Hamilton County Assistant Prosecutor Rick Gibson questions University of Cincinnati patrol officer Philip Kidd during the trial of former UC officer Ray Tensing. Ray Tensing is charged with murder of Sam DuBose during a routine traffic stop on July 19, 2015. The presiding judge is Common Pleas Judge Megan Shanahan. Tensing’s lawyer, Stew Mathews has said Tensing fired a single shot because he feared for his life.
