  1. Here you go, Ricky-Rah…I’m teasing b/c some folks pronounce it that way. :)

MSNBC’s Mika Brzezinski: I Know A Print Reporter With Clinton’s Paid Speaking Transcripts

  2. Liza says:

How sad it is that Rep John Lewis had to explain himself when it is so obvious what he was saying, even out of context. He didn’t know Bernie Sanders during the civil rights era because he couldn’t possibly know every activist, there were thousands of them. It is beyond shameful that Hillary supporters attached their own deliberately misconstrued meaning to Rep Lewis’ words and used this to attack Bernie Sanders. Is nothing sacred to these people? Is nothing off limits? Apparently not.

John Lewis: I did not mean to ‘disparage’ Bernie Sanders’ civil rights activism

    Martin Pengelly in New York
Saturday 13 February 2016 16.53 EST Last modified on Monday 15 February 2016 06.07 EST

On Thursday, as the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) political action committee endorsed Sanders’ rival for the Democratic presidential nomination, Hillary Clinton, Lewis appeared to play down the Vermont senator’s involvement in the civil rights movement in its 1960s heyday.

“I never saw him,” Lewis said. “I never met him.”

On Saturday, he said he had not meant to express doubt “that Senator Sanders participated in the civil rights movement, neither was I attempting to disparage his activism”.

On Saturday, the Georgia representative issued a statement through the CBC, in which he said: “In the interest of unity, I want to clarify the statement I made at Thursday’s news conference.

“I was responding to a reporter’s question who asked me to assess Senator Sanders’ civil rights record. I said that when I was leading and was at the center of pivotal actions within the civil rights movement, I did not meet Senator Bernie Sanders at any time.

“The fact that I did not meet him in the movement does not mean I doubted that Senator Sanders participated in the civil rights movement, neither was I attempting to disparage his activism. Thousands sacrificed in the 1960s whose names we will never know, and I have always given honor to their contribution.”

Lewis also clarified a comment made on Thursday in which he said he had known Bill and Hillary Clinton in the civil rights era.

Lewis said he “did not say that I met Hillary and Bill Clinton when I was chairman of SNCC in the 1960s”.

He added: “My point was that when I was doing the work of civil rights, led the Voter Education Project and organized voter registration in the south in the 1970s, I did cross paths with Hillary and Bill Clinton in the field. They were working in politics, and Bill Clinton became attorney general of Arkansas in the 1970s as well.

“That began a relationship with them that has lasted until today.”

  3. Poor thangs. They want the Clintons to be so much like the Obamas.

  4. Ametia says:

And to have the Clinton supporters tell it, we’re supposed to be grateful that bitch Hillary is running for POTUS. Because she will do what? Be what?

    She’s the female Trump

  5. Ametia says:

Who’s good at MATH here? Does this statement by Clyburn add up?

Clyburn: Sanders’ Education Plan Is A Disaster For Private Black Colleges

“You’ve got to think about the consequences of things. [If] you start handing out two years of free college at public institutions are you ready for all the black, private HBCUs to close down? That’s what’s going to happen.”

    • Ametia says:

Why don’t these fucking shills for Hillary just endorse her and SHUT THE FUCK UP?!

I mean, Rep James Clyburn just said that one of the reasons he was worried of a Sanders administration was that public colleges would hurt HBCUs. Folks enrolled inHBCUs pay lower tuition free, in addition to some forms of student scholarships.

How can Clyburn in one breath say he cares about his constituents, yet in the next reth says he is afraid that free colleges would hurt HBCUs? It wasn’t even like he mentioned that he was worried that free college’s quality could be bad (which I think is a valid concern), or other criticism.

He’s more worried of the survival of those semi-private institutions than the fact that many of those African American kids will graduate with a lot of debt.

SMGDH I swear somedays the further SOME NEGROES get AHEAD, the BEHINDER they get!

    • eliihass says:

      Please ignore Jim Clyburn SG…

The Clintons not only have these black folks doing their darn-dest to outdo each other to impress massa, but they’ve also managed to resurrect the dead and un-mute the dumb among them…The ones previously missing since the Obama presidency, have all now reappeared… and simply can’t stop yapping and reminding us all why we were so put off by them and why we were so relieved and excited when Candidate Obama showed up…

When you turn on your t.v and there’s Maxine Waters, hoarse from singing for her Clinton shrimp, you realize that not only are we returning to the horrid past we were working so hard and diligently to escape since 2008…we are back to square one – and in real trouble if we let these corrupt politicians hijack the Democratic party and sell us down the river again to ingratiate themselves to the Clintons once again and only as ‘win’ personal (and mostly worthless) favors for themselves..

It was a sight to behold watching Sheila Jackson Lee, the Castro brothers etc.. file out to venerate Hillary on the stage in Las Vegas after she gave her speech yesterday…

This cannot be happening…We were supposed to have been well rid of these corrupt politicians and their corrupt ways…but instead they seem to be taking over again and co-opting and corrupting the few fresh faces we’d hoped would be groomed in the positive and progressive image of then Candidate Obama

  6. Ametia says:

Hillary has never STOOD for anyone but herself, Morgan Freeman!

