Well, ladies and gentlemen, I gotta go take care of some business today. Hopefully, I’ll get to come back later. Keep holding it down for Trayvon.

See what happens, Maddy B-29, when you show yourself to America?

    I FEEL LIKE I KILLED HIM (TRAYVON)-072613-national-juror-b29-zimmerman-trial-split

Maddy, who did not want to give her last name, said she was devastated by the reaction after the verdict. “I was screaming and crying,” she said. “I kept saying to myself, ‘I feel like I killed him.’
    (Trayvon Martin)

You didn’t shoot Trayvon in the heart, but you certainly might as well have.

She needs to be slapped in the mouth. I watched this interview and realized that Juror B29 was chosen for her flagrant gullability. There is no way that any clear-minded Black or Latino person in Florida (especially one with *children*) didn’t follow the Trayvon Martin case from the beginning; so whatever token the prosecution okay’d was destined to be some addled-brained idiot who didn’t bother paying attention to a young black child’s murder at the hands of a racist. They didn’t even have to threatene her; Maddy believed them when they gave her their interpretation of the law and voted Zimmerman not guilty. Now she wants to cry about it, girl please.

Trayvon Martin’s mother in Philadelphia: ‘Use my broken heart’
    Sybrina-9186306_448x252

PHILADELPHIA – July 26, 2013 (WPVI) — The mother of slain teenager Trayvon Martin is telling a National Urban League gathering in Philadelphia to use her story, tragedy and broken heart to stop the same thing from happening to anybody else’s child.

  6. Judge Nelson cut the prosecution off at the knees when she denied the audio experts. Then sequestered jury not sequestered. Fixed to fail!

    • Ametia says:

YOU GOT IT, SG2. And don’t think for one moment that they are going to let the jury take the heat for their shenanigans. There was no sequestered jury. Either they were fully sequestered or not. NOT. Therefore, no sequestration. The 6 jurors were exposed to outside influences media, family, social media, phones, etc. WTF and HTF is this SEQUESTRATION?

Judge Nelson FAILED in her use of the system. She was negligent in her duties as an officer of the court. FLORIDA. ONE.BIG.FAIL!!!

      • Liza says:

Judge Nelson should lose her job. She should be offered an opportunity to retire or her sorry a$$ should be fired. But she needs to be gone before she f*cks up more lives.

      • Liza says:

JN was just elected in 2012 for a six year term. There is a process in the State of Florida to remove a state judge for misconduct that begins with an investigation by the Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission in response to a complaint(s). I wonder what the line is between incompetence and misconduct as far as the commission is concerned.

    • Vettte says:

Looks like the only one who took the sequestration seriously was B-29. I know I read somewhere that her children came to visit her. Why didnt her husband, when he brought the kids, tell her to stand her ground. They are just totally naive while the other juror’s families was “giving them the not guilty nod.

      • Ametia says:

You know B-29 was told by those other white wimmens to vote along with them. Folks would understand, and forgive you, we’re only following the law. She voted out of sheer fear of not her real consciousness. She IGNORED her God-given intuition, and then turns around and say it’s in God’s hands.

    • GrannyStandingforTruth says:

Evidently, Judge Nelson did not want justice for Trayvon. The DOJ should look into it and investigate. I felt like she wasn’t right, she was smiling too much and seemed pleased that GZ got away with murder. The confidence others had in her I didn’t because of the rulings she made during the trial, her lack of control, and how she never reprimanded MOM and West but let them do whatever they wanted in the court room.

  7. Juror B-29 misunderstood a jury instruction and a remorseless child-killer is free to kill again

    http://frederickleatherman.com/2013/07/26/juror-b-29-misunderstood-a-jury-instruction-and-a-remorseless-child-killer-is-free-to-kill-again/

Juror 29 misunderstood a jury instruction and a remorseless child-killer is free to kill again.

She decided that Zimmerman murdered Trayvon, but she could not find him guilty “because of the law.” She said the prosecution did not prove that he intended to kill Trayvon and that is why she eventually caved and voted not guilty.

Intent is not an element of second degree murder. The instruction said that the prosecution had to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant intended to commit the act or acts that resulted in Travon’s death and that such act or acts evinced a depraved mind indifferent to human life.

In other words, the prosecution only had to prove that the defendant intended to shoot at Trayvon, not that he intended to kill him.

How bizarre is it that the defendant was acquitted because at least one juror misunderstood the jury instruction?

    • Ametia says:

      B-29 didn’t misunderstand shit.

The jurors sent a note to Judge Nelson asking about Manslaugher clarification.

Judge Nelson supposedly sent a note back to jurors asking for specific question on manslaugher clarification.

      Jurors response? NOTHING

      • rikyrah says:

        uh huh

      • GrannyStandingforTruth says:

Ametia, you beat me to it because those were my thoughts exactly. B29 is trying to figure out a way to sleep at night. None of those heffas deserve sympathy. Let their guilty conscience forever plague them with the thought that they enabled a child murderer to go free. SO BE IT!

      • Ametia says:

@Granny. Howdy, lady. The only grieving and pain I want to hear is from Sybrina Fulton. Not the fucking jurors.

      • GrannyStandingforTruth says:

Hi Ametia, Rihyrah, and SG2, good to see you ladies holding it down for Trayvon.

