Today will be the testimony of Dr. Christine Blasey Ford. She accuses Judge Brett Kavanaugh of trying to rape her while they were in high school.
The Republican Senators on the committee are such cowards that they won’t even do the questioning of Dr. Blasey Ford themselves. They are bringing in a ringer from Arizona- a woman, whose office has a backlog of FOUR THOUSAND UNTESTED RAPE KITS…so, well…doesn’t that tell you all that you need to know about her?
Yesterday, Michael Avenatti brought it. He brought the goods. He dropped the boom.
Below is my correspondence to Mr. Davis of moments ago, together with a sworn declaration from my client. We demand an immediate FBI investigation into the allegations. Under no circumstances should Brett Kavanaugh be confirmed absent a full and complete investigation. pic.twitter.com/QHbHBbbfbE

Avenatti Client Emerges With New Allegations Against Kavanaugh
By Kate Riga
September 26, 2018 11:47 am
Another woman has come forward with new sexual misconduct allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, detailing his alleged inappropriate behavior toward women at high school parties in a sworn declaration released by her lawyer, Michael Avenatti.
The client, Julie Swetnick, alleges in a sworn declaration that in 1981 to 1983 she attended house parties with Kavanaugh and Mark Judge, Kavanaugh’s accused accomplice in the alleged attack of Christine Blasey Ford in the early 1980s.
Swetnick paints a picture of heavy alcohol consumption and non-consensual sexual activity at the parties, alleging that Kavanaugh drank heavily and acted aggressively towards women present, both in word and action. She claimed that male party attendees participated in “gang rapes,” where they would, in turns, violate a woman who had been incapacitated with spiked drinks. Swetnick said that she herself was a victim of this specific crime, and that Judge and Kavanaugh were “present” when the alleged attack took place.
These dramatic allegations have surfaced just a day before Kavanaugh and Blasey Ford are due to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee on her sexual assault allegation.
Kavanaugh responded in a statement through the White House: “This is ridiculous and from the Twilight Zone. I don’t know who this is and this never happened.”
At the parties, Swetnick claims that Kavanaugh engaged in “abusive and physically aggressive behavior toward girls, including pressing girls against him without their consent, ‘grinding’ against girls, and attempting to remove or shift girls’ clothing to expose private body parts.”
Swetnick also claims that Kavanaugh and Judge would spike the alcoholic “punch” at parties “so as to cause girls to lose their inhibitions and their ability to say ‘No.’”
She claimed that boys at these parties used this technique to “gang rape” a drunk woman at the party with a “train” of men waiting in the hallway to have their turn. Swetnick alleged that Kavanaugh and Judge were among the boys she saw “lined up outside rooms at many of these parties waiting for their ‘turn’ with a girl inside the room,” though it does not appear that Swetnick witnessed such an attack.
Swetnick alleges that she was a victim of a gang rape, and that Kavanaugh and Judge were “present” when it happened — though she does not explicitly say that they took part in the alleged attack.
The entire sworn affidavit is at the above link.
Here is Christine Blasey Ford's written testimony for tomorrow: "I am here today not because I want to be. I am terrified. I am here because I believe it is my civic duty to tell you what happened to me while Brett Kavanaugh and I were in high school." https://t.co/LM38aEsnlR pic.twitter.com/8Fwlr9Qois

Swetnick's claim that Judge and others took turns sexually assaulting drunk girls matches the claims of another woman, Elizabeth Rasor, who spoke to the New Yorker https://t.co/CAbrpPGWnL pic.twitter.com/c4MCymjTyw

You want irony….that lame azz ‘ I couldn’t have raped anyone because I didn’t put it on my calendar’ excuse from Kavanaugh….BACKS UP SWETNICK’S CLAIM.
Avenatti's client Julie Swetnick says she observed Kavanaugh as a "mean drunk" harassing women at parties, including at "Beach Week" in Maryland.
The 1982 calendar he released today indicates he was at Beach Week. pic.twitter.com/NgJJ4CwE6d

And guess what?
Kavanaugh’s calandar lines up with Julie Swetnick’s allegations.
She said events occurred during “Beach Week” in Ocean City, MD.
That whole week is in BK’s calandar. He was there.

All the while, they won’t subpoena Mark Judge….hmmmmm…..
So, let’s go down how much they’re trying to insult the process…
The Republican Senators are too chicken to question Dr. Blasey Ford themselves, so they hire a ringer.
The Democrats only get FIVE MINUTES APIECE.
FIVE MINUTES?
PHUCK OUTTA HERE.
Well, we will see what is going to happen today.

I will say it again:
They have literally binders full of Federalist Society approved judges ready to roll back the last 50 years of progress. But, few of them have a legal paper trail that says that the President is above the law, which is the only qualification that counted for Dolt45.

Seriously, if 45 didn’t want to interfere with Kavanaugh hearing today, he wouldn’t have set up a fake meeting with Rosenstein in the first place.
SO TRANSPARENT!
Trump and Rosenstein postpone meeting until next week to avoid intefering with Kavanaugh hearing…
By Washington Post Staff
September 27 at 12:53 PM
The meeting between President Trump and Deputy Attorney General Rod J. Rosenstein was scheduled for the same day as a Senate committee hearing on Christine Blasey Ford’s sexual assault allegation against Supreme Court nominee Brett M. Kavanaugh.
“They do not want to do anything to interfere with the hearing,” White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said.
This is a developing story. It will be updated.