Shameful, despicable, insulting, and outright brazen pandering of the LOWEST to use dead black children to play on BLACK FOLKS’ EMOTIONS.

This is who Hillary Clinton is. This is what she banks on the strong, natural, authentic emotions of GRIEIVING, HURT, ABUSED, DISPLACED, and Morally & Ethical CARING Black folks.

    • Ametia says:

      • Liza says:

She can’t even allow murdered children to rest in peace, not if they can be used to promote her bid for the Democratic nomination. This is offensive, it disrespects the short lives of those who were killed so brutally without cause and for whom there has been no justice. And the poisoned children of Flint are being exploited as well.

      • Liza says:

We’ve been discussing these race killings by cops and white supremacists for years, reading everything out there, etc… Am I wrong or did Hillary Clinton’s name NEVER come up as someone who acknowledged the injustice in any way, offered support to any of the families, or offered to help in any way she could? She left her SoS job at the end of 2012 so where has she been? If this mattered to her before the election this year, wouldn’t she have tried to support these folks? Just asking…

      • Ametia says:

Liza, you’re 100% correct. We have been covering the murders of black oys and men forever and a day here at 3 Chics, and NO, Hillary as an advocate for these murders didn’t start, though half-hearted and brazenly strategic until last year, just in time for her next presidential run.

So MISS ME, Bitches with the fake support and Hillary cares./ She is exploiting black pain to get BLACK VOTES.

      • Ametia says:

and I don’t want to hear from her shillers that these grieving parents agreed to this.

If you had a conscience and one ounce of INTEGRITY, you would not take advantage of another human’s grief, for your own selfish GAINS, Hillary Clinton. DESPICABLE!

      • eliihass says:

        Grasping, shameless, unscrupulous…mercenary…

    • eliihass says:

This was the same Morgan Freeman who was defending Clint Eastwood…and only because he’s was petrified of losing his Clint gigs..

At some point we really, really need to stop elevating and hero-worshipping so many of these folks..

Pretending that too many of them aren’t in fact in the end, only self-serving weasels, cowardly opportunists and massa bootlickers…

As I’ve always said, I hardly do heroes….and on the rare occasion that I do, I don’t look at just their public life…I scrutinize the personal first…that is the true measure of any man or woman…how he or she has lived their life personally – and how they and it has affected those closest to them – wife, husband, kids…the well-being of these people first and foremost… because as my wise mom always says, charity begins at home..

I focus less on the ‘hero’ being touted and celebrated …and pull back the curtain to see about the family…the spouse and children…the first and most important responsibility of anyone, including the heralded…the hero the public puts on a pedestal…

No matter how professionally ‘successful’ a person is, I take my actual cues about them from how well their spouse and kids are doing – how they’ve held up…If they fail that most basic of tests, they’re worthless as far as I’m concerned…I don’t hero-worship people who are only consumed with self and playing to the public …or those who curiously tout their kids only – and in isolation of the ‘phantom’ mother who birth them..

And in a time when so many men are shirking their responsibilities and commitment to their wife…and with the advent of this new trend that focuses on, and a sudden emphasis on men as fathers first…that entirely serves to distract from, and absolve some of them of their equally important responsibility to the mother of their children…and their prime role as husband…I have little patience for men (and women) who are in fact a**h*les, but who’ve been put on a pedestal by the public because they can act, sing, make money, build things, are good politicians, doctors, lawyers – or just by virtue of their celebrity…or being at the minimum, ‘good’ fathers…

In a time when it’s so rare, I marvel at and honor any successful man whose wife and kids are truly thriving and successful with, and right alongside them as a family..

      f. Bernie faked his CRM activism back in the 60s, and that pic of him being arrested was photo-shopped!

      g. Hillary will help maintain and move forward on PBO’s polices and signature legislation to ensure his legacy! UTTER BULLSHIT HERE.

      h. Bernie’s farting unicorns and ponies and don’t care nothing ’bout no black peoople!

I could live for a thousand years and not understand it either. But apparently the propaganda machine is working even though no one can point to much of anything that Hillary has done for black folks in her thirty years of celebrity. On the negative side, however, there is a great deal to talk about.

  16. Ametia says:

Watch all the NEGROES & White folks, especially pols who get up and SHILL for Hillary.

They’re asking for the STATUS QUO. They want the good old days back where everyone knows their place, especailly BLACK FOLKS.

And the black folks who are backign this witch, want that ICE, COLD WATER, Massa Hilster has to offer them

All that goodness, political savvy, smartness, fairness that PBO brought to the process, these folks didn’t want it, never did. He exposed their GAME, and they went along, but never supported our president. Probably counting the days, until he leave office, so they can get back to BUSINESS AS USUAL.