      • GrannyStandingforTruth says:

Ametia, I could care less about how those heffas are feeling after the fact. They knew GZ was guilty, admit it, and think they can con folks into believing their justifications for letting him go free. Puleeeeeeeze! Those heffas know what they did was wrong, but they did it anyway, so they have blood on their hands.

  8. Judge Nelson did not properly instruct the jury on self-defense in Zimmerman case

    http://frederickleatherman.com/2013/07/17/judge-nelson-did-not-properly-instruct-the-jury-on-self-defense-in-zimmerman-case/

The self-defense instruction was a major contributing cause to the Saturday night debacle.

A person is justified in using deadly force if he reasonably believes that such force is
necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm to himself.

In deciding whether George Zimmerman was justified in the use of deadly force, you
must judge him by the circumstances by which he was surrounded at the time the force was
used. The danger facing George Zimmerman need not have been actual; however, to justify
the use of deadly force, the appearance of danger must have been so real that a reasonably
cautious and prudent person under the same circumstances would have believed that the
danger could be avoided only through the use of that force. Based upon appearances, George
Zimmerman must have actually believed that the danger was real.

If George Zimmerman was not engaged in an unlawful activity and was attacked in any
place where he had a right to be, he had no duty to retreat and had the right to stand his
ground and meet force with force, including deadly force if he reasonably believed that it was
necessary to do so to prevent death or great bodily harm to himself or another or to prevent
the commission of a forcible felony.

In considering the issue of self-defense, you may take into account the relative physical
abilities and capacities of George Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin.

If in your consideration of the issue of self-defense you have a reasonable doubt on the
question of whether George Zimmerman was justified in the use of deadly force, you should
    find George Zimmerman not guilty.

However, if from the evidence you are convinced beyond a reasonable doubt that
George Zimmerman was not justified in the use of deadly force, you should find him guilty if all
the elements of the charge have been proved.

    Notice something missing?

Judge Nelson did not instruct the jury that an aggressor cannot claim self-defense and that a person who aggressively follows another person is an aggressor. That was the heart of the prosecution case.

    • Liza says:

“Judge Nelson did not instruct the jury that an aggressor cannot claim self-defense and that a person who aggressively follows another person is an aggressor. That was the heart of the prosecution case.”

My antenna went up for that judge when she excluded the expert audio witnesses. And I know I’ve said a couple of times that Sanford, Florida, is not the epicenter of legal brilliance. Well, who knows about this judge and who will ever know? Was it incompetence or was it something else?

Well, Judge Nelson, just take your place in line with all of the other folks who are responsible for this travesty / debacle / clusterf*ck. I hope that you soon realize how incompetent you are and take your retirement.

      • Morning, Liza!

Judge Nelson cut the prosecution off at the knees when she denied the audio experts. It was a devastating wound. Then there was the up to 2 hours unsupervised alone time with family members. Sequestration my ass!

      • Ametia says:

@Liza & SG2. The whole trial was a clusterfuck from jump. Everyone involved is to blame for their performances. Because that’s what it felt, looked, and sounded like to me. They were all fronting for the TV CAMERAS.

      • Liza says:

Good morning, SG2 and Ametia. This clusterf*ck is really starting to grow exponentially just screaming for an investigation. Florida is the new Mississippi.

      • Ametia says:

@Liza. Yes; and we don’t want another “Florida BURNING.”

    • roderick2012 says:

JN ‘properly’ instructed the jury because that old witch got the verdict she wanted.

I wonder how much O’Mara donated to her re-election campaign.

What NWA song said, well, I’ve changed the lyrics to Judge Nelson.

Since her guilty conscience seems to be the motivation for this I can
only hope that now she will talk to the DOJ about what occurred in that
    jury room.
Personally I don’t care about her account of why she voted
the way she did. I want to know what she knows about who talked to the
jury while they were being “sequestered”.
    ————-

Exactly. B29 is unimportant to me; I refuse to get worked up over her. What she needs to do is runteldat to Eric Holder.

  10. rikyrah says:

    rigoletta

I think she feels guilty and scared because these other jurors are going to stick together or have some sort of arrangement or something.

And because she is a woman of color and because she did what she did she risks being on no one’s side when the shit hits the fan.
I don’t have a clue if she would be a willing to give up information but I have no doubt that investigators at the DOJ can work on her to give them what they want.

If POC don’t want her because of her decision and the white jurors and Zimmerman’s crew won’t have her the DOJ can offer a lifeline.

    • Ametia says:

THIS: ” If POC don’t want her because of her decision and the white jurors and Zimmerman’s crew won’t have her the DOJ can offer a lifeline.”

Lord knows the CaCs are going to stick together.

  11. rikyrah says:

    Admiral_Komack

    Juror B29 is not brave.
The acquittal verdict that she aided and abetted in is kicking her square in her ass.
B29 is not going anywhere near the DOJ.

    • Ametia says:

Exactly. How the hell is she hurting more than Trayvon’s mother Sybrina? Please help me understand this logic. B-29 did NOT lose any of her 8 children by the bullets of George Zimmerman.

