I just love the First Family–they just exemplify what a family is all about. And they are all beautiful people, inside and outside. We are blessed as a nation to have them.

That beautiful young woman, Malia gets more gorgeous every day! Hubby and I were talking the other day about how hard it is for Dads to see their “little girls” grow up. We have three daughters so he knows. He said: “You know I look at our beautiful girls, all grown up, married mothers and I can’t help still seeing the three of them sitting on the couch together in their Sunday dresses, so small that their legs didn’t touch the floor. No matter how old they get, I will always see them that way.” He has great sympathy for PBO watching Malia and Sasha grow up so fast.
We talked about how tough it may be for PBO when the girls start to date boys. Hubby said: “Too bad those girls don’t have an older brother because you know ‘J’ (our son) always had the inside track on all the boys the girls liked. But I suspect that any boys will have to stand up to Michelle and their Granny!”
LOL You know it’s true AG. My ex used to threaten to stand by the mailbox with a baseball bat! I told him; I don’t think so; come up with another plan, like talking to your daughters about the ways of boys. Hee Hee. It worked. They’ve settled on some mighty fine men.
They are fine women…just like their Mom!
LOL, too! All three of our girls married some mighty fine men also, just like their own Dad. In fact the other day, one of my daughters complained (in a good way) “I think I married Dad because ‘G’ said…….just like Dad used to say.”
Raise them up right and you will never have to regret it ♥