“…WASHINGTON (AP) — Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s life seems as carefully constructed as the Supreme Court arguments he will hear if he is confirmed to the high court. He checks all the boxes of the ways of Washington, or at least the way Washington used to be.
He’s a team player — the conservative team — stepping up to make a play at key moments in politics, government and the law dating to the Bill Clinton era and the salacious dramas of that time.
Yet in a capital and a country where politics has become poisonously tribal, Kavanaugh has tried to cover his bases, as Washington insiders have long done. He’s got liberal friends, associates and role models. He was a complicated figure in the scandal-ridden 1990s, by turns zealous and restrained as an investigator.
If he wins confirmation, he’ll be seated with Justice Elena Kagan, the Obama-era solicitor general who hired him to teach at Harvard when she was dean of the law school, as well as with his prep school mate, Justice Neil Gorsuch. Kavanaugh’s law clerks have gone on to work for liberal justices. He’s served with Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg in mock trials of characters in Shakespeare plays, a night out from the real-life dramas.
Amateur athlete, doer of Catholic good works, basketball-coaching dad, Yale degrees, progression from lawyer to White House aide to judge — it’s all there in a rarefied life of talent and privilege, though strikingly not one of great personal wealth.
HIS FATHER’S SON?
E. Edward Kavanaugh, 77, was a fixture in the Washington influence game years before Trump began calling it a swamp. Brett Kavanaugh’s dad lobbied for the Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association, the national trade group for companies making personal care products.
He fought against government regulation and advocates who wanted cosmetics-testing stopped on animals, calling those activists “zealots who cannot comprehend that a child’s life is more important than a dog’s.”
Democratic Sen. Ron Wyden of Oregon, who tangled with the dad in hearings over potential health risks of cosmetics, finds the son’s record on regulation also troubling. “You don’t have to look at his genes,” Wyden told The Associated Press. “Just look at his record.”
An AP review of Kavanaugh’s dozen years on the D.C. appeals court and his wider public record shows him opposed to a variety of regulations, on greenhouse gases and more, as well as to the structure of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau established after the 2008 financial crisis, and to administration policies that circumvent Congress and risk “a runaway executive branch.” Yet he is deferential to the presidency, an approach that raises questions about whether he would protect special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into possible coordination between Trump’s 2016 campaign and Russia if that matter came before the high court.
His mother, Martha Kavanaugh, went on to become a prosecutor and state judge in Maryland, where Kavanaugh was raised as an only child, attending Georgetown Preparatory School as Gorsuch did.
UP THE LADDER
Brett Michael Kavanaugh’s career progression: law clerk for federal appeals judges, fellowship with then-Solicitor General Kenneth Starr, law clerk for Justice Anthony Kennedy (with high-school classmate Gorsuch), associate counsel in the Starr investigation, law-firm partner, Bush White House associate counsel, White House staff secretary, judge. He first dated Ashley Estes, then Bush’s personal secretary, on Sept. 10, 2001; they married in 2004 and have two daughters.
He’s from a wealthy family. In 2005 his father earned just over $13 million in compensation and a send-off retirement package as the cosmetic group’s president. But his own family’s finances are apparently modest.
Public disclosure forms for 2017 showed only two investments, together worth a maximum of $65,000, along with the balance on a loan of up to $15,000. As well, the White House said he had $45,000 to $150,000 of credit card debt in 2016, some of it from buying season tickets to the Washington Nationals for himself and several friends. That debt was paid off by last year, the White House said, and Kavanaugh was reimbursed for the friends’ tickets…”

No, Mr. McConnell. That was merely the moment when your corruption, your hatred, your racism, and your vacuous soul converged into a single statement that you dared to speak. Burn in hell, old man.

If he had any moral or ethical content in his soul, he would withdraw this morning and beg forgiveness…
He’s in too deep. Someone paid off his $200, 000 debt and his quest for power.
Wonder who paid for him????
It’ll come out
And you can bet he’s been assured by Mitch McConnell they’ll get past this, he’ll be confirmed and there’s not a damn thing anyone can do about it (as in Clarence Thomas).
He’s a hollow, narcissistic sociopath..
A selfish, spoiled, entitled jerk..
It’s all about him and what he wants… Always has been it seems.. Everyone around him seems to exist entirely to flatter, praise, vouch for and buck up Brett..
And he wants this SC appointment so salivatingly badly.. As undeserved as it all is..
This is a dishonorable guy …so self-absorbed and callous, he blew off the chief judge of the court he currently sits on who was unjustly denied this position.. A far intellectually and morally superior man who had worked all his life for this job..
Nailed him to a T!
He’s kinda obvious… in spite of his attempts to deceive…
Met too many of his ilk in my life-their time is up but if he gets appointed-hope he will be impeached
I don’t know why I think something hugely scandalous is in the offing… he won’t get away with this …even if they somehow manage to force him onto the SC right now..
Good Morning, Everyone 😄😄😄
Good Morning, Rikyrah & Everyone.