  12. Vettte says:

These jurors are as dumb as rocks. Them coming forward and speaking out just goes to show the caliber of jurors that get USED to carry out unjustices in America. B-37 and B-29 both out of stupidity, stepped into national media circuses and only exposed themselves as naive and easily led by the nose. And Roberts said she was not getting any money in coming forward. Then why do it? To put your dumb selves out there only proves that naive people balance life and death in the jury system. And it’s shameful. Maddy came out of the shadows to apologize to the Sybrina and Tracie and all she did was poor more salt into their open wounds. All for a plain trip and a night in a hotel in New York Cit?. She should have kept her mouth closed. Dumb is as dumb does and most of the time it can’t be contained. Leave her alone and let her get the book deal because she will verbatim repeat every word that was said during jury deliberations.

    • GrannyStandingforTruth says:

Nah, let the heffas talk, let them spill the beans, so we can find out what really went on in that jury room.

      • GrannyStandingforTruth says:

In fact, encourage them to talk. Maybe, we’ll be able to get another trial because of jurors, corruption, and Judge Nelson’s rulings.

  14. rikyrah says:

    GOVCHRIS1988

You know what, everyone here is saying that y’all may be harsh or questioning if you are harsh on juror B29, but to me, the mammy bitch ain’t gettin it hard efuckingnough!!!!

First, you already know the heifer is just dumb as a muthafuckin stump. She showed her face. On a NATIONAL morning show. Everyone knows who this bitch is now. EVERYONE. As much as I hate that putrid piece of shit Miss Ann juror B37, she is smarter than this trick, because you didn’t see her face, now did ya? And she sounds damn near like any white woman you meet on the fly. She knows that you’ll never be able to point her out in a lineup. She is off it free and clear. B29’s slow ass, however, is known to a lot of people. She is gonna be gettin some foul looks from everybody and she better plan on eating in become someone may become Kizzy reloaded and do more than just spit in her food.

But then, she has the gall and straight up nerve to try and compare her “anguish and pain” with Ms. Sybrina Fulton. NIGGER, WHAT!?

Oh no woman, you’re fake ass sorrow or the other jurors bullshit sorrow does not compare with Ms. Fulton or ANY other black mother that has lost her child. To me, that was an insult that stung as much as B37’s ignorant words. I’m sorry, but all those women on the jury can do one thing that Ms. Fulton cannot. They can go in their child’s bedroom and kiss them on the cheek goodnight. They can hug their child, they can kiss their child, they can yell at their child, they can cry tears of happiness for their child and give a disapproving look to their child when he or she gets out of pocket. They can see their child graduate, get a full time job, leave the nest, get married and start a family of their own. They can proudly brag about their childs accomplishments and beam with glee as they do it. Sybrina, on the other hand can’t do all that with Trayvon anymore. All she can do is kiss a cold, marble headstone, sitting in silence hoping to hear a whisper in the winds that reminds her of the voice of her fallen son. Thinking of what he could have been. The good he could have been on this earth. Thinking of the lovely wife he could have had and the kids that he could have had that would have also grown to great heights in this world. All of which will never come, because her baby is lying six feet under in the lonely dark, forever a teenager, forever in youth.

No, you don’t have the same pain, booboo. Even the forces of karma and the people won’t give you that. So spare me this act of fake sympathy. Your feelings came out the same as juror B37 did when you voted for acquittal. I’m sorry, but I don’t feel an ounce of sympathy for her and I hope you don’t either.

She would NOT have gotten selected if she was smart. She stepped into this limelight and should have stayed in the shadows. She is fully exposing why she was selected. She proved true to what the jury consultants expected. Leave her be.

    • Liza says:

GOVCHRIS1988, now that’s what I’m talking about. Tell the truth.

I suspect that five out six of those women are “just dumb as a muthafuckin stump” and B-37 is just smart enough to manipulate the ignorant, cowardly and/or racist fools.

This whole travesty/debacle just continues to expose itself . A dead child and a mountain of pain and suffering, and a national movement to even get a trial (such as it was) for the murderer. Now we know that the jury was populated with a batch of marginal fools who couldn’t judge a dogfight let alone the most important murder trial of the 21st century. Damn those stupid b!tches, damn them.

  16. Trayvon Martin’s parents: Juror B29′s revelations ‘devastating’

    http://thegrio.com/2013/07/25/trayvon-martins-parents-juror-b29s-revelations-devastating/

The mother of Trayvon Martin reacted Thursday to an interview a juror in the George Zimmerman trial gave to ABC News, in which she admitted that she ultimately, she didn’t hold out for a conviction.

The Juror, known only as B29, or “Maddy,” since she revealed herself — including showing her face — to ABC’s Robin Roberts, said Zimmerman “got away with murder” in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin, but that Florida law, as understood by the jury, made it impossible to convict.

“I was the juror that was going to give them the hung jury. I fought to the end,” she said during the interview, for which ABC News aired clips on Thursday. “That’s where I felt confused, where if a person kills someone, then you get charged for it. But as the law was read to me, if you have no proof that he killed him intentionally, you can’t say he’s guilty.”

Zimmerman was acquitted on second degree murder and manslaughter charges July 14th.

Maddy, a nurse’s aide and the lone non-white juror on the panel, said she is having trouble sleeping after the verdict.

“It’s hard for me to sleep,” she told ABC. “It’s hard for me to eat because I feel I was forcefully included in Trayvon Martin’s death. And as I carry him on my back, I’m hurting as much Trayvon’s Martin’s mother because there’s no way that any mother should feel that pain,” she said.

