So the hospital is saving their test requests for only those who are severely ill – such as those with ARDS (Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome) who have tested negative for other conditions (like influenza). In other words, they are having to ration tests. (3/x)

They also don’t have enough personal protective equipment. The doctors and nurses are having to reuse masks which they know is risky but they have no other choice. They are worried about running out of gowns and gloves as well. (5/x)

Yes, a 0.1% bleach solution will kill the virus. Need to give it a few minutes to sit. Dilute household bleach 10:1 or a bit more if you are running low on bleach and wipe it down.
Alternatively, just let the package sit for 24 hours. Coronavirus only lives for 24 hours on cardboard.
It’s 2-3 days on plastic/metal, so wipe down plastic containers you get at the store.

Hello everyone!
My husband had a heart attack on Friday. Drs did immediate open heart surgery on him. He had a triple bypass. Surgery lasted almost 5 hours. When Drs opened his chest they couldn’t understand how he was even living. Blockage was horrible. Surgery was a success. He’s doing well and he moved out of ICU to a level below. He’s sitting up and eating, doing physical therapy. It’s painful when he moves around but that’s what it takes to get him to complete recovery. Keep us in your prayers!

The hospital corona virus restrictions went into effect today. They’ve changed the rules 3 times already. Strict rules. No children under 16 period. Only 2 visitors per patient in a 24 hour period. Visitors are screened as they come. Your temperature is taken, if your temp is elevated, you’re not getting in. Then they questioned your travel.
