What makes that time frame come to your mind?
Because he can’t control himself. He’s a bully and will think he can get away with anything + being president means lots of travel from country to country, sometimes there are crisis after crisis and he can’t handle the pressure. Remember he couldn’t stand 3 hours for a debate.
I read that after the “inauguration” he is taking the weekend off. He doesn’t want to work.