Martin’s mother, Sybrina Fulton issued the following statement Thursday night on behalf of herself and Tracy Martin:

It is devastating for my family to hear the comments from juror B29, comments which we already knew in our hearts to be true. That George Zimmerman literally got away with murder.

This new information challenges our nation once again to do everything we can to make sure that this never happens to another child. That’s why Tracy and I have launched The Trayvon Martin Foundation to try and take something very painful and negative and turn it into something positive as a legacy to our son.

    • Liza says:

“But as the law was read to me, if you have no proof that he killed him intentionally, you can’t say he’s guilty.”

I wonder what she considers to be proof other than the murdered child’s body, the 44 second death scream on tape, the gunshot on tape, and the testimony of the witness who spoke with Trayvon 73 seconds before he was murdered.

What is proof to this woman? Does she think she even makes sense? My God, the kindest, most forgiving, most understanding person in the universe (whoever that is) would agree that she is a hopeless, ignorant, spineless fool of a woman.

      • Petrichor says:

“But as the law was read to me, if you have no proof that he killed him intentionally, you can’t say he’s guilty.”

Who read the law to her?

      • Ametia says:

B-37 READ her brand of the LAW to the 5 jurors to let “GOOD-HEARTED GEORGE” go free.

      • roderick2012 says:

the 44 second death scream on tape

And B37 stated that five of the jurors believed it was Fatback screaming which means that Maddy didn’t but she allowed those racists to bully her into going along with their preplanned agenda.

      • GrannyStandingforTruth says:

The prosecutor told them to use their common sense, the defense told them to leave their common sense out, well, we know which one they chose. DUMMIES!

  17. Xena says:

Does anyone know the numbers for the alternative jurors? Also, one juror left and I’d like to know her number also. I’m putting together a video of their voir dire. Let’s snuff out those jurors besides B29 who went into deliberations believing that Zimmerman was guilty.

    • Alternates: E54 B72 E13 E28

B72 was the alternate that left.

      • Xena says:

@SG2. THANK YOU, Thank You, Thank You! I alrady have B72.

Strange — in the first 3 days of voir dire, jurors with numbers beginning with the letters M and R were questioned. That the jury ended up with those with letters B and E, is rather forthcoming that O’Mara knew his stealth was among those.

  18. Ametia says:

I can’t even begin to describe the anger I’m feeling towards MADDY. This bitch gets on national tv after going along with a no guilty verdict for Zimmerman, and then says she feels MORE pain than Sybrina Fulton. Lord, woman go break me off a SWITCH!

B-9 just sported a nice target on her back. Negroes, I tell you, she didn’t even have the smarts enough to DISGUISE herself.

    • Vettte says:

Why? She would not have gotten selected if she were smart enough to think for herself. Continue to be mad at O’mara. He orchestrated all of this masterfully. Maddy has no clue what she just stepped into. She was placed there as a token minority but ONLY because she could be controlled. Our jury selection system is a farce, a real joke.

      • Ametia says:

I agree. and now that B-29 has been exposed a being dumb as a box-o-rocks, she should be a shining example for simple ass negroes going forward.

        • Xena says:

Good evening everyone! Sorry for being late. B29 was played. Since I first heard Frank Taaffe speak about the case, I picked up on his soveriegn citizen dog whistles. Hearing B37 and B29 say that there was no law to convict Zimmerman is a soveriegn citizen game. This is much deeper that it appears on the surface. I’m working on a piece to explain it and hopefully, will have it completed tonight.

And O’mara gave the stronger jurors the talking points to be able to counter any argument this juror may have had. • @Vette:
I certainly do hate on her! SH ecould have HUNG that jury! I was on a jury in a criminal trial, and I hung the jury because I would not go along with everyone else. She is an idiot who was easily manipulated! She knows Fogen is guilty. She should have had the balls to hang that jury! What kind of mother is she anyway? She feels sorry for Sybrina? She does not feel sorry for Sybrina. She does not know the pain and the hurt Sybrina feels! i will only feel any measure of justice when Fogen is put out of his misery! I’ll hate on her for you. Despicable and cowardly that she kept referring to The Lord and justice in the hear after to excuse her from being responsible for her spineless decision.
What happened in that jury room? Did she just give up and say “Zimmerman will just have to answer to The Lord?”

There’s justice in this life and in the hear after and the later is what this dummy accepted the responsibility to dispense. If we wanted The Lord to handle it, Zimmurderman would have been taken to a church not a court if law.

Unacceptable, cowardly. I’m hating on her big time.

    • Xena says:

Maybe it’s prophetic. Now that Zimmerman knows her face, he might stalk one of her sons and put a hollow point bullet into his heart. Don’t get me wrong — I don’t wish harm to anyone, but B29 assisted in setting that lunatic free and said that she has as much pain as Trayvon’s mom.

      • Ametia says:

Xena; your’e inside my head. This dumbass woman went before the cameras on national tv without disguise and told America that Zimmerman was guilty because of the evidence.

Don’t wear a hoodie, when you go out, B-29!

Who the fuck told her this was a good idea? Did B-37 tell her to vote not guilty, lay low,and then come on tv and try to garner sympathy for a verdict she didn’t have a choice in because of the law? They thought we, women would swallow this fuckery?

