Eric Garner, aged 43, was an African American man from Staten Island, New York, who controversially died while put in a chokehold by police. Garner, 6’4″ and approximately 400 pounds, was approached by police after supposedly breaking up a fight. On July 17, 2014, after telling police to leave him alone, he was put in a chokehold and died a few minutes later. A video taken by Taisha Allen shows that no CPR was administered by the NYPD for seven minutes.[2] Use of the chokehold is prohibited by NYPD policy.[3] Garner had a prior criminal record of selling untaxed cigarettes.[4] The police officer who put Garner in the chokehold, Daniel Pantaleo, had his gun and badge taken away on July 19, in anticipation of investigations into the arrest.

So when the chief comes up to talk for the aftermath interview,
he starts off by saying how evil, bad… this area is to set up the
scene for some to say, “well it is a evil, bad.. area, you know!” This
is what Esau does make the issues and when people fall into them, well
they had it coming! The police should be given praise for even working
in this area with these evil, bad… “BLACK” people. Esau never wants to
