A housing question from a realator. She saw a turn around in May in June, she saw progress. the phones have stopped ringing since the debt ceiling debacle. What are your plans to get us out of this?
Loan modifications have been a nightmare. The housing market is huge. The debt ceiling is inexcusable. Moving forward, a lot has to do with confidence. Banks are hoading cash, they need tighter lending criteria. Banks need to look at good credit customers and provide loans.
Consumers, banks, and goverment need to work together.