B-29, along with those other white women Set Zimmerman free, and it’s on them to bare the burden of GUILT & the DISDAIN folks are throwing at them.

        • Xena says:

@Ametia. ABSOLUTELY! If there weren’t previous cases of self-defense since SYG in Florida, maybe the public would buy into what B29 and B37 are selling. The fact that the same law applied in the Dooley case, and that jury found Dooley guilty of manslaughter, speaks volumes of the double-standard jurors.

      • @Xena:
This woman is a stupid ass and I wanted to jump through the television to tell her so! She should have held steadfast to her convictions, but then again, she has none!!. I don’t want to hear her voice, or read anything else that she states!!! She knows Fogen was GUILTY!!! I hope she has nightmares forever and her screaming and crying?? Man, she is full of BS! what is she screaming and crying about? That she let this monster killer free?? No one is intereseted in how she feels. Sybrina lost her child forever! Trayvon will never come back and she had the responsibility to put him away for many years but her dumb ass failed to do so because she was scared of the other white women jurors! She just signed the death warrant of George Zimmerman becausse he is going to get street justice one of these days.

She is a spineless coward and a complete Bitch! I hope Fogen stays in his PRISON SAFEHOUSE! The idiot is a big fat scardy cat and that is why he is hiding like the spineless creep he is along with the rest of his lying ass family, and friends!!!

  25. Hell will freeze over before I accept this verdict.

  26. rikyrah says:

    from Miranda:

    Miranda

Dont we all know what went down in the juror room? B37, Miss Ann, the wife of the attorney – told B29 she was just confused and being led by her silly heart and that she (B37) was very well versed in the law and it was absolutely wrong to vote any way but an acquittal. B37 browbeat B29 along with the other mean girls – and everyone left thinking it was all over and they could go home…oh, but then B37 went on TV and that f’ed it up for everyone else. Why this wasn’t the same person that just KNEW the law in the jury room on TV talking to Anderson Cooper…oh hell no, this Miss Ann got on TV with the “well uh, it was just so confusing and oh, uh so hard and oh uh…..”….and B29 watched that and felt even more guilty than she already does and that’s why she’s coming out now….and well that’s just too damn bad because now she can clearly see she was played like Xbox into allowing Zimmerman to walk when the LAW clearly states this mofo was guilty of not only manslaughter but 2nd degree murder too. No honey, B37 did you like Paula Deen did her black cook – no vaseline.

  27. Ametia says:

I see ABCis stringing us along for ratings in the morning.

  28. Juror B29: He is guilty. The evidence showed he’s guilty! WTFF?

  29. rikyrah says:

    @Keethers
It’s unfortunate that juror #B29 didn’t have the moral fiber to make the right call. No one cares about hindsight and remorse at this point.

    • Ametia says:

does B-29 have sons? Does she? She should have carried pics of them everyday, everywhere she went, to remind her of what the GEORGE ZIMMERMAN’S of the world will do to her son(s)

    • Vettte says:

Rikyrah, we need her to talk. Not talk about silly stuff. We need to know how these jurors are instructed to “control” holdouts like B-29. O’mara was masterful in giving these WIMMEN talking points from the unjust Florida laws so they could have comebacks to every arguments Maddy presented. And Omara WON based on this strategy, BUT, if this woman can publicly teach us how this jury deliberation is manipulated when there is only one lone ranger, token Negro, then we can teach our people. No way you or I would have ever been selected but the jury consultants knew she was weak enough to be manipulated. We can learn from her about THEIR STRATEGY.

      • Ametia says:

Shame on Maddy and invoking God when the evidence and law was there.

      • Ametia says:

*Vette, I don’t have any argument with you about Maddy speaking. I just don’t like or accept what she’s saying. I knew all along she was the lone juror and was brow-beaten into going along with that no guilty verdict.

  30. rikyrah says:

    @BlackCanseco
Sounds like #JurorB37 & nem White Zimmerman Jurors played #JurorB29 like #TheHelp–just told her what to do till she did it.

    @yeloson
@BlackCanseco with the amount of jury access the whole time, I wouldn’t be surprised if they had some “persuasive” friends & fam helping.

  31. Xena says:

I anxiously await to see Juror B29’s full interview. Based on the excerpts, it certainly appears that one juror was the convincing factor. Can we say, Juror B37?

    • Ametia says:

I want to hear and see the full interview too, Xena. No doubt though that B-29 was coerced. And if she admits it, I can’t except that as an excuse from her.

    • Liza says:

Xena, we have a “not guilty” verdict and Zimmerman is protected against double jeapordy. But what if jury shenanigans are exposed that warrant investigation? And what if it gets even worse, perhaps full blown tampering? What can be done? I’m wondering if the jury’s verdict can be set aside even though the killer can’t be retried because of double jeapordy. But I just can’t recall ever hearing about a case like that.

      • Liza says:

Jeopardy. Dang, can’t spell and can’t put corrections in the right place.

      • Xena says:

@Liza. I don’t know the answer to your question about re-trying Zimmerman even with evidence of jury tampering, but those who did tamper with the jury are subject to arrest. Isn’t it just like Zimmerman to be toxic to everyone in his life? Even his wife is awaiting trial for going along with his fraud on his court.

