RED STATES BLEED BLUE!
NEW: January 1, 2026âthe day Florida, Texas, and every other Republican-led state finally realize the ACA they’ve been roasting is the oxygen mask keeping their families alive. CBS just aired Floridians sobbing: âI voted redâwhy canât healthcare be like the Democrats said, just⊠human?âIrony is dead: GOP states suck the ACA teat harder than blue ones, yet their leaders went to court 96 times trying to kill it.
Now Musk, Trump, and House Republicans whisper âitâll be fineâ while subsidies vanish and premiums skyrocket. Translation: your lifesaving chemo becomes their next tax cut.
Republican votersâSNAP, housing, ACAâyouâre on every program you scream against. Coward influencers call you âpatriotsâ for handing your own kidsâ insulin money to billionaires. 96 court cases. 20 years of lies. Theyâre not âfixingâ healthcareâtheyâre privatizing your heartbeat.
2026 and 2028 are the receipts. Step outside the tribe, America. Save your familyâs life. Vote like your next breath depends on itâbecause it literally does.

Starting today, around 22 million Americans enrolled in Obamacare, about 92% of all enrollees, will see their tax credits run out.The average recipient will likely see their premiums more than double in 2026.
Certain people â including residents of many states that voted for Trump in 2024 â will be more financially exposed to a subsidy lapse.

Some good news for a change…House passes bill to extend Affordable Care Act subsidies in defiance of GOP leaders…
17 Republicans joined the Democrats in passing the House…
Now on to the Senate…

In a remarkable rebuke of Republican leadership, the House passed legislation Thursday that would extend expired health care subsidies for those who get coverage through the Affordable Care Act as 17 renegade GOP lawmakers joined every Democrat in support.
The tally, 230-196, signified growing political concern over Americansâ health care costs. Forcing the issue to a vote came about after a handful of Republicans signed on to a so-called âdischarge petitionâ to unlock debate, bypassing objections from House Speaker Mike Johnson. The bill now goes to the Senate, where pressure is building for a bipartisan compromise.
Together, the rare political coalitions are rushing to resolve the standoff over the enhanced tax credits that were put in place during the COVID-19 crisis but expired late last year after no agreement was reached during the government shutdownâŠ
Johnson, R-La., worked for months to prevent this situation. His office argued Thursday that the federal health care funding from the COVID-19 era is rife with fraud and urged a no vote.
On the floor, Republicans also argued that the lawmakers should be focused on lowering health insurance costs for the broader population, not just those enrolled in ACA plansâŠ
The action by Republicans to force a vote has been an affront to Johnson and his leadership team, who essentially lost control of what comes to the House floor as the Republican lawmakers joined Democrats for the workaround.
After last yearâs government shutdown failed to resolve the issue, Johnson had discussed allowing more politically vulnerable GOP lawmakers a chance to vote on another health care bill that would temporarily extend the subsidies while also adding changes.
But after days of discussions, Johnson and the GOP leadership sided with the more conservative wing, which has assailed the subsidies as propping up ACA, which they consider a failed government program. He offered a modest proposal of health care reforms that was approved, but has stalledâŠ
What started as a long shot effort by Democrats to offer a discharge petition has become a political vindication of the Democratsâ government shutdown strategy as they fought to preserve the health care funds.
Democrats are making clear that the higher health insurance costs many Americans are facing will be a political centerpiece of their efforts to retake the majority in the House and Senate in the fall electionsâŠ

The Democrats path to 51 Senate seats in 2026 is clear.
Hold Georgia, Michigan, Minnesota and New Hampshire.
Pick up Alaska, Maine and North Carolina.
Pick up one more seat between Iowa, Nebraska, Ohio or Texas.

đšBREAKING: ICE agents were caught on video illegally detaining a U.S. citizen in Richfield, Minnesota.
In the video, ICE agents surround a man who is already on his knees on the pavement, with his hands raised, while agents stand over him and verify his citizenship.
This alone is a serious constitutional violation.
ICE does not have authority to detain U.S. citizens to check their immigration status.
They also do not need someone on their knees to âverifyâ citizenship.
And forcing someone into a compliance position on the ground without probable cause constitutes an unlawful detention under the Fourth Amendment.
After agents confirm he is a U.S. citizen, the man stands up and begins yelling⊠visibly angry and shaken.
The man is yelling at agents for swarming his car at gun point, a U.S. citizen, and forcing him out. Saying, âI couldâve died.â
ICE agents then try to claim it was because of his registration. A line they often use, that still doesnât justify their actions.
What this video shows is federal agents detaining first, forcing compliance, then checking legality afterward⊠the opposite of how policing in a constitutional system is supposed to work.
If ICE can force a U.S. citizen to the ground over a car they happen to be driving, citizenship no longer protects you.
This isnât a minor mistake. Itâs a clear abuse of power and a violation of the Fourth Amendment, and every American should be outraged.

Minnesota’s immigrant population is only 1.5 percent of its population. Texas and Florida each have roughly 5 percent. Minnesota’s attorney general, in announcing a lawsuit against DHS, said Trump’s ICE enforcement in the state is the result of him retaliating against blue states who didn’t vote for him, not an effort to conduct real immigration enforcement. “We are not asking ICE to not do ICE things. We are asking our government to stop the unconstitutional conduct they are using everyday,” –Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey

đš BREAKING: ICE agents in Minneapolis are seen arresting another teenager without verifying his identity first, and admit to it on camera.
In the video, the teenager calmly tells agents he can go inside and get his ID to prove who he is. The agents refuse. Instead, they say theyâll âtake pictures at HQâ⊠and then force him into their SUV anyway.
That is deeply alarming.
Law enforcement is not allowed to detain people first and figure out who they are later without lawful justification.
Detaining someone without verifying identity, without probable cause, and without allowing them to present ID raises serious Fourth Amendment concerns.
You cannot seize a person just to âcheckâ who they are.
This also mirrors what DHS has now openly admitted: that people are being detained first and sorted out later based on suspicion alone.
That means innocent people, minors, and U.S. citizens are being taken into custody without verification, without charges, and without due process.
If the government can forcibly detain someone simply to identify them, that is not law enforcement⊠that is unlawful detention.