  17. Ametia says:

Pattern is emerging from Hillary’s campaign. It’s heartbreaking.

First send out a surrogate who is beloved by the Democratic party, an icon, let them say something negative about her opponent. Then a warning that we must not be negative in return because that person is treasured by the party.

Of course we as his supporters defend him on that given attack and POW! we are trolling, hating Hillary, hating the party, we are not Democrats.

Lately the worst part has been that most of the attacks have a theme of Bernie not supporting one race or the other. They have been pitting races against each other.

And thus the waters are muddied, and if we try to clear things up we become the enemy.

  18. Ametia says:

  19. Liza says:

    For you, SG2.

    • Liza says:

WARNING. Blood Pressure Spike. I had to stop at 17 seconds.

God help us if anyone is falling for this propagandized load of nonsense. Oscar Grant was murdered by a BART cop in 2009, so please ask his mother how many times Hillary Clinton called to offer her condolences and whatever she could do to help. And then go straight down the list of all the murdered black children and adults whose stories were in the national news AND ask their families if Hillary was there for them. Ask them if they received a phone call or a letter or a flower wreath or any recognition whatsoever that she was aware of what happened and would help in any way she could.

And no one could convince me that Hillary Clinton would give anyone in Flint, Michigan, the right time of day if she were not looking for votes. You would think she was out there digging up water mains the way she talks about Flint.

God knows we can’t control this horrible election, but must we constantly be subjected to this propaganda?

Please someone tell me that most black folks see through this.

    • eliihass says:

All this ‘speaking their names’ by a 30 years in politics veteran Hillary, only happening now and just in the last 2 months, as she seeks to ‘shore up her firewall’ with black folks (read: exploit!) as her only line of defense – in her self-serving and obsessive quest to be first woman president in a country that she’s had many opportunities to actually do something about many of these same related issues in her different undeserved high-profile positions…but in which she’s failed to do anything.

What a shame if any black folk fall for any of these ruses and allow themself to be so blatantly used by this horrid woman and her husband and their cohorts…

    Debunking White Supremacy
    February 19, 2016 • Timothy McGettigan • resistance

The United States has always been a white supremacy that masquerades as a democracy. For white racists those are fighting words. How dare anyone cast aspersions on the motives of America’s founding fathers? For shame.

Describing the US as a white supremacy isn’t an ad hominem attack. It is simply a statement of fact. The only people in the room when the founders mapped out the contours of American democracy were greedy white guys. Is it any wonder that the only people who have enjoyed unrestricted access to American democracy throughout its history are greedy white guys?

6 killed in Michigan parking lot shootings; suspect arrested
    Feb 21, 2016

“There’s no common denominator with any of these,” Matyas said, before detailing each shooting. “This person was just waiting in the parking lot of the apartment complex. The one at … the dealership, they were looking at cars. The ones at Cracker Barrel, they were just sitting in their cars. “There is absolutely no common denominator … through race, age, anything.”

Matyas declined to offer a possible motive.

“This is every community’s nightmare — when you have someone going around just randomly killing people, no rhyme, no reason,” he said. “Obviously, we’re going to interview the individual and we’re hoping to gather … what he was thinking, what type of methodology he used, if any, in these killings.”

My Reaction to Yesterday’s Election Results
    by BooMan
Sun Feb 21st, 2016 at 09:23:57 AM EST

Okay, we have the answers to my six pre-election day questions from yesterday. Let’s take a look.

    1. Who wins Nevada? Clinton
    2. Does Cruz or Rubio come in second place in South Carolina? Rubio, by about a thousand votes.
    3. Assuming he wins, does Trump get more than a third of the vote or more like a quarter of it? He actually got exactly a third.
    4. Does Bush do better than Kasich or not, and does he exceed expectations? They both got eight percent, although Bush got a little over a thousand more votes, coming in fourth place to Kasich’s fifth. This does not exceed expectations for Bush.
    5. Does Kasich knock Bush out? Yes.
    6. Does Carson call it quits? No.

So, what did I say that these things would mean……..

Iraqis Celebrate as Threat of Third Bush Presidency is Over

AGHDAD (The Borowitz Report)—Thousands of Iraqis poured out into the streets to celebrate in the early hours of Sunday morning, as the threat of a third Bush Presidency was declared over at last.

Iraqis, on edge about the prospect of another Bush in the White House since former Governor Jeb Bush entered the race last year, had been watching returns from the South Carolina primary with a mixture of anxiety and cautious optimism.

Moments after the first evidence of Bush’s dismal finish began trickling in, however, Iraqis roared with glee as spontaneous festivities erupted across the country.

  32. rikyrah says:

I swear to you that I thought of Willard this morning. The Bush Crime Family muscled him out of the race…so, for someone like Willard with his entitled azz to see Jeb drop out…..I bet he had a nice expensive something to celebrate last night when he heard…LOL