      • Liza says:

Xena, I know that Zimmerman cannot be tried again on state murder charges because of double jeopardy. I’m just wondering whether or not the verdict could be set aside or invalidated if it were proved that the jury was corrupt. I think I’m going to Google this tomorrow and see if I can find out if it’s ever happened.

        • Xena says:

          @Liza.

I think I’m going to Google this tomorrow and see if I can find out if it’s ever happened.

There is one case that was heard in Chicago, and moved its way up to the 7th federal circuit court of appeals. That case involved a bench trial where the judge was financially bribed. The court found that the defendant could be tried again because due to the bribe, he was never in jeopardy of being found guilty.

I’m not sure if the same applies to jury tampering unless, maybe, the coercion infers harm or retribution against those members who want to vote guilty. In Zimmerman’s case, it appears that the coercion was having a lay person interpret the law for other lay persons beyond the scope of what was explained by the judge. B29 needs to tell it all.

      • Liza says:

Thanks, Xena, I get what you’re saying. I guess that B-29’s only value at this point is to report all she knows about that jury. And there is still the Zimmerman witness who seemed to know what was going on before the jury came out with the verdict. This is just so unbearable.

        • Xena says:

@Liza. That would be Frank Taaffe, who said he had “insight” that there was a 5 to 1 in favor of not guilty. He said that when the jury question to clarify manslaughter was made. Evidently, he already knew that there was discussion on understanding the law and the foreperson was not going to send back a more specific question.

My guess is that whomever was guarding that jury room, bailiff or sheriff, was feeding info to Taaffe. That in fact, Taaffe, with his long, ranting sentences that deflect off the subject, may have been giving arguments to Juror B37 through that guard — like when Juror B37 took washroom breaks.

  32. Vettte says:

Omara didn’t strike her because he knew Maddy was weak. Anybody birthing 8 babies is not in control of their own bodies or emotions. The women on that jury intimidated her and that’s the bottom line. Dark-skinned Puerto Ricans are discriminated worse in Puerto Rico that AAs are in the USA and that’s hard to believe. I’ve been there and they tried to treat me like a third class citizen. Said that to say, she’s weak, she’s weak. I would still been sitting there and I’m sure that’s what the Prosecutors were counting on. I don’t think she came forward on her own, I think ABC tracked her down because someone in that courtroom knew who she was. Possibly offering her money or at least a trip to NYC…and she’s got 8 kids to feed. I am not hating on her, she is just weak and let those WIMMEN convince her to go along with them. Let her talk, she needs to get paid and we need to hear from her just what went on in the jury deliberations. Now , that book I would read in a heartbeat. Get her a book deal. She need to stop talking about BS and talk about those manipulating hussies.

    • Ametia says:

Hi Vette. I hear you, but I’m not buying that “She’s weak, eight babies” nonsense. She let a child killer go free. She’s got 8 babies, and one of them boys could end up like Trayvon one day. She’s talking about God’s going to take care of Zimmerman. Well Zimmerman said killing Trayvon Martin was “God’s plan.”

That talk’s straight out of WINGNUTIA.No doubt juror B-37 spewed that drivel.

NADA, ZILCH, ZERON NO EXCUSES.Even if she spills on those bitches, I don’t have NOTHING for this woman.

      • Vettte says:

Ametia, I just think they let up on her. In interviews, she needs to talk about what they said in the jury deliberations and who said what. We need to know, America needs to know HOW these all white juries with one token black get manipulated to go along with them. Her story had be very revealing and it needs to be exposed.

      • Liza says:

She might be good for insight into the dynamics of that clusterf*uck of a jury, but she is a weak, spineless, stupid woman and I hope she has nightmares about Trayvon for the rest of her life.

      • Vettte says:

Omara was crafty in his closing arguments. He was slick in giving directions to the wimmen and the talking points they would need to convince this one lone ranger, hold out black woman. Touche Omara! I just want it exposed, what happened in the jury deliberations and this woman needs to tell it.

    • Liza says:

Vettte, I believe you are spot on. The defense had jury consultants. This is what they do for a living, assemble juries that will be favorable to their clients. They knew that this woman is weak and would fold under pressure from a strong willed Zimmerman supporter.

      • Vettte says:

Yes the did Liza. This is the way they do it. Intimidated this one weak woman to go along with them under to guise of those unjust Florida laws. Omara set it up perfectly in his closing argument to those WIMMEN on what to do and say to convince this one black hold out under the guide of the Florida law. He knew exactly what he was doing and he knew exactly who he was dealing with.

  33. My blood has reached the boiling point. Mofos violated all kinds of sequestration rules and all you hear is deafening silence. The people want an investigation of the Zimmerman jury! There can be no justice if there is cheating going on.

    • Ametia says:

Breathe, collect yourself, and keep at it, SG2. We ain’t no ways TIRED.

    • Liza says:

“There can be no justice if there is cheating going on.”

That is an absolute truth. But what I don’t understand is how this weak-a$$ stupid woman could look at Sybrina Fulton every day during the trial and then do what she did. And what in the blazing hell does this b!tch want now? Forgiveness? Understanding? Money?

  34. Ametia says:

Juror B-29: “But you can’t get away from God. And at the end of the day, he’s going to have a lot of questions and answers he has to deal with,” Juror B29 told ABC News. “The law couldn’t prove it.”

