I did lasagna in the air fryer
1. had to use 8×8 pans. two of them.
2. Shouldn’t put the cheese on the top. put a layer of the sauce with dollops of the ricota cheese/cottage cheese/spinach/italian cheeses mixture.
30 minutes at 350
20 minutes at 340
put the extra mozzarella on top only for the last 11 minutes on 340. it got cooked and bubbly, but, didn’t burn.
