him to say those things to me? Cheating spouses don’t realize the devastation they cause with this stuff. It’s all a big weird fantasy in the beginning and then reality sets in. And clearly this plastic lady is using him for his money. No way in she would ever give him a look otherwise. For someone so smart he some how is so dumb.

      Regardless of the number in the bank account, it appears most men like to be idolized by a desperate woman willing to say anything to get attention. Ladies, just know you didn’t do anything to make your husbandcheat. They will cheat regardless if you’re the best or worst wife in the world. It’s their issues to work out, not yours. However, it is still devastating to say the least when your world comes crashing down. I’ve been with a cheater myself and learned to pick myself up and start over. You will be just fine but it will take time to heal.

      Their rebuttal was well-done.. The idea that even some on our side immediately started mocking it – many in a bid to appear ‘even-handed’ in their ‘political critique’, annoyed me to no end..

      The baseless and mostly gratuitous criticism and mockery – even from the left – not only gave the bungling, ridiculous treasonous buffoon and his cohort an out …And all the unnecessary noise and memes ended up taking away focus from, and diminishing the effective and important message and push-back they delivered, and that many low-info folks in this country needed to hear..

      The two Democratic leaders words were spot-on and they were clearly the only 2 adults in that 30 minute period on Network t.v..

      Shame on some on our side, and also those media types who bashed the Democratic rebuttal – the very same media folks who are always looking to give kudos to the buffoon for simply showing up …and effusively cheering him for ‘pivoting to presidential’ if he manages to bungle through a 3 minute prepared TelePrompter speech without making a complete fool of himself..
