Is it just me or do a lot of numbers folks ignore contingency after the fact when it’s not about numbers. He’s great at it before an event at pointing out many things are possible. But afterwards, he’s like “see that was bound to happen.”

To expand the court, we need 20 more Dems in the House and maybe 10 more in the Senate with enough courage to see it through. Those numbers could well evict a good number sitting justices in Supreme Court and District-Appeals courts by impeaching them for trading favors and lying to Congress. With those numbers, legislation could be written that would end limits on women and protect voting rights… the list goes on.