George Zimmerman: “It was God’s plan.”

    My head HURTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  35. “The law, the law…” this is bullcrap. The law didn’t tell them that they had to believe Zimmerman’s concocted story of self defense with 2 bandaids. But, I am sure O’Mara plant B37 sure quoted “the law ” to make them think it did. She used her knowledge as a wife of an attorney to twist the law.
I am a 60 year old white woman. I knew nothing about the murder, only that Zimmerman and his wife had taken the money out of their defense fund. (Looking at George and Shellie, it must have been to pay their Dairy Queen bill.) My husband knew more, from friends and couldn’t believe a child killer could go free. My grown daughter who lives 600 miles away and I watched the trial everyday. There is no way in hell any of us would have left that room without a guilty verdict. The cops were crooked, they covered for Zimmerman and Zimmerman lied, lied, lied. Imagine if you were telling this story to someone in another country. Kid goes to store for candy. Crazy guy follows kid in car. Kid gets scared and runs. Crazy guy gets out of car with gun to follow kid. Screaming. Kid dead. Shot in heart. Crazy guy says, “I shot him, he was killing me.”
Crazy guy gets 2 bandaids. No arrest. Finally after human rights campaign, arrest. Trial. Crazy guy walks. Gets his gun back. Sounds like a Fascist country, except it’s the USA and the kid is black. B 37 could try every trick in the book but GUILTY is as plain as the fake nose injury on Zimmerman’s face.

    • Ametia says:

TELL.IT. MaryAnne. Florida has another thing coming, if they think we’re going to accept this as just another norman day in the life of a child predator/lying/stalking murderer and murder trial.

    • Liza says:

MaryAnne, Trayvon screamed and begged for his life for 44 seconds, then a gunshot, then silence. His friend, Rachel Jeantel, was on the phone when Zimmerman approached Trayvon. The jury has to disbelieve those two facts to acquit Zimmerman and how is that even possible? Answer: Tainted Jury.

  36. GrannyStandingforTruth says:

Ametia, yes, that appears to be the case without a doubt. Black people stay out of Sanford, those folks down there do not believe in equality in the justice system. It was a hurry sundown city in the past and well, a zebra does not change its stripes.

I can’t wait to hear what she has to say. I’m taping it so that every single word she says can be dissected. Please, I hope she spares me crocodile tears. There were no tears for an innocent child walking home minding his own business. I don’t have any for not one of those jurors. Their minds were made up before the trial took place and they have a child’s blood on their hands. The fix was in the jury selection.

I wonder how feels knowing that her children’s safety come under the same umbrella that Trayvon did. No justice, no peace!

  37. Was Juror B-37 instructing other jurors on the law? She admitted using info not presented at trial. Why isn’t she investigated, dammit?!

  38. Ametia says:

Lord have mercy. This whole trial and the verdict is an absolute indictment of how low American’s consciousness has sunk.

  39. Investigate Frank Taaffe, dammit! There is something rotten going on and it stinks to high heaven. Where did Frank Taaffe get his info?

How did Frank Taaffe know it was a 5-1 hold out?

    • Ametia says:

There was JURY TAMPERING, and it needs to be INVESTIGATED.

    • There should be an investigation that fraud was committed on the court. How did Frank Taaffe know the jury was 5-1 holdout? Investigate NOW!

      • Xena says:

If Juror B37 was not texting Taaffe, then his knowledge of what the jury was doing could have only come by way of a bailiff or Sheriff who was on stand-by in or just outside of the jury room.

  40. Now that we know Juror B-29 was the holdout for manslaughter, how the fuck did Frank Taaffe know it was a 5-1 holdout for manslaughter?

    • Ametia says:

This bitch, yes, I said it. She allowed herself to be coerced into voting that murderer Zimmerman ‘Not guilty” without sending JN specific question she had about MANSLAUGHTER. It not a question, B-29, because JN didn’t get the specific question. SMGDH

  41. rikyrah says:

I simply honestly cannot believe that any BLACK American on that jury would not have said…
we can be here until Jesus returns…but that muthafucka is guilty…
and if that means HUNG JURY then so be it.

    • I would have said…I’m hanging this bish!

    • Liza says:

Not just black, Rikyrah. Any person of any race, ethnicity, etc… who had a shred of human decency would have hung the jury. The prosecution proved beyond reasonable doubt that Zimmerman did not act in self-defense and that is what the whole trial was about. He held a gun on a child for 44 seconds while the child screamed and begged for his life. Then he pulled the trigger. That is not self-defense.

  42. rikyrah says:

whatever you gotta tell yourself, lady.

    whatever you gotta tell yourself.

may you hear Trayvon’s screams every night

  43. Juror B-29: “But as the law was read to me, if you have no proof that he killed him intentionally, you can’t say he’s guilty.”

    *********************

The law was read to her? By whom? Hell they asked for clarification on manslaughter and then didn’t wait for an answer. WTFF?

    • Ametia says:

      Juror B-29 to Juror B-37

      ATC for VPI Swap 5-2012

I keep telling y’all this is why we can’t have nice things.

      • Vettte says:

But B-29, Maddy, does know about birthing babies. But I would have looked right into B-37’s face with all of my eight children standing around me and said to her, ” Hussie, I don’t know nothing about birthing no babies. Sit down and shut up because I’m standing my ground…we will be here until Georgie get’s some time for this murder.’

