Yes, you read right. From the beginning, folks out here have pointed out that there is something called obstruction, but that the GOP was doing something altogether different. Lawrence O’Donnell had on his show, excerpts from a new book outlining that the GOP decided on this obstruction JANUARY 20, 2009.

This segment is well worth watching.
