PRISON INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX. More money to be had by system than to provide, education, jobs, health care to all those BLACK & BROWN Americans!
President Obama: “1 in every 35 African-American men and 1 in every 88 Hispanic men are serving time right now.”
It’s big money to keep black and brown people in jail. Another form of slavery.
