Not only did she not support the President, she very actively worked to defeat and undermine him and his presidency.
In 2008 she joined the McCain campaign as a surrogate and presented herself as a lifelong Democrat solidly against the Dem nominee who she belittled and demeaned at every opportunity.
In 2012, she personally recruited then former republican Utah Governor Jon Huntsman who was barely into his 2nd year as President Obama’s Ambassador to China, to run against President Obama.
She held high dollar fundraisers in New York and London for Huntsman, and after he dropped out of the race, de Rothschild was approached by the Romney campaign to help fundraise for him, though they fell out in the end. Perhaps because their motives didn’t quite align.

I pray that Eric Harris, rest his soul, has folks that will sue the Tulsa Police Department up, down, and sideways. They’ve got a program in place for volunteers to pretend to be cops, armed with guns and tasers, and the Tulsa PD is responsible for their actions. Not to mention that this whole setup along with the “accidental” murder of Eric Harris should be investigated by the DOJ which I hope we hear from early in the week.

There might have been different races/sexuality reflected in the video, but they all sounded the same. And there was something rather superficial about it. Like the life choices of all those shown in the video were all self-determined in a rather privileged way, and not at all impacted or defined by the harsh realities many face due to prevailing and daunting socio-economic issues.

You know what really gets me about this loud and bullish ready for Hillary b.s, is that the very same Democrats who were all M.I.A and who never once spoke up as President and Mrs Obama were attacked, sabotaged, are the ones leading the Hillary mess. Never once did any of these now raucous pro-Hillary Democrats, including those in Congress, stand with or defend their President, the head of their party, even as he worked mostly on his own to deliver on historic successes.
What’s galling is that these Democrats, some of whom are in congress, began setting up their Hillary for president nonsense as they either sabotaged, undermined or simply stood on the sidelines refusing to work with the still seating historic Democratic President.
Why weren’t these Democrats busy working with the President on delivering for the American people, instead of running around recruiting for a future presidential run?
Because they hate President Obama for winning the 2008 primaries and becoming the nominee. For them, it was Hillary’s turn and who did he think he was, coming from absolutely nowhere and challenging Hillary who already paid her dues.
It makes me sick to even think about this. It’s about power and legacy, not the future of this country or the world. Hillary, Inc. thinks they’re claiming what is rightfully hers, what she’s earned. And the fact is, we don’t get a choice. We can vote for her, vote for the Republican, not vote, or throw away our vote.
Truth-telling here! Hillary & the other Dems want the status quo, but there will be NO GOING BACK. And she can never, ever receive the credit for what PBO has done.

Mayor de Blasio ran Hillary’s Senatorial campaign, and if this isn’t some sort of prearranged strategy by the campaign to sort of not make her appear too ‘inevitable’, then de Blasio’s either had an awakening thanks to the Obama years, or as usual, there’s a power jostling happening in Clinton world and egos are already clashing, being bruised and going rogue to register their hurt feelings.
Interesting comment. Mayor de Blasio certainly seems like a straight shooter. Now that he’s faced down the NYPD perhaps he’s not afraid of being controversial by speaking truth to power.

What I suspect is that he’s trying to – or has tried unsuccessfully to get Hillary and her campaign to integrate and genuinely embrace some of the progressive ideas that are important to the very progressive faction of the Democratic party who actually got him elected Mayor. He’s hearing from his stubborn progressive supporters like Harry Belafonte and Susan Sarandon and in trying to privately convey the hopes of his progressive supporters, he’s probably encountered that now familiar Clinton world tone deafness, turf wars and arrogance.

