How can you know the enemy Russia is undermining our democracy & say & do nothing? If you don’t care, I do. We must impeach Putin’s president Trump! https://twitter.com/RepMaxineWaters/status/1120784878411362306?s=17

Cory Booker Could Pull Off a Surprise Win in Iowa
    by Nancy LeTourneau
    April 23, 2019

In writing about the early campaign strategies of the top tier 2020 Democratic candidates, I noted what Edward-Isaac Dovere wrote about Cory Booker.

The other 2020 Democrats will have their media moments, Booker and his campaign people believe, and the voters will cycle through them. And as that happens, he’ll keep reaching out to voters in small venues, such as these in Ames and Davenport, and building out an organization to hold on to them. Others will flare up and falter, according to the Booker campaign’s plan, and the New Jersey senator will be there to pick up the pieces.

Pat Rynard, former Democratic campaign staffer and founder of Iowa Starting Line, noted that the only two public endorsements from the Iowa caucus have gone to Booker. Representative Amy Nielsen was the first. On Monday, she was joined by Representative Jennifer Konfrst, one of four women who flipped Republican suburban districts in 2018.

You could pretty much ask the same question of so many others in the running.. including the very manufactured mediocre ones who’ve been undeservedly propped up the political rungs for years..

The invisible hand calling the shots from behind the scenes is not in fact an exclusive phenomena.. And certainly not for just the one candidate..

There’s also something to be said about Democrats needing to be so much more wily and learning how to think outside the box, perfect the art of it to not just win, but to seriously decimate the unscrupulous, depraved GOP and their soulless cohort of crafty, complicit non-partisan enablers committed only to greed, corruption and white supremacy..

The GOP is very much committed to preserving power in GOP hands.. by hook or crook.. And the media is saturated with those helping to shape and define the how …including playing Democrats like fiddles..

That they tout a particular Democrat at any time, does not necessarily mean they actually like or support that Dem.. Or any Dem for that matter.. Dems are only good as distraction, props and useful idiots for the short and long-term purposes of the insidious, agenda-driven mouthpieces owned by the anti-regulations, tax-cuts loving GOP-friendly oligarchs.. The mission includes tearing the Democratic Party apart – including by pitting and playing Dems against each other .. And most importantly, rubbishing the Dems as gravitas-deficient weaklings who are in fact, not up to the job of leading this country.. And securing that space of leadership for the GOP …even with its treasonous buffoon …and until such a time as the Neocons can once again install one of their own.,

In the end, the very same folks (including those of the the ‘Never’ the treasonous buffoon ilk) who fancy themselves narrative-shapers, influencers and kingmakers will dispose of any and every and whatever Dem(s) they’ve willfully exploited for their purposes …As they all begin to return to their base, and begin to boldly and publicly coalesce behind the callous GOP/oligarch greed and power agenda..

Already have it on my DVR.

This should make everyone very nervous.”
