    I had to help Peanut with a class assignment.
    Has anyone seen Three Identical Strangers?

    When it first began, I totally thought that I knew where the documentary was going, and I thought that it would be a good lesson for Peanut to understand that life isn’t a Disney movie,.and when you dealing with human beings, ‘Happily Ever After’ rarely comes.

    I was prepared for that.

    What I was not prepared for was the turn left that the movie took about a third of the way through.

    It had my grown azz face going like this:

    And, just when I had settled myself for the turn left…

    It turned left again 😲😲

    It was excellently done, but profoundly disturbing.

    Just got word.
    My cousin’s ex-wife, a nurse, has COVID-19. She is not doing well. She’s only 42.
    Their baby girl is just a couple of months younger than Peanut.
    Asking for prayers πŸ™

    “No burglaries reported…”. Of course not, they made it up believing it would suffice for their friends in law enforcement. And it almost did. And it’s not over yet. This was a thrill kill for father and son. There’s no way for a normal person, or at least a peace abiding person, to understand why they did this. Don’t try. They are just killers.

      What is interesting, however, is their absolute certainty they could get away with it. It seems unlikely that the old man would put his son in a position where he could spend the rest of his life in prison. He had to be certain that they could do this and walk away.