Cuomo Cancels Meeting with Family Members of People Killed by Police

In 2006, Sean Bell was killed by New York City police officers in hail of gunfire just hours before his wedding. The case sparked a national outcry about the excessive use of force.
Along with the members of 17 other families, Bell’s father, William, was scheduled to meet with Governor Andrew Cuomo at 1 p.m. on Friday. But the governor canceled his appointment with the relatives of those who have died at the hands of the police. It’s the second time Cuomo has done so.
“Well, he’s been postpoining them. For what reason, I do not know,” William Bell said.
Cuomo is working on a package of criminal justice reforms that includes a special monitor being appointed in cases where civilians are killed by police.
“The cops are working with the DA. The DA can’t, he ain’t going to prosecute the police officers. He gets his information from them,” William Bell said.
But families say a special monitor is not good enough. They want an independent prosecutor automatically appointed in all cases.

Arthur Laffer has a never-ending supply of supply-side plans for GOP

Arthur Laffer was waiting in the sun outside Terminal A of Reagan National Airport, smiling like the Gipper. It was 10:30 a.m., and he was just in from Nashville. In his briefcase were two papers he was eager to show off. One called minimum-wage laws a crime against black men. The other detailed all the ways liberal economists had been wrong about this economic recovery and Arthur Laffer had been right.
No one has influenced Republican candidates’ thinking on the economy for the past four decades as much as Laffer, who is now 75. Laffer says he believes that limiting government and cutting tax rates, especially the rate levied on top earners, will unleash faster economic growth. Since he sold then-candidate Ronald Reagan on that prescription, every Republican presidential nominee has run on a Laffer-inspired economic platform.
As the 2016 GOP primary season takes off, Laffer is more in demand than ever before, with Republican candidates embracing tax-cut-for-the-rich policies even as they bemoan economic inequality. Candidates have been meeting with him in recent weeks, and on Friday in Nashville, he says, his schedule includes Rick Perry at 10 a.m., Ben Carson at noon, Jeb Bush at 1:15 p.m. and Bobby Jindal at 5. Dinner is scheduled with Ted Cruz. He has already met at least once with Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker.
For the first time in a generation, however, Laffer’s “supply-side” strategies are not going without question on the right. Some conservatives believe that America’s struggling middle class needs more targeted policies today than simply broad tax cuts, and that Republicans won’t win back the White House without offering that relief. And mainstream economists, in surveys and interviews, have expressed deep doubt about whether his view of economics is correct.

There is a technical term for the Tulsa, Oklahoma police officer’s “error” in shooting Eric Harris with his pistol instead of a somewhat less than always lethal taser: it is called “slips and capture”.

BREAKING: Raw Video Shows Cops Shoot, Kill Subdued Man, Mock Him While He Lay Dying
Tulsa, Okla. – The final tragic moments of Eric Harris’s life were caught on video, as well as the sociopathic nature of law enforcement. Harris was accidently shot by a reserve deputy, apparently meaning to taser him, while on the ground being subdued by other officers.
Harris can be seen on the video running from police as the officer with the body cam gives chase, catching and taking Harris to the ground. Once on the ground the officer can be heard telling Harris, “Roll on your stomach now.”
Reserve officer Robert Bates, 73, can then be heard yelling “Tazer! Tazer!” as if to inform the other officer that he was about to use his stun gun on Harris, when suddenly a gunshot rings out.
“I shot him!” the stunned reserve officer says, as he drops his gun onto the ground. “I’m sorry.”
Tragically the next moments reveal the callous nature of law enforcement as the Harris is manhandled on the ground by the cops, after being shot, with an officer pressing his face into the ground with his knee.
An irate officer can then be seen screaming in the face of the bleeding gunshot victim yelling, “You ran! You f—kin ran! Shut the f— up!” as if running was some type of rational explanation for shooting him.
Subsequently, Harris can be heard screaming,
“He shot me! He shot me, man. Oh, my god. I’m losing my breath.”
To which an officer gives a response that can only be described as sociopathic, telling the dying Harris,
“F–k your breath! Shut the f–k up!”

Was coming to say good morning and then I see Eric harris. Have u seen the video of the white people in the walmart brawling with cops? So much I can’t even express. If u haven’t seen that you should watch it and then tell me we ain’t got a race problem with police. White people can literally beat a cops ass before they see the barrel of a gun. PD’S across this country must be dismantled along with the system that protects their murderous supremacy over minorities.
