With Saudi oil now blockaded, Americans are about to discover why maintaining stability in the Middle East and not handing it to a consortium of Russia and Iran was always important.
Walking through every step of Trump’s actions in Iran, it almost seems like a wishlist drafted in the Kremlin.
– Start a war with Iran that drives up oil prices
-Take sanctions off Russia long enough to allow 180 million barrels of unpurchased floating crude oil to be sold at high prices
– Burn up US interceptor stockpile with no plan for mass production
– Cut off Ukraine’s supply
– Refuse to aid Saudi Arabia as Houthis blockade Bab el-Mandeb Strait
Next up – $200/barrel oil and take sanctions off Russia as solution.

What NBC10 Boston has done to the lone holdout juror is a journalistic disgrace. After eleven white jurors failed to pressure the jury’s only Black member into abandoning his independent judgment, NBC10 effectively joined the campaign to destroy him.
While the jury list remains judicially impounded, NBC10 repeatedly approached this private citizen’s home, contacted his estranged relatives and former wife, searched through his housing records, publicized his unpaid rent and eviction, repeated a relative’s insult that he is a “narcissist,” and resurrected domestic-violence allegations wholly unrelated to Lindsay Clancy’s criminal responsibility.
NBC10 buried the crucial facts. The 2021 criminal charge was dismissed. Allegations in a restraining-order proceeding are not criminal convictions. Financial problems have absolutely nothing to do with whether Clancy knew that strangling her three children was wrong. None of this refutes the juror’s evidence-based concerns about the sequential killings and Clancy’s deliberate actions afterward.
Most disgracefully, NBC10 insinuated that the juror may have answered his questionnaire dishonestly, and even suggested possible criminal conduct, while admitting that the questionnaire is confidential, that the station has never seen it and that it cannot confirm how he answered. That is not responsible investigative journalism. It is speculation carefully arranged to resemble proof.
A confidential questionnaire issue, if one exists, belongs before the judge, not in a televised character-assassination campaign. NBC10 had no legitimate reason to publish this man’s rent problems or broadcast insults from estranged relatives. Those details were included for one purpose: to humiliate and discredit the sole juror who refused to deliver the verdict preferred by Clancy’s supporters.

They were perfectly comfortable condemning the lone Lindsay Clancy holdout juror right up until one inconvenient fact wandered into the room:
He was Black.
Then the gears started grinding.
“I have to sit with that.”
“That changes the landscape.”
“A lot of us were assuming he was white.”
Oh, really?
What changed?
Same juror. Same vote. Same case. Same evidence. Same dead children. Same decision.
His skin color entered the chat, and suddenly the moral calculator needed a reboot.
That is intersectional politics in one perfect, embarrassing little scene.
These people lecture the country about justice while running every moral question through a demographic spreadsheet. Race. Sex. Sexuality. Religion. Victim ranking. Oppression points. Privilege penalties. Then, after all the boxes are checked, they finally decide who is allowed to be criticized.
Apparently “right and wrong” now comes with a dropdown menu.
Imagine admitting, out loud, that learning a juror was Black “changes the landscape.” You just told everyone that your judgment depended on the race of the person you were judging.
Bravo. You accidentally explained the entire scam.
DEI and intersectionality sell themselves as moral progress while training people to abandon universal standards the second tribal identity enters the equation.
And when the tribes collide?
Cue the sweating, the stammering, the “I need to sit with that.”
They built a moral system so stupid it can short-circuit over a skin tone.
Same facts.
Different identity.
Suddenly the ethics change.
That is the punchline.
And somehow they still want to be taken seriously.
