Well,
We just finished day one and two of the Democratic Party’s Virtual Convention.
I think that they have done a fabulous job.
I think that they have showed the America that I love and believe in.

I loved my Forever FLOTUS๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

It wasn’t just

‘It is what it is’

It was the facial expression that accompanied it.

The young woman from Arizona who lost her father to COVID-19.
“My father didn’t have any pre-existing conditions other than believing Donald Trump.”

THAT should be an ad playing everyday. All day. Until Election Day.

I loved that Jacqalin, the lady from the NYT, nominated Joe Biden.
I loved the roll call of the states.
Shout out to Craig Hickman – who cast Maine’s delegate votes. Those who used to read Jack and Jill Politics remember Craig. ( thanks Ametia for the hat tip).

For those mad about the Republicans who spoke, Forever FLOTUS๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ done told you- we need a landslide…and to get to a landslide, you need all hands on deck.๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

 
We have to come out and vote like never before.
We have to save this American Experiment.

    Yeah, why was Julian Castro excluded? Okay, I have a vague memory that during the debates he said something to Joe Biden that some thought was disrespectful. Can’t remember what it was.

        I hope Kennedy loses. Sen Ed Markey is the real deal. We need more of him, not less.

        Nancy is being a real jerk. She didn’t need to endorse ANYONE.

        I just wonder if it’s Markey’s connection to @AOC that caused Pelosi to do this. Pelosi despises @AOC for unseating a Democratic Golden Boy, a Pelosi favorite.

        Can’t think of much else since Markey has been a damn good Representative and Senator for a very long time.

        But he is a REAL progressive and that offends many Democrats.

        Pelosi should retire when Trump is gone. She won’t but she should.

The only thing separating them from garden variety street criminals is their connections to people with power and wealth. And they have occupied the People’s House, and we have not been able to get rid of them.

    The thing is about this USPS storyโ€ฆ
    Itโ€™s both nationwide AND local.
    Itโ€™s everywhere, yet, your local camera crew can go find a local facility that has been hurt. They can find local people who havenโ€™t gotten their medicines. They find the local people โ€“ the people who โ€˜ look like meโ€™ who have been affected by this attack on the Post Office.

    Fox News and the White House canโ€™t gaslight and pushback against every local community having some story โ€“ whether on camera, on the radio, or in the local paper, telling the truth about it.
    THEY CAN SEE IT WITH THEIR OWN EYES.
    And local whistleblowers are telling the truth about whatโ€™s happening.

    Now, it’s time for these State Attorneys General, to bring this muthaphucka up on charges.
