Every day on here and IRL if you pay attention, Black people tell our stories. We give you examples. We recount lived experiences. And what happens? Along comes a white person telling us that our lived experiences weren't what we've lived. Or demanding examples to 3/

we cite, based on what WE'VE experienced that they never can, to disprove that racism is systemic or as pervasive as it is. So I do hope that articles like this get through to the white people who only listen to other white people. That's not a slam on the author. 5/