      • Ametia says:

Vette; if B-29 knows about BIRTHIN BABIES, 8 to be exact, she wouldn’t have LET THAT CHILD PREDATOR/MURDERER GO FREE. If she has sons, she would know that her sons could have been shot in the heart by GZ.

        NO EXCUSES, NO SYMPATHY.

  44. George Zimmerman Juror Says He ‘Got Away With Murder’

    http://abcnews.go.com/US/george-zimmerman-juror-murder/story?id=19770659

The only minority on the all-female jury that voted to acquit George Zimmerman said today that Zimmerman “got away with murder” for killing Trayvon Martin and feels she owes an apology Martin’s parents.

“You can’t put the man in jail even though in our hearts we felt he was guilty,” said the woman who was identified only as Juror B29 during the trial. “But we had to grab our hearts and put it aside and look at the evidence.”

She said the jury was following Florida law and the evidence, she said, did not prove murder.

The court had sealed the jurors’ identities during the trial and still hasn’t lifted the order, but Juror B29 edged out of the shadows in an exclusive interview with “Good Morning America” host Robin Roberts. She allowed her face to be shown, but — concerned for her safety — used only a first name of Maddy.

    • Ametia says:

“You can’t put the man in jail even though in our hearts we felt he was guilty,” said the woman who was identified only as Juror B29 during the trial. “But we had to grab our hearts and put it aside and look at the evidence.”

HEY, MADDY GO STRAIGHT TO HELL!

  45. CarolMaeWY says:

I will DVR the programs. Probably not much more than B37. Mostly pundits but I can fast ford through them.

  46. rikyrah says:

I don’t want to hear anything she has to say. she let a murderer go free. she can go somewhere and sit down

    • CarolMaeWY says:

Thanks. Can’t really read and understand right now but someday these old eyes will be better. I miss you so. All I read are headlines. I had to see this bombshell. I did read Xena’s great work a few days ago. Just long after posting. I want to thank her when I can. You are doing great work for Trayvon. And of course I can listen to the great music. :)

  47. The Public Wants Answers, Not Excuses, From The Zimmerman Jury

    http://3chicspolitico.com/2013/07/17/the-public-wants-answers-not-excuses-from-the-zimmerman-jury/#comments

    A. The Why’s

    1. Why didn’t they give Judge Nelson a more specific question so they could understand manslaughter?

    2. Why ask to have manslaughter clarified if they had already decided that Zimmerman killed in self-defense?

    3. Why did they ignore the DNA and blood evidence? If rain washed DNA and blood off Trayvon, why didn’t it wash blood off Zimmerman’s face and nose that was more exposed to the rain? Or, was it raining?

    4. Why did they use a double standard, wanting the victim to have his hands bagged to preserve evidence, but not the killer?

    5. Did they examine the weather report and crime scene photos? Jonathan did not have on a rain jacket and there were no raindrops on the lens of his cell phone. Did any of the witnesses say that they put on a jacket or got an umbrella before going outside after the shot was fired? No. Why did the jury assume it was raining and that rain discriminates, washing blood off the victim, but not the killer?

    6. Who in their right mind would pay membership in a fight gym for over a year and not advance?

    7. Why would the jury not consider that Zimmerman was apparently doing something more in Koppelli’s gym than just dieting, since he gained over 100 lbs after leaving that gym? If just dieting, he could have maintained his diet.

    We await answers.

  48. Ametia says:

We all know the justice system STINKS, but these jurors had a job to do, and they FAILED miserably. If B-29 was the HOLDOUT, Why did B-29 holdout, and then give in?

  49. Was Juror B-29 the hold out and how did Frank Taaffe know there was a 5-1 holdout? Who talked?

  50. I can’t wait to hear what she has to say.

    • vcprezofan2 says:

GM. I’m hoping whatever she says will clarify what happened ‘inside’, as well as add impetus to the movement for the repeal of the law or for it to be changed. IMO, in the end regardless of the jurors thinking, what’s needed now is action re GZ & TM. GZ walking free destroys all inner feeling about what’s ‘right’ in this case.

    • Ametia says:

Hmmm; So B-29 comes out of hiding. What say ye, B-29?

      • roderick2012 says:

Ametia, I am the same thing.

Why did she let those five racist witches break her and allow Fatback to be acquitted.

If she had at least Stood her Ground there could be a retrail, but she allowed them to bully her into submission.

I really want to know who suggested ( more than likely B37) that B29 stay until they reached a verdict.

        • Agreed. Juror B37 admitted the holdout took 10 minutes to cast her vote. What went on? Was there bullying or intimidation to get the “not guilty” vote?

      • Ametia says:

I’m not ready to jump on the “B-29’s brave bandwagon, roderick. Selling one’s soul to the devil (s) is not an attractive look, in my book.

    • roderick2012 says:

@ SG2, of course B29 is not hiding like the five witches who based their decisions on racism and didn’t give a darn that a colored boy lost his life that night.

What’s funny to me is that that alternate keeps speaking out as if he were part of the deliberations.

A guilty conscience will make you do some strange shit.

Makes you keep talking when it’s past time to STFU.

Keeps you awake at night when you should sleep like a baby.
