I just turned 65 in December 2017, nine years after I retired from teaching. Katie Hopkins is 43? She has way more wrinkles that I have ever had. She needs to find a good aesthetician STAT! She jealous of the new duchess, not only because of her beauty but because Prince Harry chose her to spend his life with. Meghan looked absolutely beautiful yesterday and was wearing very little make up. Hopkins can’t make the same claim. Let her hate. I don’t think Harry and Meghan care what anyone has to say about their marriage.

  3. The haters are seething over this tweet…………Oh well. Ain’t nobody studying them.

LOL Lord, I don’t think I’ve laughed and enjoyed myself watching the royal wedding and reading these tweets, since the Obamas occupied the White House.

Change: The Powerful Cultural Meaning Of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Wedding
The service melded African American and Windsor traditions.

There was love, and a challenge to established order. The power of Meghan and Harry’s wedding was personal and cultural.

The service was a beautifully conceived melding of African American church tradition and Windsor tradition. It was an ingenious combination, but what was most memorable – because quite simply the Queen and Prince Philip and many Brits won’t have ever sat through anything like it – was The Most Reverend Michael Curry, the first black presiding bishop of the Episcopal Church’s sermon.
“Love” was the theme, and the Royal Family looked stunned and uncomfortable. But that is their default look. There is always a humorous element to watching the Windsors looking so puzzled and discombobulated when the modern world, or a world not of their own, comes knocking – but it’s a laugh of the mordant kind.

      Good morning, Ametia and Everyone!

I was just thinking what a nice change it is to wake up to Meghan and Harry instead of the usual.

I love Meghan’s walk up the aisle with that long train and all those adorable little children behind her. It worked out well.
