HELENA, Mont. – Several human rights groups and congressional leaders called on Montana U.S.. District Judge Richard Cebull to step down Thursday in light of the racist e-mail about President Obama the federal judge forwarded to several friends.
Cebull admitted Wednesday to sending the e-mail from his courthouse account. Cebull said he sent it to six of his “old buddies” and acquaintances and never intended for it to become public.

This CANNOT be tolerated. Racism has no business in the courtroom and this man can’t be trusted to judge fairly. He needs to be REMOVED. He may argue of his freedom of speech but we have the freedom to remove his racist views from the courtroom. An apology is not enough. Time to put a stop to this now!
